This is a fairly small, family business. They do very good repair work. Their parts and accessories are priced sometimes even lower than any big box store. I'd suggest giving them your business.
I called the small engine shop to get a boat removed that was stuck inside my motor the lady told me I need an easy out she said she don’t do that there they don’t take both had a small motors well at least my motor I said toHer what happens if there’s a boat stuck in a lawnmower motor what are you take it out with easy out she said well yes we would I said so you want to take it out of my motor she said no they’re not very good helpful people
I have purchased parts here for almost 20 yrs. And they carry a surprisingly large inventory. If they don't have it they get it in very quickly. Very fortunate to have them in the area.
The ONLY reason you get one star is because there is no option to give you zero. My uncle purchased 2 lawn mowers for me from here. The first one started fine the first time we started it up, and then he let it quit because he needed to move some things out of the way and went back to start it and it wouldn’t start back up. The starter blew. Okay fine, these things happen. Especially with used equipment.
The second one he bought after that worked great when demonstrated, but then when I used it the first time, it too quit starting. I thought the grass may have been too long so I put it on the highest setting and it worked.... and then lost the self propel function. So now I’m pushing this lawn mower and cutting 1/4 inch off my grass. My uncle came to look at it and realized even the tiniest bit of grass getting in the way of the blade would cause the motor to stop. We removed the guard so now I’m blowing grass all over myself, while pushing this thing up my hill ??♀️ Thanks guys! Don’t sell used equipment when you haven’t got the brain to actually fix it!
Stopped in to get a new spark plug for a mower I had very little info for. The woman at the counter was super friendly & casual, helped me find exactly what I needed. A great local shop to swing by, and they might just cut you a deal too!!
If it were possible to give this business a negative star I DEFINITELY would!! My husband called to let them know we would be picking up our mower and after several hrs went by with no call back he decided to stop in, the woman at the front desk was extremely rude and when my husband said just keep it she said OK!! We will never return to such an unprofessional business!!
