Worse company ever!!! When they towed, all I had was a flat tire!!! Now I have to PAY to haul it to North Carolina to fix it because of their incompetence!!!!!! All kinds of lights and damage have been done because they could not use their brains and bring a flatbed truck!!!!!!!!! And when we contacted them to have “their man” look at it. Which I don’t know what he was supposed to do. He NEVER came! This is so frustrating!!!! If I could give 0 stars I would!!!!!!!
They were supposed to be in route to tow my SUV last night, after 40 minutes I called to get an eta and they told me it would be an hour. 1 hour 10 min later I called again and they said they weren't on the way anymore and they were at a wreck so I would have to wait longer. If I didn't call to get another eta I would have never known. They didn't even have the courtesy to call me and tell me they weren't coming . Very poor communication. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND
County towing and recovery went above and beyond for me and my wife, our Tow truck Driver Tim was very professional, but also showed empathy and character which is hard to come by in most towing services, I would highly recommend County towing to anyone in the area in need of their services!
Car was towed for a wreck they had terrible customer service and is now trying to take me to court to confiscate the car. I also think it’s some racial profiling going on with the older women at the front desk. 0 out of 10 recommendations.
Julie has been super nice and professional. Her understanding of my situation made all the difference in the world. I was maliciously and wrongfully towed from my parking lot at Shadowmoss even after having proper ID on my vehicle and permission from the owner of the parking space. I am also a Service Dog Owner and this has put undue stress on us both. Thank you, Julie, for understanding and handling my documents in advance of arriving to get my car back. I certainly will recommend you all to others for legitimate tow situations! :-) Thank you!
Timothy and Kashawn came out at midnight on I-20 and professionally hooked up our disabled motor coach. The home has an independent front suspension which is difficult to tow. Got us to a truck stop where we could safely do repairs. I cannot emphasize how competent and professional these two men were. Highly recommend!!

Left office unmaned claim to be a 24 hour service been waiting for over an hour and a half to pick up car and wasnt able to pick up car for 2 days now. Very unprofessional business practices and only accept cash payments do not use this company.

I use this company extensively for my car business. They are always fast and ready to tow anything I need. They usually tow within the HOUR but always the same day I call. Super clutch and awesome owner!
They are very dependable! Within an hour, they not only picked up my vehicle, but delivered it to my house within that time. I would definitely call them in the future for my towing needs.
I was in a car accident on Friday an the police department picked this company to tow our car. The young man who towed the car was nice, an respectful. Now here's why I gave them a 1 star. They told me to be here at 8:30am in the morning so that I can get my stuff out the car. No one was here, I called the office a lady told me the person had a doctor's appointment an too come back at 10am okay cool came back at 10am an no one still wasn't here. I called again for the third time. I they still gave me the run around. At this point I am so done with the company. So if you see thesetow trucks, or looking for a tow DO NOT PICK.
I will say that Sandy the driver was very helpful and patient with having to get the paperwork change do to insurance company entering the wrong car. I would definitely recommend this company for your towing needs.
I endorse their commitment to help my family out during a vehicle break down on the side of a busy 77 interstate on a Sunday afternoon, 2 hours from home when my family was unable to get a hold of many other Tow companies in the area (I wasn't traveling with my daughters and wife which graduated the anxiety and fear I had for them) - an SC trooper had just arrived to my family's vehicle aid right before they could get there and changed the flat tire on the side of a crazy busy highway but the dispatcher for County Towing helped my family out greatly in the meantime, had a scheduled tow truck available and ready just in case and had genuine concern and effort to help us.
Anthony was professional and courteous. He moved a unique item across town for me as it was broken down; I had no way of getting it back to my shop. Other towing companies left me hanging and wouldn't help but he delivered and went above and beyond. Very relieved, thanks all!
I was broke down called at 9:07 am was told it would be 45 minutes. At 9:55 I called again and was told he was down town and he'd be in Harbison in 10 to 15 mins. That's an 18 mile drive. Just disappointing
Called for roadside assistance, waited almost 3 hours to find out driver feel asleep, or just refused to come. Horrible service would not recommend to anyone ever
This is the worst towing place ever. We literally waited 3 hours for the towing person to come in town.Everytime I called the place they kept saying someone is on the way and kept giving me time but no one came for over 3 hours. They kept giving excuses saying they’re stuck in traffic. Do not use them for towing.
Great towing company. Towed my beatiful navigator and was real careful. The people our smart careful and helpful. From the lady that called me back to the drivers themselves. Top notch.
