I tried going to a different Subaru service location closer to me, but the quality of professional and personal attention didn't compare.

Very disappointed. They deserve no stars at all. I went for an oil change that cost approximately $80, and I left with a bill of $900. Yes, $900. Their excuse was that whoever did the last oil change messed up my oil pan. I am never going back.

Every time I come in for an oil change at Dalton Subaru, they are quick and extremely helpfu! They are always willing to go over things with you and answer any questions you have. The lobby is always very clean and stocked with goodies such as coffee, tea and water. Highly recommend.

Everyone from my greeter, to the gentleman in charge of me and my car, to the parts department and the fellow who brought me my car when it was finished were all helpful, professional and friendly. I gave you a 4 because I expected donuts when I got there. I guess someone is a tightwad and stopped the donuts. I guess unless I need major service, I’ll not go to your dealership for oil changes, tire rotations and such because my mechanic can take care of those things and he’s cheaper and he has donuts for the first few hours of the morning. A penny wise, a pound foolish!

My experience was fantastic. Francisco is amazing. He’s very patient, explains each cars features well and understands his product. He helped me decide between three different cars so that I was sure to pick the right one for me. I appreciate it the time he took to make sure that I got the car that best suited me. He has never pushy or makes you feel uncomfortable while you’re taking your time deciding. My mom has purchased four different cars from him and I just purchased my first one. Moses in finance was very friendly as well. He was great at explaining everything during the signing of all the documents. He made sure we knew what each thing was and answered all questions.

I’m grateful to Dalton Subaru for providing me with the ideal solution to my problem. Rodents had made a huge nest on the top of my engine, as well as chewing big holes in the insulator cover of the hood. Dalton ordered the new insulator part, but more important, the service dept provided an “engine sanitizer” to thoroughly remove all the rodent droppings and other debris. It was a big relief to me that I didn’t have to try to vacuum the rodent droppings, a disgusting and unhealthy thing to do. Thanks to the Dalton Subaru service dept. Christine

I bought my Subaru cross track here new in 2017. I’ve had all of my service done at the dealership and my service representative has always been Catherine Tozier. She has gone above and beyond to make sure that I understand what is going on with my car and that all of my service needs are taken care of. She’s incredibly kind and works really hard to make sure that I have a great experience whenever I’m there. I had an especially trying time with my car where I had a lot of issues with my vehicle and if it hadn’t been for her, I would’ve been miserable. Now my car is back to being in optimal shape and I’m very happy and thankful.

We walked out of there having test driven 3 models of cars and made a very well informed decision on a 2026 Outback. Def give them a visit!

I had an excellent experience with the maintenance team at Dalton Subaru. From the moment I arrived, the staff was professional, friendly, and clearly committed to taking care of their customers. They explained everything in a straightforward way, kept me updated throughout the service, and made sure I understood what was done before I left. The work was completed efficiently, and my vehicle feels better than ever. It’s rare to find a service department that combines skill, honesty, and great customer care, but Dalton Subaru absolutely delivers. Highly recommend their maintenance team.

It was very straight forward to get services done on my car. I booked an appointment over the phone and from the start was treated with respect and hospitality. On the day of the appointment they had water and coffee and a comfortable seating area to wait. Great service from start to finish.

I took advantage of a great Dalton synthetic oil change discount. It was easy to make an appointment, the Service staff that welcomes their customers, are very friendly, much better than another local dealership. The waiting area is very clean, and comfortable chairs are plentiful. Back to Service to pay and my Service Rep, Catherine, is just GREAT! Dalton is an excellent place to get your car needs done. Their Invoice is complete, in showing what they did, and what's needed in the future. I will be a life long Dalton Subaru customer.

I can’t say enough good things about Catherine Tozier at Dalton Subaru. She went above and beyond helping us with warranty work on our 2017 Impreza Sport, and the entire experience was smooth, transparent, and stress-free. Catherine took the time to listen carefully to our concerns and made sure the vehicle was thoroughly inspected. She accurately diagnosed a transmission pan leak, got it covered and repaired under warranty, and kept us informed every step of the way. No runaround, no vague explanations—just clear communication and professional follow-through. On top of that, she noticed there was an open headlight recall and took care of that as well without us even having to ask. That level of attention to detail really shows she genuinely looks out for her customers, not just the immediate issue. It’s rare to find someone who combines technical knowledge, efficiency, and excellent customer service so well. If you’re bringing your Subaru in for service or warranty work, ask for Catherine—she truly makes a difference and represents Dalton Subaru extremely well. Highly recommend!

Had a great experience with service. Had a recall. Omar was great to make that service appointment for me. While Reggie was able to get me in and out of the dealership. However, I got a vehicle check of my vehicle and had a ton of "needed" service on my vehicle. After inspecting my vehicle records, some of those "necessary" services were done not even 7k miles from the last time they were done. Makes me believe the mechanics are trying to make extra money when service isn't necessary.

My salesman was Marco Vazquez and what a nice man he is. He helped me find the perfect vehicle for me. The beautiful 2025 premium crosstrek. I couldn’t be happier. This place doesn’t even deserve 1 star! ‼BEWARE‼to all my fellow Subaru peeps that have custom rims DO NOT take your car to this spot to be services. I took my car in for the routine maintenance and ended up with broken lug nuts and broken studs. You would think they would have fixed what they did but instead they started to play the blame game blaming the last Subaru dealership. My rims were perfect before taking the car in. I don't understand why they didn't call me to ask where the socket key was for the lug nuts but instead decided to use their own. The manager was rude and condescending. Another manager came out and said they would cover the costs to fix things but once they got the invoice of what it would cost they stated they would only cover cost of the part but would not fix the studs they broke and claimed they do not touch aftermarket rims. Well if that were the case they should have never touched my rims to begin with and they should have never taken it upon themselves to try to remove the tires without the proper lug nut key. They do not value their customers and they definitely have no knowledge of custom parts. STAY AWAY FROM THEM especially if you’re someone like me who puts their hard earned money into their car looking good.

Tyler did an amazing job. He is so on it and has incredible interactions with clients. The logic of the Rewards program is a shame. Sorry but it is. It cheapens your reputation. Either give awards for whatever the custom needs or don't give them at all. It's an insult. ...and of course your prices are still pretty dang high for some pretty easy and cheap procedures like changing the cabin filter. It might take 10 minutes to do if you're slow and the filter is not very costly yet you really charge a lot for that and other quick procedures. I was determined to go to Dalton for all my service needs on my Subaru but there are some ways that your pricing killed it - it feels like an insult. It feels like you can do better. I will still get some things done with you but definitely not everything.

I am a 2020 Forester owner and had been searching for a second vehicle for our household for quite some time. I found this and three other dealerships through Consumer Reports, and once I reached out, Andy from Dalton Subaru contacted me promptly. From the beginning, the entire process was handled via text, which I really appreciated since I don’t really like long sales pitches. Andy was extremely responsive, transparent, and provided all the information I requested without hesitation. At one point, I honestly wondered whether he was acting as my agent or dealerships — that’s how helpful he was. Meanwhile, other dealerships were insisting that I come in just to “talk numbers.” That approach feels like a trap for me. When I finally visited the dealership, the car was already prepared and ready to go. We took a test drive and moved straight into the paperwork. Everything that had been promised beforehand was honored exactly as discussed. There were no surprises, no pressure, and no unnecessary add-ons pushed on me. From walking in to driving out, the entire process took about 2 hours, and most importantly I left with zero regrets. Now, we the second Forester. Huge thanks to Dalton Subaru, especially Andy and Moses for making this such a smooth and professional experience.

I hardly ever leave reviews, but this was the most pleasant experience I have ever had at a dealership service department in my life. My crosstrek is my first Subaru vehicle and yesterday was my first time going to Dalton. I scheduled online (tons of availability and the site was easy to use) and when I showed up in person, there was ample parking and space in the service lanes. Since it was my first time, I just parked and walked into the service office & was greeted so kindly and told exactly where to park my car and next steps. For 9am on a Wednesday, I still can’t believe how kind everyone there was. I was greeted by Brian who was handling my appointment & he was incredibly detailed, informative, and honest. I let him know it was my first time with a Subaru and at this dealership and I needed to make sure the vehicle was ready for a roadtrip I had coming up. He walked me through the service items I requested, was immediately transparent on all pricing, and even gave a tour of the waiting area (which was beautiful and so clean!). After about an hour, I got a text from Dalton & it was photos and videos of my car and recommended service on top of what was already done at my request. Before I could even decide if I wanted those services, Brian was there and walked me through each option. He was insanely honest about each item, not pushy at all for me to buy anything extra, and had an answer for every question. I opted not to do the extra services right then and Brian was understanding and didn’t try to push for me to do them like so many other shops I’ve been to. I was in & out in an hour and a half, ended up paying LESS than I was quoted for, and the car is wonderful. I’d highly recommend this location for anyone with a Subaru, especially if car maintenance isn’t something you’re knowledgeable or comfortable about. This place operates with some of the best integrity and kindness I’ve ever experienced & I’m actually excited to schedule appointments in the future.

I’ve had consistently great experiences with the Service/Repairs department here. The advisors — especially Brian, Jacob, and Reggie — really go out of their way to make sure you’re taken care of and satisfied with the work. Sometimes things take a little longer than expected, even with an appointment, but the team is always good about keeping me updated, which I really appreciate. The waiting area is comfortable and well-stocked with complimentary drinks, and there are plenty of places to sit — including an outdoor area that’s perfect if you bring your dog. Overall, the staff is friendly, attentive, and genuinely focused on customer service. Highly recommend.

Had the best experience at Dalton! Initially went to their Toyota dealership and met Ibrahim, he was so attentive and helpful, followed up with me multiple times even after I went to another of their dealerships a few blocks down. Here I met Jose, Roberto, Jimmy and Moses who were all just as wonderful— full of knowledge, accommodating, and really friendly. I felt taken care of and like their advice was very genuine. I bought my first car, (so exciting!) but seriously the service they all offered made the experience that much better. Highly recommend!

This Dalton dealership is the absolute BEST when it comes to how customers are treated. They exude Customer Service. From the time I arrived I was greeted by sincere concern and promise to help, and they followed through on every promise. I visited Dalton Subaru in prior years when it was Frank Hyundai, and some of the same staff are still at Dalton, still friendly, and willing to get you into the vehicle you want with the extras you desire. I am so less stressed thanks to Dalton Subaru staff. Thank You!!!
