No one wants to get their car towed, but if you have to get your car towed, and need in any way to deal with the management team, this company is the best!! I dealt with three people at this company and they were all excellent at what they do. Special thanks to Todd who went above and beyond to make sure we were happy. I can't say strongly enough how kind these people are.
Had the work van towed twice, once for breakdown and once for convenience of delivery. The desk was pleasant on dispatch and both of my drivers were super to deal with. Lock Guy approved!
I had a horrible experience with this tow company and I want to warn others.
I parked my car (a Camaro) in an area that had no posted signs saying parking was prohibited. When I came back, my car was gone, and a tow truck was still in the area actively towing other vehicles. I asked the driver if they had taken my car and he told me he didn’t know — which was later proven to be false, because their company did in fact have my vehicle. That felt dishonest and unprofessional.
When I was finally able to get my car back, I was overcharged and never given a receipt, which is extremely concerning. If a business is charging hundreds of dollars, they should be able to provide proper documentation of what you paid and why.
Between the lack of signage, misleading answers from the driver, the inflated fee, and no receipt, this entire situation felt predatory. I would not recommend this company to anyone. Please be careful if you park anywhere they patrol.
I was getting gas at a gas station with my son, and when I got back into the car it would not start. I asked the driver if he would mind giving me a jump start. He did without hesitation and was very helpful and courteous. Thank you very much.
I went to pick up a friend from a wreck and the person towing the other car was very rude and unprofessional. I have never been disrespected like this ever by a towing company.
The first time I dealt with this company it was a very good experience, the second time I had to call this company was very far from stellar! It almost put me off from using this company again but they did apologize about the very poor second experience and did what they could to keep me as a happy customer. I am Very glad to say I not only use this company but I also recommend it to every customer I have that comes in and needs a tow!
I called a tow for my mother and ended up having to call back to change the tow location. They were friendly and changed the location with no problem. The tow was also quicker than expected in rush hour traffic.
Hopefully, I won't need another tow soon. However, I'd gladly call them again if I do.
I needed a tow for the first time ever and was referred to Pro Tow and they did a GREAT job! Anthony showed up quick, got my car hooked quick, and had my car back at my house in no time! I would definately recommend Pro Tow!!

Allan is the best! My friend and I got into an accident and had to get her car towed late at night in the pouring rain and he showed up within minutes to help and even came into the office the next morning to help us figure out what to do next :) Thank you Allan and ProTow of Columbia we look forward to using the rest of your services (hopefully not towing) in the future !
Had to have my car towed to a repair shop and they came recommended. Called them and they gave me a time of arrival and stuck to it. Buddy was fantastic on getting my car our of our driveway (live on an incline and car was faced inward) and got it right over to the shop quickly and safely. Definitely recommend.
Needed to have my car towed from Sumter to Irmo. I called Pro-Tow Inc. Mr. Todd in the office was extremity helpful and dispatched a driver as soon as possible. Anthony got to our home quickly. I have a brand new 2022 Hyundai and he was very careful with it! (Which was greatly appreciated!) Everyone was so kind, professional! They provided a smooth transaction/service in the midst of a difficult situation! 100% will call them first if I ever need another tow!
