Shout out to asst. manager Donnie and Javier!! Every time I’ve had an issue I need help with, I always go to an O’Reilly’s to get help. This time an emergency a couple thousand miles away from home. Not only did they help every way they could, they even called around to garages to get what I needed done. Always professional and courteous and helpful to this single mama who travels. Thank you!!!!

The guy that was working in the store watched me pull into the store. He shut the doors even tho there website says they don’t close till 8 then then they left after me and another customer were both about to walk into the store if they are going to close early they need to update the website or post a sign on the door definitely won’t be taking my business back to that place ever again

Friendly staff that is knowledgeable about auto parts and repairs. They do their best to keep costs down as far as parts retailers go.

I'm a person of high anxiety, especially socially, so shopping makes me feel very uneasy. I was grabbing things to refill fluids in my car and learn about my with my dad. I was immediately greeted with a hello and offers of help as soon as I entered. Not knowing anything about cars. It didn't take me long to ask for help. And all 4 of them gladly helped me out. Explaining things about my car and helping me find the things I need. I left happy and calm. Thank you Shane. Jed, Dom, and Aleah for your help. Will come back against for my car needs. ❤

Great people, but if you are buying from their website Verify THE ITEM. I bought an ECM that read "pre programmed, plug n play, after receiving the part, I had to pay GM 340.00 more to program it. Not the store employees fault at all, but pretty slimy on behalf of O'Reilly.

Kind, helpful, and know what they are talking about. I keep going back because of the parts most others don't keep stocked. Highly recommend to others for automotive needs.

I seriously cannot say enough good things about my experience with Mashelle from the Pleasant Valley Blvd store in Altoona! She was amazing from start to finish. I had a headlight out, so I placed an order online to (hopefully) pick up on my lunch break. When I arrived at the store, she was familiar with my order, so checkout was a breeze. Once, I mustered up the courage to admit that I did not know how to change it myself, she offered to take a look at it for me. She knew that she would be able to change it without "removing the housing"...whatever that means...so SHE CHANGED IT FOR ME! But not only that, when I was playing "mechanic's assistant", I touched the bulb with my ungloved fingers and Mashelle educated me about why that is very dangerous. She then dipped inside the store for a sec. When she returned, I realized she went inside to get a rag to remove the finger oils from the bulb. Most people would have just used the other bulb (which I offered for Mashelle to use) that was in the package. Don't let this being an Auto Parts store fool you; this woman is a true professional! She was knowledgeable, courteous, friendly all while remaining professional. Seems like a great time for a raise to me! Thanks again, Mashelle!

I've been getting almost everything I need through this place and have never walked out disappointed. Next day pickup on most items, easy warranty exchanges, and friendly and knowledgeable associates. 10/10.

Bought over 300 dollars worth of brakes n rotors. Young lady that was waiting on us, a blond haired, young lady was very kind and courteous the entire time that we were within the store. Her Coworker was short n rude. My lady amd I were browsing looking for things we might add to our cars, while the employees gathered the brakes n rotors. The older lady yelled let's go ur stuffs up here. Wow I was tempted to leave the brakes n go. Their loss I doubt I return.

These guys are great. Very friendly. Prices here are better than similar auto stores and they have a great selection. This particular store everyone was extremely helpful and willing to go the extra mile to make sure I had what I need for my project. Thank you.

The service was good the parts are good for the most part they wear their masks others then maybe one or two I can't think of any other problems that I had other than I think that everybody should wear a mask until all this is over and I think that should include the employees but I noticed when I was in the store that a couple of them didn't have masks on one in particular being a female but I don't have any clue who she was. But anyway overall good experience.

Always have a good experience at O'Reilly Auto Parts. Customer service is great and they are very helpful and willing to take time if you have any questions. And they can be somewhat flexible with some of the pricing.

The guys here were so helpful ! Friend of ours car broke down as we were traveling home . We were able to pull into O Riley’s . The two guys stayed after hours so we could buy the parts and even stayed to help ! Great customer service !!!!!

Lost the cap to my master cylinder. Staff was very helpful and helped me find the right part in the rain! They were willing to put aluminum foil over my master cylinder so that I was not in danger! Thanks a lot to the O'Reilly's staff on duty!

I went in to get supplies for an oil change. Couldn't remember what kind of oil filter my car took, the gentleman was SUPER helpful and willing to go and grab it from the shelf for me. he also informed me of the sale on filters going on and the benefits to each one one sale. Definitely going back here. Often when I walk into an Autoparts store, I get looked at funny or talked to like I was stupid. O'Reilly DID NOT do this. It was a nice change of pace.

Came in 2 time in the same day. Both time I was immediately greeted and I got expert help to my questions. In some cases it can feel like the sales team is talking done to you or not interested but just doing thier job right? Not here. I got great employees talking to me. This will be my first choice over advanced Auto and AutoZone. Not to say those 2 places are not as good. I fully expect they are. But I liked how I was a treated here and will return.
