I met a really nice man named Daniel, the owner of this business that seemed very trustworthy, honest, and passionate about his business. Months later when my sons car broke I sent my sons car here immediately when it broke because of that one interaction. Daniel wasn’t in town when I took my car so I started to talk to Chris and he was supposed to help in Daniel’s absence. Chris is the most unprofessional, rude, and inexperienced “ mechanic” I have ever met. Do Not take your car here unless you are for sure going to deal with Daniel. Chris is supposed to be a mechanic but he couldn’t jumpstart a drained battery, the people at Oreillys laughed when I told them the mechanic stated he needed to order a new battery or I had to get mine exchanged for warranty. Chris (a mechanic) stated he doesn’t have the tools or proper equipment to jump my battery and he only has euro battery jumpers. He also states he only works on running cars, he won’t “ jump through hoops” to find out what is wrong with a car. He was yelling over the phone like he has emotional instability or mental health issues. Just stay away, I wasted a tow getting my car there. You’re going to lose money and deal with garbage if Chris works on your car
We ordered parts for my husband’s truck via phone call, I went in to pay, and then picked up the parts a day later (earlier than estimated). From beginning to end, the employees, service, and communication was professional, courteous, and thorough. Exceptional service overall!
This people are so rude. They are one person is it really rude and they are selling different part when we take it back we are not take it and also bad attitude with you guys if you guys to come back. he is my little brother and you guys kick his car and tell them to get out from you guys are place so that’s not a good way if he was not understanding you guys, you guys have to understanding them not to take him out from the door and kick his car
