I have had the best experience with this store! Bakely the store manager is very polite patient a.d most of all extremely knowledgeable about her job! The entire team at this store helped me by going above and beyond to get the parts that I needed and I recommend this store to anyone that wants to have their patronage valued!
I come here to get all of my Semi Truck Wash chemicals, the whole staff is great & very helpful to my needs, I get a discount with my business account that I have setup & they give me a discount on top of that one for being a once a week loyal customer!! And the chemicals all work great, Tire Shine, Degreaser, Acid, Soap (Green & Pink) Carpet Cleaner & more!!
Returned a distributor and the clerk asked what was wrong with it. Told him my mechanic was able to put parts of two we had already together to make a good one. He said it sounded kind of fishy to him. Bad customer service. Don’t like to be called a liar.
This is the Columbia distribution center with a store attached. This was the only place that had my hard to find part in stock. I ordered and paid online, and the order was ready and waiting on me when I got there. It was much easier than calling every auto parts store in town to find out if they had the correct part.

Two stars for the two gentleman working without being completely miserable today. -3 stars for the other employee who was annoyed by our general existence and reluctant to help- would rather brush us off and say she has no idea and hope we leave than do her job. She seemed very miserable and was so reluctant to help I'd never go back.
Had an issue with an online order (corporate support wouldn't help). Even though the order wouldn't show up properly in their computer the guys there (Jimmy?) spent 45 minutes on the phone with corporate getting it sorted out.
I asked one of the workers if he could test my battery and he wouldn't. He asked if the battery light was on and I said no. My car almsot cut off on me on the road. He said it was bad gas. A week later, my battery died. Thankfully I made it to different store and got it changed. I wouldn't go back here unless I was that desperate
