Ran out of fuel today, these guys answered the phone on the first ring and were at our location with 30 minutes. After fueling the truck they followed us to a station to make sure we made it. Top notch 👌.
Had a 10,000 pound box truck stuck in the mud north of downtown Columbia. Josh was swift in his response, thoughtful in his tow plan, and cautious about everyone’s safety. He allowed us to pay in a safer location than the side of a busy road. Prices are unbelievably low. Would recommend to anyone stuck on the side of the road, whether a car or semi truck.
Broke down on I77 This morning no idea what was the issue. The other thing is my truck shut down halfway off the exit ramp! Josh came out and got me out of there. Not only that he sat with me for over an hour so that I wasn’t in the cold😄. He didn’t complain about it once! He was very professional and talked to me the entire time to be sure I was comfortable! I’m glad there are people who still enjoy their jobs out here! Thanks Josh!

This AM I was ran off the interstate by one of their trucks and they seem to just not care at all at the potential danger that brings to other drivers. He cut a lane of traffic to make an exit he was about to miss last minute IN A SEMI. Brother we can’t do that in regular cars what makes you think it’s either acceptable or safe to do in a massive truck?
So I’d recommend anywhere but here. They lack safety protocol and when genuine issues are brought up respectfully - they lack accountability
Great experience with wrecker driver Rob, he took good care of our heavy haul tow. He was professional and made sure that nothing was damaged. I really can't say enough. I am very happy.

Do not have your vehicle towed to this lot. They are a rip off and someone is lying. I was told my car would be charged $40 a day on top of the initial fee for my truck which was $250. Which would be a total of 370 because it was impounded on a Tuesday and picked up on a Friday. Anybody with common sense can count that it’s a total of 3 days and not 4.
Also whoever picks up the phone is very rude and definitely doesn’t know how to conduct business. I’ll be posting this review everywhere that I possibly can so nobody else runs into an issue.
Do not let STATE TROOPERS PICK THIS PLACE TO TOW TO. Choose your own towing company, preferably A1 recovery services or Asset recovery ,
I do not recommend doing business with this company. My vehicle was damaged during a tow and management refused to take accountability for their mistake. Not only that, the team was pretty rude and the two gentleman who appear to run the shop were overly aggressive. Thanks to this company I’ve had an increase in my insurance for damages that they are responsible for.
5/11/22 my truck was illegal towed from capital city towing they was very very rude and scam me out of 1500$ And will file a law suit they scamming everyone because they going threw a lawsuit now. THEY ARE SCAMMING AND OVER CHARGING EVERYONE… and reporting to BBB
LOOK NO FURTHER FOR THE BIGGEST SCAM AROUND!!!!! $300 DOLLARS FOR HAVING A CAR TOWED WHEN IT WAS PARKED LEGALLY!!!!!! HOPE NO ONE EVER HAS TO DEAL WITH THIS PLACE!!!!!!!!!
The driver was absolutely wonderful in every way. I have very limited mobility and he took the time to walk to where I was both at my home and at the destination when he returned my keys.
A pair of their drivers were driving 90 using all 3 lanes of the interstate like it was a race way. They were weaving in and out of traffic using their horns and flashing lights and threatening to run me and everyone else off the road with their lowboy rig. Clearly they don't deserve to drive a truck let alone have a drivers license. The worst driving I've ever witnessed. I hope they don't kill someone with the reckless driving!!
Nice office personnel. Say they don't tow RVs for some reason. Not the only tow company that said that though. Almost all the big vehicle towing companies said that. How else are RVs towed in this area?
During a national crisis these people tow my truck without giving a notice to move it after they put signs up how shifty can you be when I'm the only one able to work to support my family during this time.I drive a tractor trailer to move the essentials. I'm one of the few that are to still keeping America going. They must have needed the money more
Amazing service! Called Rob on a Friday, and on Monday morning they showed up right on time and delivered exactly what they promised. I would recommend them to anyonefor fast service. Driver Bob, was very professional. Picked up and dropped off shipping containers in tight quarters with no issue. They are the only company in the area who can handle transport or containers.
The owner cursed and complained at me. Their truck was stuck on my property. The driver called the office manager. He was very loudly exclaimed that I knew what I was getting in to and a tow was $450. His driver got their truck stuck and it was my fault because the ground was wet. It had rained for 4days and was drizzling when he arrived. Everyone knew the ground was wet.
Wonderful service. They set clear expectations on when towing would occur, the price was reasonable and service happened in a timely manner as promised. Mr. Joel was the best. We will definitely use the towing services in the future. Timmie Fulton AFFC Lawncare
