Horrible not to mention nasty place to buy auto parts attendants don’t t have manners, they’re rude discourteous, disrespectful and liars. I went to this place to buy a part that they had it but I was told the part will be ready next day when I came to pickup my order, the part was incomplete and it was the wrong side, I asked to get the right one but instead they apologize for their mistake they started to blaming me and insulting me calling me ignorant and cynically told me that if I want the right part it will cost me more so I had to pay more since they didn’t want to refund my money. My recommendation is avoid this place there’s lots of used auto parts businesses that offer excellent service don’t waste your time and ruin your day is not worth it. You’ll find out how they are if they respond to my review.
Stopped in here on my way to another shop. Irene was very knowledgeable, friendly and helpful locating a foreign car part for me. Even wrote down the info and called the other business to check on part. Beyond being very attractive, a true asset to NICA and easy on the eyes n ears. Guys should stop by if you ever need used parts n are tired of seeing old dudes behind the counter You won't regret it
Had to make purchase before seeing the part I was requesting for. Cross my fingers it's in good condition. They boast they sell to Insurance companies all the time. It's a salvage yard.
