I dropped my truck off in the evening for it to have a tire alignment. They called be by 8:45am to tell me it was done. Great service and great customer service! Will return again.

Always fast getting a apt for my interlock anyone using them for interlock and it could be the Day before a lock out and they get me in and done np next day and they are always so polite l. I highly recommend them to interlock buddies.

I have stopped in for a few patches in the past and the staff has always been great. When I went in this last time, the staff helped me pick tires for my vehicle. I previously bought the tires for my vehicle from the dealership but recently, the dealership sent me a tire quote that was $45 more per tire, for tires I told the rep that I wasn't interested in. I explained that to the folks at Russell and inquired about buying there. I told the staff which brands I have had very positive experiences with (Continental, Hankook, and Michelin). They worked me up a price in a few moments and ordered my tires. I got a great set of Continental tires and they were promptly installed. The staff at Russell Tire got a repeat customer out of me. Granted they won't see me for awhile since I just got the tires, but when I need new, I'll be back. Thanks! A+ would definitely recommend.

We were very please with the service we had done on our Expedition. The service including PA INSPECTION OIL CHANGE TUNE UP Windshield wipers replaced and earlier in the month air in our tires .PLUS the repair need according to the diagnostic equipment. That earlier time I just got Air but was invited back to get the inspection and was given the date it was due. The manger Mike there explained availability and would be helpful to get us in according to my schedule. It turned out I needed a ride home and a pickup when the Exhibition was returned to me. They provided all these services so expertly and vert professional with care to detail . Then on top of that provided they provided the extra plus of PERFECT personal attention promised so cheerfully and treated us not only like a valued Costomer but like a friend or family.
