They used to be Latinos auto sales located off of two notch next to o Riley’s. I purchased a car in 2019. I needed to get a Lien release from them and was told I had to come in person . I called to find out what time they closed and I was told 6:00pm. When I arrived at 5:42 , the door was locked. I called the owner and he was very rude, nasty, and was not willing to help me. He said the girl must be gone for the day. I told him that it is not 6:00pm . He then responded with a nasty tone and attitude saying well what am I supposed to do , I am not up there and I’m working . Sir, NONE of that is my problem. If you knew you had a customer on the way , you should have told your receptionist to wait until y’all close to leave. Your cars are trash anyway and not worth 2 wooden nickels put together. I have had to replace and put more money in the car that I purchased from you all than it was worth to begin with because you lied and said nothing was wrong with it lol. DO NOT PURCHASE A VEHICLE FROM THEM. They are NOT reliable and they are very weak and nasty when it comes to customer service. Go somewhere else if you can, because I wouldn’t sale these cars to a dog.
My van broke down asked if they could fix it and he told me he would now it's 2 months later with no resolve. Paid $200 to tow it 5 miles to his shop and now is telling me to take it to another shop he doesn't want to do the work. Very disappointed and very bad business. Would not recommend especially if you have warranty in place.
This company picked up a vehicle from my companies lot. They dug holes in the asphalt and when confronted they said they would be right back to inspect the damage. I wouldn't trust someone who does business that way.
Awful experience. The driver broke the front end and was very unapologetic and told us to call out insurance company. Was speaking English fine then after this happened seemed to out of the blue have a language barrier. Don't use them!!!!!
