I was involved in an accident and my car was towed to the two notch location. Jesse was amazing while assisting me with retrieving my items from the vehicle. His patience, mannerism, support, and professionalism was immaculate! Completely incompetent. The city of Columbia uses them for parking matters and they attempted to tow my vehicle. My car has all time 4WD, which can not be disengaged, and would have likely been significantly damaged had I not paid their fine up front. If not completely broken it would have caused significant wear to the transmission and flat spotted my rear tires. The transmission was locked as well as the parking brake and they attempted to tow it regardless on a dolly that would drag the rear wheels. I was also not contacted or asked in person to put the car in neutral which is the protocol for towing 4WD vehicles in this manner. If I could leave a half star I would, a professional towing company should know better.

I needed to towed a car to a mechanic and it was done very fast. The driver was really kind and very helpful. Also very honest. Which is hard to find, specially for a woman. Thank you very much.
I was stuck in a golf cart with 2 babies and I called this company and not only did he show up in the time frame he gave me he was very nice. If I ever need another "tow job" I'll certainly use them again and recommend anyone close to the area use them, too! Thanks so much!
I got home late from work to find someone in my parking space. Upon calling the number given to tenants of the company contracted to do the towing, I was given the name, not the number or any contact information, the name of two subcontractors that they work with. Elgin's was the only one of the three companies I've interacted with who seemed to even be awake and willing to do their job, let alone exhibit any kind of professionalism. They haven't even freed my spot yet, but I'm so happy to have any kind of resolve that I had to put in a review immediately. I won't even bother jumping through loops next time; I'll just start with them.
