Their maintenance service is always super quick and provide you real time updates. It’s always such a pleasure to go there and get my routine maintenance done. This is where I get all of my Toyotas serviced.

I had an appointment for 1215 for an express oil change. It is 2:15pm and I am still sitting here waiting 2 hours later. I don’t recommend coming here if express to you is an hour.

I got say… this place is freaking super professional and awesome!! I came in yesterday to schedule an oil change and this super nice lady from Jersey… forgot her name sorry; got me schedule and Lauren helped me today. There’s a reason I bought a new Tacoma from this dealership and a Subaru crosstrek from the Dalton down the road… Both brand new!! The people at the Dalton dealerships are not pushy and staff is amazing towards the customers. They roll out the red carpet!! So my advice… skip the other dealerships and get to Dalton. Best prices without the pushy crap. I went to 5 other dealerships before I got here. A++++ and then some!

I just spent 30 minutes in the non appointment line with everyone walking by smiling 😁 and saying someone will be with me in a minute, every 5 minutes, I got tired of waiting to talk to someone that was willing to tell me how much a suspension inspection costs... You guys must have a lot of business so you don't need to help people fast,just keep them waiting if they want service with you ... I'll be looking for a smaller business that isn't so busy. One bad review doesn't matter anyway 🤷♂️

I can't say enough good things about the Dalton Toyota Service Team! Despite my car being over 12 years old, they treat it with the same care and attention you'd expect for a brand new vehicle. A special shoutout to Shealynn Sims, my service advisor, who is consistently professional, responsive, and incredibly helpful. Recently, I brought my car in because it was having trouble starting. It turned out the battery was dying, but thanks to Shealynn's thoroughness, she discovered it was still under warranty, saving me the cost of a replacement. This level of service is just another example why I consider Dalton Toyota the best service team in San Diego. Highly recommend!

During the previous week, we went to the Dalton Toyota National City Service. An individual by the name of Atif Khan... During the time that we were purchasing the car, we had a good relationship with him. Very charming and charming dude. Atif Khan's dedication to his career and his success in the business world would make my family happy. He was successful in his work at the company. On Dec 4th 2023 I visited Dalton Toyota in National City, CA in order to get my Tire Pressure Maintenance System (TPMS) evaluated. This was your absolutely worst nightmare scenario wherein you tried to save yourself a few bucks by having your favorite tire shop mechanics do maintenance that is clearly best suited for the dealership, and then something goes wrong along the way. Longs story short, after shelling out almost $400 to get all 4 of my TPMS Sensors replaced at my favorite local tire shop, something did indeed go wrong. After they installed their new aftermarket sensors, no matter what else they tried, including me driving the car over 50 miles per their recommendation, they simply could not get the sensors to properly talk to the engine computer and that annoying yellow exclamation point light on the dashboard was still just blinking away. The tire shop mechanic finally just surrendered and actually recommended that I take the car over to Toyota to see if they could help fix the problem. Yikes! Fortunately for me, I knew a guy at Dalton Toyota in National City who I knew would give me some straight advice about how to best proceed (Robert Rubio – Service Manager). Not surprisingly, Robert and his “Green Team” (Technician named Martin) had my TMPS system back online and running perfectly within a couple short hours. Apparently, once they had replaced those aftermarket TMPS sensors with the genuine Toyota OEM parts, the system resynched itself perfectly. However, the best part of all was when I returned back to the tire shop later that afternoon with a copy of Toyota’s Repair Order, and those 4 aftermarket sensors that Toyota had removed, I was actually able to get a complete refund from them. Not only was I a little awestruck by that fact, but I was also 100% certain that I got every dollar of my money back because Robert had taken those extra couple moments to properly document why Toyota was able to fix the problem and the Tire Shop was not. Good on him!

I am writing to express my deep disappointment and dissatisfaction with the service I recently received at your dealership. As a loyal customer, having been with you since the days of Frank Toyota, I expected a certain level of professionalism and customer care. Unfortunately, my recent experience has left me feeling greatly let down. On November, I brought my Highlander 2022 to Dalton Toyota for a service appointment, during which Mike served as my service advisor. After assessing my vehicle, Mike informed me that the water pump needed to be replaced. Trusting his expertise and relying on the reputation of Dalton Toyota, I agreed to the necessary repair and paid in full for the replacement. To my surprise and dismay, Mike then informed me that the part was not available in stock and needed to be ordered. Although I understood that parts may sometimes need to be ordered, I assumed that your dealership would be proactive in ensuring necessary parts are readily available or would promptly communicate any potential delays. Regrettably, the order for the water pump took more than 10 days, leaving me without my vehicle during this time. When I requested a refund due to the extended delay and the fact that I no longer had the vehicle, Mike had the audacity to claim that I had not paid for the part yet. This is a blatant lie and brings into question the integrity of the service staff at Dalton Toyota. As a result of this entire ordeal, I have lost faith and trust in Dalton Toyota. I expected better treatment as a loyal customer with a longstanding history at your dealership. This experience has tarnished the reputation you had built over the years and has left me contemplating whether I should continue to entrust the care of my vehicle to your dealership. I strongly urge you to investigate this matter thoroughly and take appropriate actions to address the issues at hand. I also request a full refund for the water pump replacement as the service was not provided in a timely manner, causing unnecessary inconvenience and financial loss. I trust that you will address this complaint promptly and take the necessary steps to rectify the situation. I hope that you will regain my trust as a customer and restore the high standards of service that I once associated with Dalton Toyota. I look forward to receiving a prompt response regarding this matter. Thank you for your attention to this issue.

Yesterday I have plan to trade in my car and I have an agent name Efren his customer service is really bad he left me in the waiting area for more than 2 hour waiting with Efren. And I saw Efren outside entertain the other customers he makes me damn wait with him in more than 2 hours I’m so ready mad! His greedy. He doesn’t tell me straight if he doesn’t like to entertain with us and my baby doesn’t have a patience to wait that long hours. I’m really upset because I got that car in the Dalton Toyota. Efren I hope your not doing that to the other customers.

I am not happy with their Maintenance Dept. They dont give their customers a free ride to work anymore! I have to stay here until noon to wait for my car. I even spoke to their maintenance dept. supervisor but he doesnt care! You have to be VIP for them to consider and the fact that i even bought a brand new car from them not even a year ago! That made me sad! Its time for me to go somewhere else i guess… im so disappointed….. Frank Toyota i am not buying anymore cars from you!!

After calling a few dealers in the local San Diego area to get pricing for extensive maintenance on my FJ Cruiser, this was one of the few that actually got back to me. Their prices were way cheaper than everyone else as well! My service advisor Mike Bailes was amazing! He made the process super smooth and went over everything with me. He even got me a complementary rental while my truck was in the shop! Definitely recommend this service center if you need any work done on your Toyota!

Unfortunately I do not have much positive to say about their service. I just purchased a brand new vehicle from Frank Toyota and it had a minor but annoying electrical issue to be resolved. After a week of waiting I had to call for them to get on it. After leaving the vehicle over 24hrs for them to work on it, I had to call again for them to give me a status and finally deliver the vehicle. Once I went to pick it up, they delivered the vehicle with error messages on my dashboard. I had to, once again, give them then vehicle back for another 24hrs. I got my vehicle back 48hrs later and to make this even more frustrating,they posted my vehicle had over 40K in the Toyota maintenance record when my vehicle had less than 400 miles. It looks like this place needs some mayor fine-tuning and attention to detail. If you want your precious vehicle serviced by professionals, I suggest you go elsewhere. This is my unbiased and honest review.

I took my mom's car in for a recall repair.the staff is friendly but the wait times are horrible. I had an appointment at 10 am but still had a long wait just to drop car off. They said the car would be done around 3pm but it wasn't finished until after 5.

This dealership ranks in the very top of all dealers in the ways of customer service, dealership amenities, customer perks, and attention to detail. During Covid-19 I saw cleaning staff disinfecting the lounge seating and surfaces between customers. A multitude of snacks are offered as well as coffee and cocoa. WiFi works well. Service Advisor Janet Rodriguez gave amazing service in the Takata airbag recall on a rare and customized RAV-4 Softop, a model they hadn't seen before and Toyota USA doesn't know how few were sold. Outstanding place!

My 4runner lost a bolt and bushing from one of the front stabilizer bar end link. After calling Larry H Miller Toyota and getting bad service, I wanted to try Frank. I called the parts dept at FrankToyota. After being put on hold twice for more than 5mins, nobody ever came back on the phone. Not good service, not even asked for a call back number etc. I bought the parts I needed on Amazon.

Had my 2005 sienna serviced. Excellent customer service. The service representative Robert Rubio was very attentive to my concerns in my vehicle. This is my daily car for my little ones so safety is my number one concern. He took me very seriously on even the slightest of detail. They are quick and gave me the call right away after my car was done . ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️ 5 star
