Quick and knowledgeable young lady that immediately greeted me warmly and took care of business.

Visit was great. Visit was for a battery exchange, purchased a battery 5 months ago and it turned out to be bad. Went in with battery and gentleman hooked it up ran a quick test and saw battery was bad. He went grabbed me a new one and our the door I went 5 min after I arrived. Very employees there have always been very friendly and very knowledgeable.

Called Napa to exchange some parts and they kept hanging up on me. And we're really rude when I came to exchange the parts. I recommend Napa in hollidaysburg much better customer service. And don't hang up repeatedly when you call them.

I bought a 2.99 napa bucket to get 20% off the stuff I bought. I didn't get 20% off , I got charged for 2 buckets instead. The part I ordered was in and on time. So it was a 50/50 trip this time.

Had the parts I needed. Very knowledge able of u talk to the right guys. New guys come close but I did have to return a few parts back to back because the size was an mm bigger.

I like NAPA a lot. The hours are the only reason why I gave it 4 out 5 stars. It closes rather early for the time of year.

They are decent on the prices so if you need parts go see them

...better prices when you are in their "club" but you have to remind whoever is ring you out to "credit your sale to your account" , EVERY SINGLE TIME ! !

Napa always seems to have superior staff and parts compared to AutoZone and advanced Auto. These guys know what they are talking about and normally the part quality is always noticeably higher than the other box stores

I was impressed with how much stock they have on hand. I have always just driven by, but after my first visit I think I will probably do more business here.

Staff was not to bright they dont care if someone comes in and has no clue what they are looking for the staff dont offer any help at all and when trying to figure out a issue on a part they kinda are stumped

Great place to get auto parts. Very knowledgeable people and friendly and helpful. Like the NAPA on union street because they are friendly and helpful.

They did not tell me there was an added fee if I did not give my old part in exchange. But they were extremely busy, phones were ringing, but took time to look up my vin to see what part i needed. Top Notch employee service always
