I was running low on fuel one evening while riding home from work and decided to stop to refuel. After refueling, my bike wouldn't start. Knowing that National City Harley Davidson was the closest dealer so decided to call them to ask for help or tow. I didn't know what to expect since I didn't purchase my bike from National City HD. I believe service was already closed so Tom Lowe from the parts department answered the phone. I told him my bike wouldn't start and asked if my can get towed to the dealership. Unfortunately, towing was not available at that time. I thought I was out of luck, but Tom was so kind and asked a few question then gave me a suggestion on what to do. Instead of hanging up the phone and calling it a day, Tom stayed on the phone and walk me through step by step until my bike started. We were on the phone for at least 20 minutes but, Tom was so patient and caring. Thank you so Tom for being there for me.

This was the first HD showroom I'd every been to and the the gentleman(Danny) was very helpful and extremely knowledgeable about the bike I was interested in. I've always had Yamaha bikes but the Harley Davidson Pan America is an incredible looking bike!

So I had some bad run ins with San Diego Harley in dealing with servicing my Breakout and decided to visit NC Harley just cuz its closer to home. What a far better atmosphere/feeling I got at this dealership. Every contact and question answered felt more genuine and seamless from start to finish. Thx for the bike upgrade and looking forward to more friendly visits.

At first, I was unhappy with the service I received from the sales department over several issues, after I reached out and made my concerns vocal, they went above and beyond and made everything that I had an issue with right! Will definitely be returning to this dealership in the future, for purchases, service, and accessories! Also, Jose and Ocho went above and beyond the call of duty to make a customer satisfied!

I had bought 4 motorcycles brand new from Harley Davidson in morena boulevard and the service department, sales and managers wouldn’t communicate, they are not professional and they don’t keep their promises. I try this dealership because I had a broken down defected motorcycle and they helped me out better than where I bought it. I regret no buying my motorcycles here since the beginning maybe I wouldn’t had acquired Lemons. Good work and good communication, thanks for trying everything you guys could. ?

I went in looking to buy a specific bike, and it was literally pulling out of the lot as I pulled in. Everyone was super friendly, very welcoming and warm atmosphere. I ended up getting a Road Glide CVO, considerably more than I planned on spending but the payments were so low I couldn't say no. They took care of everything for me, I asked them to take $500 off the price tag and they said "how about taking a little over 2k off and throwing in a 2 year warranty. The bike is amazing, the staff are knowledgeable and friendly, I can't say enough good things about them. If you are looking to get yourself a HD, then Coronado H-D is the place you want to go. They truly care about the customer and they don't try and upsell you on too much. If they recommend it, you should listen to what they have to say. I can't say enough about how kind and helpful they are. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️✨️

Nice selection on bikes! the selection of models is vast, every worker here is knowledgeable and super friendly, and the place is spacious! The top stairs area is huge and capable for large events. The highlight was seeing all the adventure bikes and electric bikes. This harley definitely has everything you need!! Did you know there is a mens fellowship up top on the roof where we share the word of God? All men are welcomed, you don't need to be a biker. Come and join us 9am. Ask for Kuya..., draw near to God, and He will draw near to you. ✝️

National City Harley made my dream come true! I had seen a 2020 Softail deluxe on their website and I immediately inquired. I got a call back within a couple hours and in the span of 3 days “Ocho”aka Octavio guided me through the whole process and made it easy for me to make the purchase given the fact that I lived in Ontario, CA. They were all nice enough to wait around past 6pm in order for me to go in and finalize said purchase. All of the staff were welcoming and willing to answer any questions I had as a first time buyer. Should they not have had the answer they definitely guided you to someone who knew, instead of just telling you to “google it” ?. Ocho, Carlos and Dick work and advocate for you in the financial aspect in order to obtain your desired bike. At the end of my purchase they let me ring the bell and played my favorite song while congratulating me on my first Harley purchase. Amazing hospitality and customer service. Ocho also made accommodations to deliver the bike for me all the way to Ontario. Excellent communication throughout. I am pleased with my experience, the 4 year wait and 3 hour drive were definitely worth it.❤️‍?

Carlos was very nice in helping me to purchase my bike. Everyone at the shop was friendly and they were all able to answer any questions I had. Their used inventory was very nice too, plenty of bikes to choose from depending on what your riding style is. Unlike other dealerships in town that I’ve been to, I was greeted promptly, given time to look around and then given undivided attention when talking about the bike that I ended up buying. Give Carlos a raise!

I purchased my first Harley from the team, and it was amazing. Everyone was awesome. Right away, they made me feel at home. To top it off, I got the best price in all of San Diego. Big shout out to Santiago and Ocho for all your help. Definitely recommend.

I stopped in at all the local dealerships, and this one is where it’s at. Mikey helped me pick out my first bike last year, and a few days ago, he helped me pick out my upgrade! I went from a 2016 Sportster to a 2023 Low Rider S. I had never been on a bike, so I wanted something I wouldn’t have to worry too much about if I gave it a mark or two. As a crazy indecisive person, I was initially scared to go in, but everyone was very patient, especially Mikey, who answered every question I had and used everything I said to narrow the selection down to the perfect beginner bike, and that’s what I got. When I came back, I knew he would be the one to go to help me pick the one I was gonna stick with. He got me an insane deal with my trade-in so it was like it never happened and went through the whole process again with me, but with new knowledge to again find the perfect bike for me. Both times I’ve purchased a bike here the day went past closing, and even though I could tell people were tired they were still down to answer all my questions and took their time to make sure I understood everything. Seriously can’t recommend these guys enough. I’ve bought cars and RVs, and every dealer I’ve dealt with before has always felt like a snake you’re doing battle with, which is part of why I was scared to come, but they’re nothing like that here. They make you feel like family. Thank you Mikey for helping me find my new bike and for being so helpful and patient through the whole process!

I bought a brand new 2022 Street Glide ST this week from Coronado Beach Harley Davidson. Mikey showed me the bike & took me on a test drive. Mikey was very professional, patient and not your typical pushy salesman. After some negotiation, we agreed on a price. The other sales staff (Jose, Ocho, Shane) were also very helpful in the negotiations process. They all made me feel comfortable. The GM Tony was also very instrumental in closing the deal. He assured me that I was getting a smoking deal. Jordan in finance was very efficient and got me through the paperwork quickly. I have no complaints with anyone from the dealership and feel I got a great deal. I would not hesitate buying another bike from them. If you’re interested in a Harley Davidson, go see Mikey & Jose at CBHD. They will take care of you. You won’t be disappointed.

10/10 best service! Mikey helped me out with getting me familiar with my bike took the time to show me the new bells and whistles, he was never pushy on trying to make a sale, it felt like talking to a friend/family member. I was a little worried as anyone would be with a big purchase and the payments but luckily I met Jose who helped deal with the bank and got me a good rate and also on the bike of my dreams! If anyone is in the market to get a Harley please check out Coronado Harley first because the service is phenomenal as well as all the staff are professional and helpful.

Walked in the day after Christmas to test ride a road glide. Not knowing if I’d even like it. Ended up purchasing a Fast Johnnie. Jon was very helpful with the test ride. Lots of help during the buying process too. Everything went pretty smooth. Some parts were slower than I would’ve liked but it was out of my control. Currently breaking her in and hopeful about the thousands of miles I’ll put in the saddle.

I bought a NEW 2023 Road Glide ST here after shopping locally (LA) for a year and a half. Since I was 100 miles away they happily helped me structure the deal over the phone and by the time I got there it was just paperwork and taking my bike home. We came to the Coronado Beach Harley-Davidson for their Southbay Clubstyle Contest. Saw some great bikes for the contest outside, an axe-throwing contest, as well as beer and food vendors. Went inside and looked at all the beautiful brand-new Harley-Davidson motorcycles. Have a merchandise shop inside.

We rode to Coronado Beach Harley to "check in" to complete our October challenge. We had to look around the showroom and my husband found the perfect bike for me!! I had been doing upgrades to my 2015 Fat Boy. I test road the 2020 Softail Heritage 114 and fell in love!!! Danny and Ocho were awesome making the deal happen and working with the trade in. Danny really encouraged me to ride other bikes then go back to the Heritage. He said the smile I had said it all. Ocho took the time switching out a few accessories and got the handle grips just right. Jordy was funny and made the finance process easy!

My husband went in just to look around and the salesmen listened to what he wanted and a few days later texted my husband with the exact bike he wanted! We went in the following day and did paperwork, and the day after the bike was in our garage!! Overall very kind staff & very blessed for such an easy and smooth purchase.

This is my first time buying any vehicle of the lot I thought it was going to be a hassle, Headaches stress but These guys made everything easy and simple with my first road king beautiful ride. They treat you like family it was a great experience being able to meet the crew can’t wait to be able to ride back and maybe come home with another ride thank you guys see you soon.

My first bike I bought at a different dealership and I hated that experience. I took that bike to Coronado Beach HD to get it fixed, and ultimately it wasn't worth keeping it, so after speaking to Coach, I traded it in. Danny was my salesman, and this guy is awesome and just mad funny..soooo energetic lol. Ocho assisted me with everything else and explained all the things that are being covered on my bike and I signed my contract with Efrain, who answered all my questions. My experience with this dealership was nothing short of amazing! They went above and beyond for me, and I truly appreciate it. My wife and I went into Coronado Beach Harley-Davidson after mixed experiences shopping around multiple local Harley, Indian, and BMW dealers. I can honestly say from the second we walked in we were treated with a level of professional customer service and genuine friendliness that neither of us expected. Immediately when we walked up to the building, we were greeted by Ahmed who introduced himself and wanted to know how he could help us. In fact every employee we walked by made it a point of introducing themselves, shaking our hands, and conversing with us - not just the sales people. We really weren't even seriously looking at the caliber of bike we ended up purchasing, but Coach, the General Manager, and his crew here were more than happy to indulge me to include three separate, and long, test rides on three different bikes. I rode with Louis, who stopped multiple times to see if I had any questions, explain specifics on each bike, and to swap bikes so I could compare. It was really great and let me make an informed decision. Equally if not more important - they listened to my wife, who had a back surgery not long ago, about what's comfortable for her on a motorcyle. They recommended a few different seats and passenger backrests and gave us a legitimately great deal on them that I wouldn't be able to beat anywhere else. Regarding the numbers, Coach was honest, straightforward, and completely transparent. His offer on my trade was fair, the price on the bike with accessories was phenomenal, and he helped us get a solid interest rate with very reasonable payments. Completely zero stress and no nonsense. As I said, we had no intention of buy a bike of the caliber we did, but the deal was right and the sales experience was perfect. Coach has his staff wired. We concluded the night finalizing the paperwork with Efrain who made a normally long process fast and efficient. He answered our questions and explained their products well. By the time we were finished the dealership was closed, but from my perspective none of the staff left and each one of them took the time to thank us for the sale and shake our hands one more time. Ahmed and Louis even trailered the new bike to our house and picked up our trade. All-in-all, phenomenal buying experience at Coronado Beach Harley-Davidson. This group knows how to take care of people and this was the most professional motorcycle/car buying experience we've ever had.

Love this dealership and all of its staff. They treat you with respect and are very knowledgeable about their entire line up. That make you feel like family during the whole experience. The sales team is non aggressive and listens to all of your needs and want to help you find the bike that’s perfect for you. Test ride them all, they don’t care. They genuinely want you to be happy with your purchase and experience. Go see my boys Octavio and Louis is sales. You won’t regret it.

This location has just recently changed from Sweetwater to Coronado. As soon as we walked in the manager greeted us and walk just around the entire store. He took us in the back to show us his personal bike along with other customs. The sales people here immediately greeted us and helped us with all of our purchases. Everyone here is super friendly. Only reason I cannot give it five stars is because they had very little in local merchandise for their store because they were still switching over. Otherwise this is five stars all day long. Decent selection of bikes and a very nice waiting room if you having your bike serviced.
