I was very dissatisfied with this company. They would not take credit cards, only cash which caused me to make a special trip back to their lot 30 miles away. They towed my vehicle to their lot and ripped me off by charging me for two days storage when my vehicle was there only one. I would never use Express Towing again.
Awesome service! They kept me posted while driver was on the way to tow it, upon arrival and brought back home. Driver was very helpful afterwards aswell.
Excellent service. My vehicle broke down on the interstate 20 W and called Express towing. Driver showed up super quick within 15 minutes and was very professional and picked up my vehicle within a couple of minutes. Highly recommend.
No parent wants that call that makes their heart sink and fear set in. My son was in a 4 vehicle accident on January 7, 2025. He was transported to the emergency room and Express Towing was contacted by SCHP to tow our vehicle. We didn't get out of the ER until almost midnight, so I waited until 7am the following morning to reach out.
Jamil (Dad to Yousef and Mustafa / Express Towing Owner) answered on the 2nd ring. This call was outside of normal business hours so I apologized for the early hour. Jamil explained no apology was needed and asked what he could help with.
When I told him the details, I received the most UNEXPECTED response. I expected a dry and robotic canned response. Instead, Jamil said, "Mrs. Sumner, I am so sorry to hear about your son. Is he ok?" Then he listened as this Momma rambled and thought out loud. He didn't interrupt nor cut me off. When I apologized for rambling, he said again no apology was needed. He had children too and understood how difficult accidents are on everyone connected. After 20 mins, he let me know that the Tow receipt location was wrong and gave me the right information. I told him I would be over later that day to clear out my son's personal items.
I called later in the day to ask what I needed to bring. My son was too injured to go with me and although I am a co-owner, I didn't want to travel 2 hours (from Kershaw, SC) and not be able to get his stuff. Yousef took my call and told me what would be needed. He took customer service further and said that the car was not at his location but his brother was at the Buckner Road location. He told me to bring the necessary info and Mustafa would take care of us.
They close at 5 but because of my travel time and work schedule, I didn't get there until 4:30. My son had ALOT of personal items and I wouldn't have time before they closed to get it all. Mustafa assured me that it was fine. Told me to take my time.
He gave me bags to help pack up clothes and uniforms in the car. It was getting dark, so he stayed outside with me while I took my time to get everything.
As a business, they have a level of liability when someone is on there property. But that wasn't why he was there. He understood how emotionally stressful the entire situation was and I felt like he was more concerned about me than business liability.
My son was rear ended and the stress of dealing with insurance companies has been high. While cleaning out the car, I received a vm from the at fault party's insurance stating that "Liability is pending and until accepted, I would be responsible for the storage fees and it was my responsibility to mitigate any additional fees." When I asked Mystafa if he knew anything about that, he was unsure and advised me to contact the insurance company.
I don't know the buisness and honestly, he could have taken advantage making money the motivation. But he didn't. He offered solutions that included them towing it to the body shop I wanted it to go to or having the shop contact them. My main concern was them getting paid and Mustafa assured me, that it would work out and try not to stress.
When you're in a crisis and look to the professionals for guidance, you're in an unsure circumstance. Some may take advantage, be demanding, rude or just downright ugly.
THAT IS NOT WHAT YOU GET WITH EXPRESS TOWING.
You get a family owned business that treats you as family. As I explained to Yousef when we were setting up for my car to be moved, we need more people like this in this world. We need more businesses like theirs in this world.
As a mom who's only child was in an accident, they were a beacon of calm light to guide us through this part of the process.

I highly recommend using this company for your towing needs. My car was totaled in an accident, and it was towed to their Augusta Road location. The car was supposed to be picked up by a different company and taken to the junkyard, but they never came. St. Andrews Express Towing worked with me on what to do with my car and even saved me some money. I am truly appreciative of their help during this time and will only ever use / recommend this towing company.
My husband called for towing service on a whim and this place was the only one we could find open late. The driver had excellent communication, was punctual, and truly was a pleasure. He went above and beyond with my 3 year old who loves tow trucks- I'm almost grateful for the experience! Hopefully we won't need their service again, but based on the service alone we know who to call. Would ABSOLUTELY recommend express towing!

ABSOLUTELY AMAZING! My mother’s car broke down on her today, and I live in another city. I was able to call this company, pay over the phone and have them tow her car. The phone rep even reassured me that they would take care of my mom. They did just that in less than 20 minutes. Thank you again!
I called them about 3:30pm for a tow for my daughter who is a college student that has never changed a tire. She had a flat tire with no spare and I was an hour and a half away. They came and got her and the car in less than an hour and got her to Tire Kings in the nick of time as they were closing to get the tire fixed. As a mother who could not get to her child when she was in need Express Towing put my heart at ease to know that my child did not have to wait a long time, and that she got to her next destination safely.
