Most disrespectful manager ive ever met. Came in for a simple problem and was given nothing but attitude and disrespect from a situation that was out of our control. In my opinion is no way for any store manager to act in any business. It would be one thing if he would of explained the situation but instead gave flat out disrespect and attitude before we could explain our situation fully. Again this is the manager of the establishment i am talking about too. This is also after being left on hold for 45 minutes and we get there and the only two workers there are sitting outside on there. The managers name is Jeremy too incase you all were wondering
Jeremy did an awesome job finding the correct battery for my wife's car. I use a walker or cane to get around. When I arrived at the store, I called the store from the parking lot and he made it so that I did not have to get out of my car. Thank you for tremendous customer service .
Depends on which store you go to. Sometimes you get great help other times you get lousy help, little knowledge of product, attitudes, etc... I think I will be taking my business to NAPA from now on.
This is by far the only parts store I go to. Very helpful, and if the part I need isn't in stock, it's either there the next day but no longer than 2 days. Sometimes, it's there within a few hours. Either way, I love this place and the people who work there.
My car battery was replaced for me, and quickly at that. The employees were helpful and efficient. My car runs great now. I'm glad I had the help I needed when I needed it the most!
Everybody in the store is knowledgeable, helpful, and kind. They keep a wide variety of parts in stock or can usually overnight them. Anytime I need something, they take care of me.
Friendly service. Well, except for one individual who wasn't so friendly. Perhaps it was not their day. So, I won't mention any names yet! Yeah, lots of parts.
Actually my visit was great. Dude was really helpful and his opinion on how to handle the job i was doing was priceless. Unfortunately I do not know his name but still want to give a thanks for the help.
My windshield wiper broke while it was snowing. I pulled in here and the guy that changed them was removing manufacturers blades from my car, which is a pain, apparently. He never once complained or anything, but it really took effort and finally pliers to get them changed. He made sure they worked ok and we were on our way, awesome service!
Good local place usually has the parts but the one on the boulevard you stand in line forever if they get busy you will be in there for a very long time somebody should be at the register all the time you have to wait in line just to check out whether you're ordering a part or not just to get a quart of oil
They argued with me about trying to exchange a part in the store. Extremely rude about it while other customers were watching. 2 people walked out. Awful employee. The company should teach them how to speak to customers when they are refusing to exchange faulty parts. Then again, when you run a crooked buesness I suppose they don't care how they represent themselves.
me and my brother stopped in @dvanced auto clearly carrying in a gooseneck part trying to exchange it for another part, only to be accused of stealing the part by the manager and another worker came running out screaming you just stole th@t off the shelf these men are supposed to act professional in m@tters like this embarrising us in front of other customers and treating us with blatent disrespect I will be filing suit against AAP DEFLAMATION OF CHARACTER False accus@tions, Mental anguish. We were in hurry to get cause it was mothers d@y the camera will clearly show the truth have a beautiful Mothers day M@tthew Melius
As always, they provided excellent service, with no pressure to buy a battery when mine was tested borderline.

Very good helpful employees. Good prices most of the time. Things are priced fairly. But, 3 tiers of things like brake pads sucks. Why not offer the best only for a good price and they wouldn't have to stock so much parts. This is my opinion.
Was 3.5 hours from home and lost a wiper for my BMW M5. Was 100% sure that they would not have what I needed as it is an unusual car. Went in trying to find a temp solution to get me home. The manage (blond female) jumpped in, started digging trough product and computer and within 10 min had two perfect wipers and on my way. Could not possibly have been more helpful and nice to deal with. Thank you!!
They diagnosed our car with a general diagnosis of the engine light.
They we're very helpful and didn't pressure us into buying anything. Will definitely go back. Very reasonable prices!
Not really sure why but out of all the auto stores in the area I seem to frequent this one the most. Generally well stocked, staff has always been helpful, prices are pretty much standard, occasionally you can get some decent deals on oil and other common car care items.
Always love Advance!!! I'm probably one of the only women that could spend more time and money here than at Wal-Mart! Great customer service and employees are always helpful!
Helpful staff, and knowledge. Sometimes the parts I've gotten here don't fit, so I have to head back and return. I'm not sure whether this is on my vehicle manufacturer providing incorrect information or they pull the wrong part.
It all depends on who is at the counter. There are knowledgeable people and a few that don't know what a timing light is. If you have part numbers you should be fine.
The staff here is knowledgeable and very helpful. I have been going here for years and never had a bad experience. Definitely would recommend this place!
