I needed a new car battery for my 2019 Buick Lacrosse. The battery is in an awkward place in the car trunk. Bill, the owner, was not deterred and, within maybe 10 minutes, he replaced the battery.
Also, Battery Warehouse has possibly any kind of battery you could need. Friendly, knowledgeable service and fair prices!
Perfect service. Quick, efficient, took the time to show me how to properly change out a battery and took extra care to go the extra mile with the quality of the installation itself. Also had the best-priced battery for my truck, beating out the big box stores! I’ll be returning for all my batteries!
The man running it was very nice and helpful. I got the wrong one. Came back and he handled it no problem. Not bad prices neither. And he is much more respectful than the typical toonian I see at the stores out here.

At purchase ,the cost was lower then any auto parts store or local Walmart . Nice selection of batteries, arranging from car ,truck ,ATV ,mower & so much more .

Great Upfront Prices!!!!!! Definitely didn’t get no hidden charges. We ordered the battery while out of town and it was delivered to our business before we got home. Sticking with this small business!!!!!
BEWARE OF HIDDEN COST!!! Went there to get a battery after talking to the owner 3 times and never once did he mention an extra charge to use a credit card($6.00!!). Now to go back home for the cash or checkbook would have cost me just as much in gas($3.39 gal.) This place is not any cheaper after you add their "custom charges to the cost of the battery.Real businesses tell you the total price upfront and also insall for free! Just because you are a ma and pa business does not mean you get to be dishonest in your pricing to make yourself look good. Honesty is always the best way if you want to stay in business. I agree with the other review that said if he could give a lower rating than 1 he would do so. Make sure you buy at a place that will be around long enough to cover your warranty, I am not so sure about these guys being around with these practices.
Great experience. They had the exact riding mower battery that I needed. The owner is very knowledgeable and friendly. Definitely be going back for all my other battery needs!
I went there for a battery. and it turned out that I didn't need one. The gentleman was very professional and did multiple different test and found that it was not the battery causing the problem. He could have just sold me a battery to make a sale!!!! But very professional definitely recommend people to go there first.
This place had the right batteries! And many to choose from. BUT….. they literally did not have tools! We needed a Philips head screwdriver and the one they had, was the ONLY one they had. Then using the screwdriver the handle was twisting but not the driver part. As far as I’m concerned, this was the dumbest damn thing ever! The gentle man was nice enough. But pretty useless in the helping part. My sister and I took the scooter battery apart ourselves. We could see in the outer casing to tell which battery was needed but we did the whole job ourselves. My advice is take your own tools!!!!
The gentleman that works there was so nice. The prices are so much better than anywhere else. Also, there is a dog in the shop. He is a cute dog. I would recommend anyone looking for batteries go there before you look at any other stores.
Fred is the :BEST" !!! This man will try to rejuvenate your battery. before selling you a new one ! Try that at your local "supercenter" or auto parts store. I've purchased a motorcycle, snowmobile and sump pump battery from Battery Warehouse over the past several years and this is my "GO TO" and ONLY place for batteries !!! Thanks Fred !!!
Fred was very accommodating for my immediate need for a new battery. Very friendly and professional. Being wheelchair-bound, I was pleased that Fred changed the battery and I never had to leave my van.
Never buy again. Bought a 4 wheeler battery a month ago, used low hours started leaking. Battery had a year warranty and they won't replace. Actually accused us of misuse!
I was shopping around for a new battery the cheapest one I could find was $179 at AutoZone all I have is a little Chevy spark I can't believe a battery would cost that much well the man that the battery Warehouse said he had one for 115 and he put it in for me told me the battery is made in Pennsylvania which I liked a lot and then because I'm a senior he gave me $15 off so I was very pleased if you need a battery go see Fred he's the man that owns it
If there was an option to put less than a one star review that’s definitely what i would be putting. This was the second time visiting this store. First visit was fine. There was no issues the gentlemen that were working that day were friendly and helpful. But the most recent visit was HORRIBLE!! This was by far the worst experience in any store to date! Last year we purchased a battery for the 4 wheeler in order to use the plow for winter. The quad was stored away for the warmer months with the battery being pulled out of the machine completely. When we went to use the battery there was no juice to power even the lights on the quad. Took the battery back to the store to see if there was something that could be done being that it was practically brand new and the man working the counter tested it and when it showed only a few volts the man lost is mind. Stated that the battery had to left in the machine with the machine left on for this to be the case and when he was told no that was absolutely not the case that it was in fact removed from the machine he called him a F***ing liar and was yelling F*** this and F*** that. When he stopped yelling he was told again that the battery was pulled and not left in the machine that in fact that key wasn’t even left with it for it to be turned on. It was at this point the man got in his face and once again called him an F***ing liar. Told him to get out of his store and to never F***ing come back. Beyond uncalled for!!!!! We will never be returning to this store ever again!!!!
Had a 4 mth old battery that was faulty and the owner was F bombed my husband about battery issue and told my husband don't F. come back and he was a a regularly customer we did call corporate office but found out he's independent owned so there's nothing we can do but to tell our friends and family not to give him any business.
Fantastic experience! Fred is the owner. He personally drove to where I was at and helped me change my battery out. In addition, he tried to save me money by attempting to charge it first. It was beyond charging at that point. He runs a local business and he is always tries to do the right thing. Even if it takes him longer or he makes less money. Go here for any of your battery needs. He knows what he is talking about and he is a local business. Shop local!
Great guy my dad took in a battery he thought was dead and was going to spend to get a new one here the owner says to him leave it here and let me put it on slow charge my dad said he tried that we'll we come to find out it wasn't dead my dad's charger is broken what a great guy to help out we need more business like this that aren't just out to make a buck and take advantage of some one ..reminds me of car garages but besides the point ...I will be heading there tomorrow to see if he has a battery for me if it dosent take a slow charge over night
The owner has a heart of gold. We have never had any issues with any of the batteries that we have bought. And it has been 6 years of dealing with her. Thank you.
Purchased 2 cell phone batteries for my wife and I's cell phones, the cell phones drop calls and lose signal with these batteries installed. Battery Warehouse would not refund our money. We were not told that cell batteries have no warranty and there is a sign on the wall that states this. The cell batteries are behind the counter, I was not able to get to them, so I didn't see the sign since the clerk got the batteries and brought them to us. She never warned me that there isn't a warranty and their receipt states that you have 10 days on returns with a receipt. There isn't any mention of the no return policy on certain types of batteries. This is the last battery I purchase from Battery Warehouse!
