I went and inquired about parts for my windshield wiper replacement. The manager was welcoming and went above and beyond to help me without costing me more money than I had already spent at another store. Will go back with any other issues I have with my car. Thank you!
I will never buy parts from O'Reilly's again I called O'Reilly's ,AutoZone ,Napa ,Advanced Auto for a price and warranty check on a radiator for my truck and O'Reilly's had the best warranty but a little bit more pricey they said they had one in stock anyway so I drop in O'Reilly's and one of the employees asked if I needed help i gave him the information about my vehicle ones more and they gave me the radiator take it home to find out it was completely different so I call back down to O'Reilly's explain they gave me the wrong radiator so he looked it up online and said he had to order it and it would come in that same day so anyway they lied to me twice so I can buy it there knowing they had to order this part if I lived closer it probably would not have been a great deal but when I live 35 miles away i never got to finish my truck that day I had plans to use my truck that day and the only day off I had to fixed it .If I could write them -5 stairs I would. Ps I explained this to two other employees from O'Reilly's that this guy lied to me twice they both had the same answer they weren't there lol
My truck battery suddenly died on the way to work last Wednesday morning. Randy (manager) promptly replaced the battery and I was on my way in no time. He even hit my terminal connections with some spray to help get rid of corrosion. A+ customer service, attention to detail and professionalism.
My car battery needed to be replaced along with the terminal and from the moment I walked in the door Randy was so helpful. He went above and beyond to make sure my car was up and running again. He was answering the phone, ringing up and helping other customers and changing my battery in a very timely matter. I highly recommend going to see Randy at O’Reilly Auto Parts. A+++
