Go in paid cash for the trailer, and I was turned into the IRS. The battery is junk I’ve asked them to replace it and they refused, then I’m driving down the road and the trailer is shifting left to right almost rolled my truck. When I got home I looked and the hitch moves about half inch from the frame of the trailer. Called and asked them about that and was told that’s how it’s to be. I will never deal with this place again. With the amount of problems and a junk product and crap customer service, I would recommend anywhere else for your trailer needs.

Update: because of my review I’ve been asked not to return. Funny a business sales me junk, I let a honest review of the product and now I’m no longer allowed to return to the company. Cool I got yall I’m going to have DOT check the trailer out. And I will also be getting ahold of the bbb.

The salesmen that work there are nice.they do help you out alot. but the stuff is junk two trailers both junk. axle broke this one it's only 6 months old going down the road it's been a week since we've heard from them from the Warranty company. I'll probably never buy another thing from them. And I feel they should be helping you get the warranty quicker when they're the ones selling the junk to you.
Years ago, I bought a car from this place. Promised to fix a bunch of stuff that was identified or lacking, and did not follow through. Once they had the money, not easy to deal with. Thought I'd share.
Got the cforce 800 xc for plowing the driveway. It moved the snow easily with no problems. Finally got to go out on the trails this weekend at the Ramey Poker Run and it didn't disappoint. If you are looking for an ATV to plow or just to have fun on, I'd strongly recommend stopping in and seeing every thing Mattas Motorsports has to offer.

I would not deal with Mattas MotorSports, they don’t value their potential customers, they had a listing on Facebook (free advertising) I felt that I had made the final arrangements to purchase the 4 wheeler only to find out that it was sold out underneath me. I was in contact with JT Mattas but he said he had lots of interest and was trying to be fair. I asked him if the new potential buyer contacted him earlier than I did, negative on that. Lame excuses, lame company!
My husband and I stopped to check out the CFmoto 800 touring 4 wheeler and were not disappointed. The guys were so helpful and knew what they were talking about. It was a pleasure dealing with them. A special thank you to Brian for helping with the financial end of the process.

Awesome place. I would not buy a trailer anywhere else. I drive about 140 mi one way and have bought six trailers off them. I would strongly recommend giving them a try.

My husband and I went looking for a new mower and/or trailer. Everyone there was so rude, made us feel like we were an inconvenience and rushed. That being said, we took our business elsewhere and got the new mower we were looking for, and the customer service we should have received in the first place.
I bought a sure-trac trailer in early spring. Pricing was very fair. The trailer is outstanding quality and I've had no problems. I plan on returning to buy a dump and enclosed trailer in the future. I was surprised to see the negative reviews on service. That was not my experience.

The car Jim Mattas showed me was overpriced and in poor condition (in fact, he test drove it with me in the passenger seat and it was smoking after 1 mile)! He attempted to intimidate me into buying it and I had to have my uncle call him to get my deposit back. I will never go there again and I will never recommend that anyone else does.
