Great experience here. Inventory tracker is updated regularly, parts come with 90 day warranty options, they have friendly and helpful staff, and ease of use getting around to find the clearly-labeled lots. They have optional amenities like paid part-pullers and an in-yard shuttle which would be really helpful if you have a lot of tools or heavy components you pulled. They also provide you with a list of vehicles in stock with locations to help you locate an interchangeable part. I got an alternator off a 14 year old car yesterday and it works great. They also offer core refunds, so remember to return your used parts to get reimbursed! Overall, very satisfied with the whole experience.

I enjoyed my experience at Pick and Pull. I found the same make, color ,and model of my passenger door. I also purchased a glove compartment and sun visor. I think the prices are inexpensive and I received a core refund when I returned all three old parts. Being a woman I really appreciate that they have independent part pullers whom I highly recommend Daniel and his family member. They have yrs of experience and did a professional job for a reasonable price. They met my expectation by going beyond their work hour schedule and even went to their home to get a special material for an additional car problem that I had. I will continue to spread the word on my 5 star experience.
