Very expensive. We did a boat and trailer transfer on 2 different occasions. Fees were ridiculous. Our friends were there doing a car at same time and they said the same over 700 dollars to do a car transfer. Never again. Will go to AAA OR to Tyrone. Much cheaper.
Showed up for a title transfer and plate on a Saturday afternoon, but forgot an insurance card. We felt terrible and got ready to head home. But they worked their magic between us and the automated “customer service” line at the insurance company to get a live representative to send a new copy straight to their office in a matter of minutes. On a Saturday afternoon. Those ladies are tenacious, and they get the job done in stellar fashion. Follow their instructions, don’t give them a hard time, and pay the bill, and they will help you through a very embarrassing and frustrating situation with ease. They deserve a raise, they’re saints in disguise. The BEST place for notary needs, many thanks!
I walked in with all my paperwork for a SXS I bought at a Fed Gov auction. 30 min later i walked out with my ATV plate, registration and title application completed. They know what they are doing. Great service ?
Took a man there to do title transfer and tags on boat trailer and transfer boat each cost $500 to buy the bill was $450 taxes would have been $60 tags for boat trailer probably $50 so there fee for the transfer came to over $300. Took 15 minutes. When questioned about it were told their charge for the boat alone was $115. Ridiculous
I did a boat and trailer at the shop in Claysburg last year that cost $3500 so the taxes were $183 and the bill was less than $300

Very nice people. Went for an address change but got there a bit too late, they said they'd do it in the morning for me and I could pick it up the next day! Definitely recommending to my family.
Went in before closing hours. Called to make sure what time they closed. Lady said 7 pm. Got there 6:45 to switch title of car i now we were short on time getting there...but lady who bought car was outta town and was a hour drive away... After rushing to get to one stop they refused to do title change and said we don't do titles after 6:30 pm... it would of been nice if she told me that when I called...!!!
These people are straight out rude and don't want to answer your questions. I had a letter to PennDot lost in the mail and am concerned on my letter actually getting there so I asked for the way it gets done and cause I asked twice they got rude with me then hung up on me. Horrible customer service I'd go to Dunkle's and will go to Dunkle's from here on out.
I've been there twice now for title transfers. I was helped my different folks both times. They were both friendly and professional. I'll be back when I need vehicle registration services again.
This guy was the hugest dick I have ever met. He made four people so uncomfortable and two of which were minors the other were women. I stood in disbelief as he used profanity and was just disgusting. He's elderly and won't be around much longer (thank Gawd) but NEVERRRRRRRRRR use him for anything until then. He had us all in a nasty rusty old car shop or something? it was so dirty is was sick. His unprofessionalism was his best quality as he made my step son and I feel so uncomfortable and almost had my son in tears it was just sick I wonder how he sleeps at night as he flips off women as he's driving away all for having the wrong paperwork. Here's a note sir if you don't like what you're doing (a public service)(catered for the public) don't do it!!! I'm still in shock and can't wait for my husband to retrieve the apology I deserve.
