Don't call anyone else. Fast, affordable, and good customer service. Jessie H towed my large SUV and did an excellent job. He listened and was professional.

Dennis was outstanding in coordinating the tow of our bus from off post to the auto shop. He went above and beyond to ensure everything was handled efficiently and met all of our requirements in a timely manner.

Someone left a piece of machinery in our parking lot without asking permission or letting us know - and they left it smack in the middle of the lot. While the people did ultimately come back to get it after a long while - just before Schroeder’s did, for their sakes - Schroeder’s was nevertheless quick to help us, sending a tow truck out speedily. And they didn’t seem irritated or act like we wasted their time when they ultimately weren’t needed to tow it. It was a blessing to know we could call on them and they’d be ready to help

Michael from Schroeders Tow Service did an outstanding job and saved my kids from a risky situation on the side of the road. He was able to help get the truck started and even followed him to a gas station to make sure he was ok and had to jump him again. Thank you so much Michael!

So Jesse K, “Jay” was a champ on a rainy Sunday morning after valentine’s day. He was fast, he was professional, he was funny. Even after I screwed up paying for the Tow he was patient and helped me out to make sure that the tow was paid for and no concerns with my bank. I think he might be the 4th person Ive had the pleasure of helping me with a stranded vehicle from Schroeder’s. They are recommended by all the Law Enforcement’s around where I live. They are legitimately the best towing company in and around Columbia. And Jay has a really cool Zombie tattoo! Thanks guys, you Rock.

Jesse K deserves a raise for sure! He was super nice guy and kept me updated because I couldn’t be there and went out his way to do extra with the job. Amazing guy and company there within a hour of calling this is the first experience I’ve had with the company but if they have people like Jesse employed that says a lot about the company highly recommend this company and Jesse!

Dennis saved the day! I called and he was out to me in 30 mins. Was able to ride with him to the shop and he also called around and found someone that could help me today instead of Monday so that was a blessing in itself. Would certainly recommend Schroeder’s towing if you get stuck out on the road. I had hazmat so everyone knows how complicated that can be but he got me back on my way.

Professional, knowledgeable, and accommodating... Dennis is an exemplary team member and a example of how business relationships are not only made, but kept well into the future ... having been towed from Augusta ga to orangeburg sc, the almost 2hr ride was probably the more enjoyable part of my day! As far as cost of towing, well, it beat the hell out of trying to push a tractor trailer home on Thanksgiving night! Thanks again Dennis.. it was a pleasure (ps. Dennis was awesome! He was able to get me out of a sticky situation where my truck broke down in the middle of the road. He was quick and had great communication! He was super nice and I had a great conversation with him. Super friendly and would recommend getting help from him anytime!

My car broke down in the late night. Nooooo other company could come out or answer the phone. My these guys did and were very prompt. Randy contacted me shortly after dispatch. Got to me in good time and even got me safely to my destination. Personality is awesome too! Give them a call definitely 24hrs!

Jessie H. was the best. He called once he got to the car that I needed towed. I was waiting for him outside. We have assigned parking and he was able to back the car in perfectly so I wouldn’t get fined. He was nice and professional. Definitely recommend.

If I could give zero stars, I would. I have AAA coverage, but when my tire broke off (after owning it for 4 weeks), a Richland County Sheriff (not the Irmo Police Department officer handling my case) called Schroeder’s Towing, stating they could arrive quickest to clear the road. The tow truck arrived about 30–45 minutes later — the same time AAA had estimated. The driver informed me they’d tow my 2019 Ram 1500 to their yard and that I could pick it up at 8 a.m. the next morning. This was not my preference, but I was essentially forced into the arrangement at the direction of law enforcement. At 11:30 p.m. that same night, Schroeder’s Towing showed up outside my house, claiming I had requested the vehicle be dropped off there — which I had never authorized. They then demanded $196.65 for this “service.” The driver explained that their first tow truck broke down, requiring multiple transfers of my vehicle between trucks. Because the first driver didn’t complete his paperwork, they claimed to “assume” I wanted the vehicle dropped off. When I asked to speak to management, I was connected with Randy, who was rude, dismissive, and evasive. He refused to clarify fees, stated he couldn’t help until he spoke with his boss, and told the driver not to unload my truck, even after I offered to pay simply to avoid further mishandling. This entire experience was unprofessional, disorganized, and disrespectful. My vehicle was moved multiple times without authorization, I was billed for a service I never requested, and the management’s attitude made a bad situation worse. I would strongly caution others against using Schroeder’s Towing unless absolutely necessary.

Randy came at 12:30 at night to save our asses and helped us out tremendously. Very informative and helpful. Give this man a week of free lunch!! He’s more than earned it.

I hit something on I26 and it ended up popping 2 of my tires (thankfully no body damage) Aldrin in truck #57 was timely in his response to my location, prioritized safety and was patient during the entire process. Their prices are very reasonable and the insides of truck 57 was clean and comfortable. I Highly recommend this company and will give them a call next time something happens.

I am a Supervisor with VIP Courier Express out of Charlotte,NC and we needed a tow from Bamberg SC to West Columbia SC. After 6 attempts at finding someone, I lucked up and seen one of Schroeder's wreckers and gave them a call. One of the quickest response times at arriving to the location an hour away. They are very respectful and professional. The driver Dennis is very thorough in his work, pays attention to detail, and will make sure that your vehicle is secure properly as safety is his #1 attribute.

Jessie H. was great after we had a traumatic experience dangling off of a high wall. We were very scared and thought the job may cause catastrophic damage to the car but with Jessie’s help we were able to safely get all four wheels back on the ground and were saved by the grace of god with not even a scratch on the car. On our way home from the Chapin Labor Day parade we began to experience throttle cable malfunctions on the 1968 Mustang we used in the parade. Due to safety concerns we decided to have the vehicle towed home. I was a bit worried about having the car towed because it was borrowed for the day from a friend. Not knowing who to call, I found Schroder's Towing on Google. I failed to get her name but the girl that answered the phone immediately put me at ease. She took our information and had a truck headed to our location very quickly. On arrival, I was greeted by Jesse Kennedy. He listened to my concerns about the car and was incredibly Kind and Professional. He did a top notch job caring for the car. In many ways, I felt like a long-time good friend had showed up to help me in my time of need. The charge for the tow was More than Reasonable and much appreciated as this was an unforeseen expense. I have saved Schroder's number in my phone and they are the only towing company I will be calling in the future. A big Thank You to the Team at Schroder's towing. I recently had my car towed and was honestly dreading the experience, but it turned out to be incredibly smooth thanks to Anthony. He was friendly and super easy to work with. The process was quick and I really appreciated how respectful and helpful he was throughout. Highly recommend if you ever find yourself in a similar situation!
