I called to sell a car. Needed it picked up from a dealership. Seems simple. The process took days, the people I coordinated with were very rude, they did not share expectations, kept saying they could cancel the sale, almost like a threat. Not sure if they are jaded, hate their job, are understaffed, or the company doesn't monitor phone calls to check for professionalism, but I had a terrible experience. Top it off, they told me the driver would meet me at 5pm. I had to cancel two of my own clients, drive into town 50 miles into San Antonio to be there on time, and the tow truck was 3 hours late. Very unprofessional all the way around. The saving grace...the tow driver Alex was professional and quick once he got there.
Been coming here for replacement car parts for years. Great deals, helpful employees. If you don’t know the range on the years for interchangeable car parts ask the cashiers and they’ll print you a list.
