My son totaled his truck and Highway patrol called this tow yard to pick it up. I showed up less than 24 hours later to pick up some important paperwork and personal Belongings from the vehicle and they will not allow me to do so without paying for the vehicle first. They are saying I have to wait for the insurance to process everything so they can rack up some more daily charges before they allow me to get my personal belongings. Scam artist
Thank you, Express! My truck overheated on the way out of town. The Express staff quickly picked up my call and immediately dispatched a truck. Our curteous driver arrived on time, expertly lifting my truck, and delivering it to the repair shop. Thanks from this formerly stuck driver!
DO NOT USE! One of my employees was in an accident. I called to get a tow and they quoted $185, fair. Truck picked up our vehicle and we went to the body shop with it. The shop said that they couldn't repair a service bed like that. So I asked the tow truck driver if they could take it to their tow yard for the day until we found someone who could do the repairs. He told us it would be $40 per night and I agreed. He told me to call the office and the girl I talked to said they were going to refund what I had payed. Found it odd but I'll square up what I owe when we figure out where to take it. One of our truck shops in Charlotte NC said they could repair and they would go pick the truck up and pay on their credit card what we owed these guys and they'd just add it to our end bill with them. THIS IS WHEN THINGS GOT SKETCHY! The truck shop called and told me they wouldn't let him pay with a credit card and they wanted CASH!? I figured there was a mistake so I called and talked with someone in the office and they told me it would now be $499 to get the truck off their yard and allow the other shop to come pick up my truck. I never agreed to pay in cash, and they never told me I would need cash, as well as I did not agree to a bill of $499 for 1 hour it took to pick up my truck and the two hours it sat in their tow yard. I wasn't happy with the price but whatever, told the girl to let me know when she was ready to take my credit card info, she said you'll need to pay in CASH, I explained they took my credit card this morning that they then refunded, I was already back north of Charlotte so I couldn't turn around and bring $500 in cash but I'd gladly pay on my company credit card, they refused to accept it. Finally, I called back and negotiated for them to tow my truck back to Charlotte and they quoted $1,470 and NOW they would magically take my credit card payment. I had no choice and paid ON MY CREDIT CARD but this was plain out extortion. I could have had the truck shop tow it to Charlotte for $450. I hope they enjoy the $1,400 because my company has put them on the do not contact list and will never receive business from us again. The owner of the truck shop who does towing as well we work with said this type of behavior was not normal and they would report Express Towing to the authorities and I am going to do the same. Do not trust this company.

I needed a non-running car moved from one location to another. The tow truck driver was friendly, knowledgeable and right on time. Easy move. Will definitely use Express Towing again!
Had gotten a flat tire that could not be repaired so I had to have a tow. They were quick to get to my location as well as friendly. And budget wise was cheaper than what my insurance was going to charge. I really appreciate the quick effective response. Prayful that I won’t need another tow but if I did will definitely give them a call first .
About a week ago my daughter and I was at the beauty supply store on Decker. Ready to go home after a long day out and my key fob would not open the car. It was freezing outside, a little after 9 PM and dark. Everything was closing around us on a Sunday. Panic started to settle in as we kept trying to use the fob and pull on the door handles. The cold now becoming colder. Thinking about how me and my baby girl was going to have to walk down Two Notch to Forest Drive to get home and what do I do about the groceries in the car and how do I get to work in the morning and what is wrong with my car in the first place? How much is that going to cost? I grab my daughter and speed walk back to the beauty supply store. I walk up to the counter and I say to the man "my key fob won't unlock my car. We can't get in the car". Not for one second did he or the other men there make me and my daughter feel like we were a nuisance. They very well could have said not my problem lady, but they didn't. Immediately the man I approached walked outside, took a look and then said he was going to run to Walmart and get some batteries, because it could have been my key fob battery. They had us stay in the store with them where it was warm, as they locked down. The man came back and replaced the battery, but that was not the problem. I sprung back into panic, because what now? The man said something to the other man and then, one of them smiled at me and said "he is going to call his guy". I didn't know what that meant, I just knew that God was working threw these men in my favor. So, we wait, but not for long. Then I see him. Mr. Mustafa. He hops out of his tow truck, gets the necessary information and goes to work. Pops open my door, then charges my car battery and voila! Just like that, what could have easily have been the worst time of my life (given everything else going on in the world), was just a blip. I hugged every single one of them. I had nothing else to give at the time. Mr. Mustafa did ask one thing of me and that was tell him how he did. That was a week ago, since then I came down with the Flu (I work in healthcare, fun times) but I didn't forget. So, here I am saying THANK YOU! Your company is absolutely amazing as well as the company you keep. Stay blessed.

I just had to get my car towed across town. These guys helped take as much stress off of the situation as they could. Gave me a first time discount on an already decent price, showed up quickly and were as polite as they were helpful. The driver (Yousef) gave my husband a ride home and was very personable. Would use again (hopefully won't have to for a while though, lol) and highly recommend! Thanks guys!
I was heading back home from class, and out of nowhere my car unexpectedly breaks down. I called about 5 companies but out of everybody else, these guys make sure you’re taken care of. From the guy on the phone to the guys that came out and towed my car, they took care of it. Everything about the process of getting my car out of the garage and to my house was quick, effortless, and it couldn't have gone better. I had a great experience with this company and if I, or anyone I know, needs a tow I know who to call.

Very pleasant team they worked with me very well very responsive very thorough at their job kind people Sophia was the admin. She did a great job. Also also had a chat with the owner busy but nice guy took time out for me.

I had a rough experience with losing my car in an accident. From the first interaction with the owner, who was beyond pleasant, to the lady at the front desk, who even called to check on me several days later, they both were very courteous. It’s hard to find good people with exceptional customer service now days. With everything that I went through, they did everything they could to help. I appreciate you guys!!!
Awesome service! They kept me posted while driver was on the way to tow it, upon arrival and brought back home. Driver was very helpful afterwards aswell.
My husband called for towing service on a whim and this place was the only one we could find open late. The driver had excellent communication, was punctual, and truly was a pleasure. He went above and beyond with my 3 year old who loves tow trucks- I'm almost grateful for the experience! Hopefully we won't need their service again, but based on the service alone we know who to call. Would ABSOLUTELY recommend express towing!
Best tow service ever! They saved the day after 3 different services came out and could not remove my truck from the ditch and other places I called wouldn’t come to my area! Tow truck driver and supervisor were nice and so helpful. I appreciate the good service.
Helped save the day! They got my car out of this muddy yard within 30-45 mins when AAA said 1.5 hours! The gentleman who helped, mentioned he had 15 years of prior experience and I could tell he know what he was doing! Amazing company and exceptional crew! Would highly recommend, give them a call!
