My car was towed here and so far these guys have been nice and helpful.My only problem was when my car arrived Saturday,after calling all day i couldnt get an answer and the website said close.When they opened Monday I was charged for that weekend and was told that they do provide after hour service.
Ronnie continues to save my a** from week to week, finding the most obscure parts you could think of, and i give him the worst description of the part and he still manages to find it. Cant thank him enough
Today was my first time using Godfrey’s and it definitely won’t be the last! Outstanding customer service from the first phone call throughout the entire process of having my car repaired. They had me in and out within an hour. Quality work and great prices! They didn’t try to upsell any services that weren’t needed like a lot of Auto Repair Shops do. The gentleman who helped me was VERY cute which also made the experience great! If I could give more stars I would. I highly recommend Godfrey’s to everyone!
Terrible customer service. Employees are rude. They constantly lie about information and never call back. Sold me a transmission with the wrong control module and continue to lie about the vehicle it came out of. Asked them to help with getting the right control module and they claim to be too backed up to do anything.
This place is advertised in the DMV and right around the corner from me. I’ve had maintenance done on ALL my cars here and these professionals are awesome. The best part about it is that they really look out for your back pocket! Highly Recommended!!!
These folks got me a rare bumper for my 02 Thundercats at a reasonable price. If you need a part give them a try. Parking and entrance are not wheelchair friendly sadly, but I'd bet they would work around this if asked. These folks were very professional.

Great customer service and on time parts. I purchased an steering column for my Ford Escape from them after Ford Dealership was trying to charge me 2200+. Called and got a whole part for 450 now my mechanic is working on my car. Thanks guys!

I was in search of a hood for my dodge challenger. After searching for weeks and being hit with prices that were out of this world I called Godfrey's and I was quoted a price that had me on my way to order in seconds. I ordered on Fri around 4pm and I received a brand new hood bright and early monday morning. I am very pleased with the service I received and I will definitely be returning for more service.
They treat women poorly here please take a man I had brake issues they said it was the transmission. My car is riding perfectly only needed a tune up and brakes and rotors done. I just think they are untrustworthy! And refused to refund after they misdiagnosed and was ready to charge me 2000!

I ordered a engine for my 2004 Cadillac Escalade and they got it for me with in a week and the price was very reasonable. I've never had any problems with getting a part or the time frame or cost.
I needed an old rim for my 52 Ford F1. When I called them and asked for help, the lady said Rodney would need to help but he was on another line. She asked if I could wait, and I said yes. She put me on hold, but about every 30 seconds or so, she'd get back on and give me an update. When Rodney got on the phone, I told him what I was looking for. He took the time to go out to the yard to find what I needed; had one of his guys pull it off the vehicle and had it waiting for me.
The entire team was professional. I spent only 35.00 for the rim, but with the service I received - you'd think I was going to spend 350 or more. The fact they didn't put me on hold and 'forgot me' - meant the most.
When it's time to get other work or other parts, these guys will be the first I call.
Does not take ownership when repairs made may have impacted something else that worked absolutely fine before they did the work. Attitudes like " I will have someone look at it but...." My panel lights were working perfectly fine until they did some work on my rear lights, now when I cut the headlights on at night, all panel lights go out. Not happy with attitude or lack of concern and professionalism.
This business has great honesty when it comes to getting your vehicle fix and great customer service!! Along with great prices. I will continue to take all my cars to them if any of them need fixing. Thanks again Godfrey's!!

Bought some driveline parts for my 928 from them a while back. The prices were fair considering the unknown condition of the transmission internals. Everyone I dealt with was nice and I'll probably be back there to buy more parts in the future.
Transmission rebuild is a specialty these guys may not be known for. I know first hand, Godfrey's are pros at transmission rebuilds. With a 12,000 mile/ one year warranty for the price I paid, it's a no-brainer.
Godfrey's Auto is the ONLY placed we take our vehicles. Ronnie has ALWAYS been courteous, knowledgeable and very honest!! Their prices can't be beat either! As I scroll down and see some of the ugly one star reviews and comments, I can't help but wonder if someone is trying to sabotage their great business. Sad.
See Dave. He will shoot you straight on any repairs. Best place to get trusted advice on any repairs. ANYBODY WHO LEAVES UNSATISFIED, it's your own fault. No business always gets it right, but this shop ALWAYS makes it right. I honestly can't believe some of these bad reviews. It's a mechanic SALVAGE YARD. There's no cryin a salvage yard!! There's also NOT a bubble gum smacking receptionis W/6. lines or any slick lot lizards, its hard working people getting dirty making an honest living taking care of YOU. Support small business folks, or go-to a dealership with your wallet OPEN.
Over 13 years this shop has treated me great, and I strongly recommend that you SEE DAVE, or Ronnie.. also the guys buffed headlights on old vehicle, WOW THEY LOOK BRAND NEW.
Reading some of these low reviews. ... Not so folks. Good people here, I have a car there right now. A Jaq for front end damage. We took daughters vehicle here for fuel & electrical repairs. They're getting 65 F100 next for a radiator, trust this shop, obviously I do.!!
The owner Dave has the worst anger issues with a pompous attitude, stuck on himself and will hang up on you and cuss you out. And if you read other reviews I am clearly not the only one he has done this too! Very shady! Leaves cars with dirt, mud, oil and grease! Would not recommend this place to anyone! Take your car to the dealership it will save you so much trouble!
Very horrible customer service. I called looking for a tire and rim and the person would only give me a quote on one sized tire. He proceeded to hang up in my face and when I called back called me multiple horrible names when I asked for his name and the owner. He hung up on me. Called a final time and another person picked up, I asked for the manger and he said it corporation owned and tried to say he could help. Once I told him my complaint he hung up on me as well. If you are a woman in need of help please don’t bother calling them you will be called dumb and ignorant and service will be refused. Don’t waste your energy with this rude business.

My 2003 Range Rover's steering column locked and the key would not turn.I had it taken to LR who stated a new steering column would cost 5800.00 and the 5000.00 had to be paid up front before ordering the part. Dave ,Nicole and the Crew worked tirelessly to find a "work around " because quite honestly I didn't have 5000.00 .They checked several things and finally found a used column that worked!!!!! I praise God for giving me an alternative "think outside the box" auto professional who delivers!!!
