1/8//2026@825am. Came to this O'Reilly auto store. The worker's/ staff are friendly & very helpful. Great customer services. I will come back again to shop here. I rate this place 5 ✨ star's.

I went to this store 12/16/2025 at 9:15 PM.i saw 3 employees working at that time.i approach one of them and ask for Plasti Dip spray paint!he only pointed me on one isle and let me find it myself!that was fine,but i was looking for a long time and couldn't find it!3 employees,no one have the initiative to ask or help me find it!they were all posted in front of the desk doing nothing!!!this store is horrible and never going back there!

Spent over 25 mins waiting here in line for help.

Tito... is the best guy they have call an ask for him very smart an will get you thru....... God bless........

This location is the best, not only in terms of knowledge of parts but also in its comprehensive way of providing great customer service. Sergio, Jesus, Edwin, Tito, Hector, and J.C. are outstanding. The only bad thing about this location is Francisco, the assistant manager. Hopefully, he gets the retraining he needs. The good thing is that he doesn't overshadow the greatness of the rest of the team in this location.

I’ve gotten to know most the staff here. I find it comforting when i visit this store & see employees who know what they’re doing and have worked there for years. They’ve always been helpful and knowledgeable. If they don’t have a part available, they can look in their system and make sure the part I need is in stock at another location. There’s plenty of parking and sometimes I get to see some cool cars parked outside. They do have tools you can rent if u don’t want to purchase for a one time use. I will say my little dodge dart 2.4 was always in awesome mechanical shape with 144k miles and all my replacement parts were purchased here or on rock auto. This is my first choice for any parts I need. And I like that oreillys doesn’t rebuild and sell used parts like other auto part stores. But I recently got a Toyota, so other than oil & oil filters, I won’t be needing as many parts as I used to since I don’t own a dodge anymore lol.

This has got to be the worse customer service I have received from an auto parts store , to start I show up this morning to pick up an order which was not there at the time specified , had to wait 20 min for someone to re check that the orders were brought in, had to wait in line again while 2 employees were helping other customers and 4-5 other employees were just walking in and out of the back not even offering to help other customers waiting, on top of that my order was damaged , later on I call over phone and after 5 minutes on hold employee says we have other customers here waiting and only 2 of us here and proceeds to put me on hold again , I’ve been on hold for 25 minutes now, apparently phone customers don’t matter as much as in person or online orders, ridiculous to have to wait 30 minutes on hold to be helped , this oreillys just lost a valuable customer I will be returning this damaged part and taking my business elsewhere where

Jose was super nice and professional! He went above and beyond to ensure that he helped me find the right parts for my Chevy Camaro. Jose was very friendly, extremely thorough with excellent customer service! Highly recommend this location! :)

Hector the assistant helped me not only find the correct mirror for my Tacoma but actually installed it for me out of the kindness of his heart. Amazing help amazing service very blessed !!

They had me running around from one branch to another because there computer said it was in a specific one, and when i get there they weren't, kids don't knowif it was the right part. Spent a lot a time and gas

I Came In For Some 30 SAE Motor Oil And Only Found Some 20/50 Motor Oil. I Took It To Cash Box And Asked If This Was All They Had? Yup The Nice Part's Guy Went & Found Some Other Customer, Oh Yeah Put A Bottle Of 5/30 In Front Of The 30 SAE. He Grabbed Me What I Wanted. I Liked How He & O'REILLY'S Treat You 💯. I Recommend Them!

They are super honest! They tested my alternator and said it was fine. I had gone to AutoZone first- on highland and they said they couldn't test it . AutoZone on E st said it failed and I needed a new one .

My experience was awesome! I do not know much about cars and am new to SD. I have no family or friends that know about them either but after one visit I felt comfortable asking questions and they were very knowledgeable. They were also able to direct me in the right direction to fix my vehicle.

I love O'Reilly, they have eeeverything I'm looking for! I stopped calling around other autopart shops because most places never had what I was looking to buy in stock. Every time I call O'Reilly they have it in stock at a great low price with friendly customer service, I'm in and out of the store in two shakes of a lambs tail 🐑 😄 #BraaapBraaap

My air conditioning compressor went out so I went to the closest auto parts store O'Reilly's in National City and bought a re built one, not cheap $344.00 installed it but it was defected I had to uninstalled it and wait a day in a half so O'Reilly's could re order another compressor, that's three day job instead of one. (The store clerk pretending the manager wasn't in the store but he was the manager or at least that's the name on his uniform "MANAGER" because he DIDENT want to own up to his word in replacing the freon wasted on the install of the faulty compressor.) I can't believe he thought maybe I couldn't read.

Probably the best auto parts store around. I go here first if I can, but sometimes the other O'Reilly on Paradise Valley Road or over on Broadway in Chula Vista. Staff is always helpful and they have parts in stock (it's a hub store).

Customer service was extremely helpful and friendly. Got us the parts we needed and made sure all parts were exact. Thanks for such great service.

Went in for tie rod inner and outers. They had them and the tool to remove the inners. The employee that helped me was very informative and made sure I had everything I needed to complete the job. I'm very satisfied with O'Reilly's!!
