This place is extremely disappointing. The driver was extremely rude. The level of professionalism was bottom tier at best. He even went as far as to cancel the service request and lied about it. Save yourself the headache, go with ANYONE else. Hire new staff A&M.
I wish I could give 0 out of 5 stars…after reading all these reviews it seems like the people that use these guys as insurance/roadside assistance are the most affected in a negative way by this company…!!!
I just watched this driver pass the location we are waiting at 3 times …I tracked him down a block away and told him we were waiving him down. We also gave them specific address and driver got mad that I had that to say and then cancelled our service request and drove off…!!!
Since I had another vehicle there I went to leave and saw the driver as I was passing by and I saw him laughing and almost cutting others off as he was making gestures to me that were provocative in nature…this company is absolutely wild and I wouldn’t want anyone else to try and make a roadside assistance or insurance towing through them and be treated the same way…!!!
This place is a joke. Had a car broken into and towed to GMC. While picking up the vehicle from the apartment complex, they rammed the vehicle into one of the garage doors. Once vehicle arrived to the dealer, the driver crashed the vehicle into a brand new $100k 2025 gmc sierra. Driver then proceeded to argue with our boss saying the damage wasn’t that bad and that he would tell his boss what happened and proceeded to charge $120 for the tow ? After damaging the vehicle twice ? When we called to confront management, they were completely unprofessional and said their driver said he didn’t hit anything which is a complete lie. He was caught on camera and 4 people witnessed him hit the truck. Do not recommend. Go to A-Albuquerque towing
Their drivers are maniacs. November 12 @ 7:00 I was returning home to the meadows in Rio rancho and one of their lovely drivers cut me off not one, not two, but 4 times and almost ran me off the road. Once in the sub division the driver was going at least 10 miles over speed limit. Tried to call and let someone know but apparently they don’t have any type of message device. Go with Anya.
Naeer was my driver when my Volvo died on me. Not only was he very courteous and patient, but he also offered to take me home after driving to the shop to drop my car off. His truck was also very clean! He was very nice, and I would recommend them to anyone needing towing services.
My Insurance hired this company to come to my home to do a tow for me and when I called them to see why they change the scheduled time the man hung up on me.I called back to ask why I was hung up on and he hung up on me again so I called back and asked what was going on why the time was changed and he said he’s just canceling my tow all together and he did. I tried to call back to see the reasons why and he refused to answer the phone or give me his name very unprofessional I would not recommend them to use this tow company. I will be informing all of our area along with all of the title companies that use them for a tow along with everyone that I do know that I am connected with that use this tow company of my experience. Or anyone they’re on their list such as insurance companies and advise them otherwise for the unprofessionalism and not even willing to explain or talk to me which I also have them on record because we are one party state so they can hear for themselves. I just wanna let everyone out there know to choose another company please so you don’t have to experience what I did. It was inexcusable, unprofessional, unacceptable and they’re unreliable from the experience that I went through I don’t want anybody else again to have to go through that.
I will NEVER use these individuals and I recommend you don't either!!! The manager sent his driver to pickup my vehicle @ 5:30 the first day, which at that time the body shop was closed. The driver and I tried working something out for the following day... I communicated with the driver @8:45am I told him once I spoke to the body shop we could setup a time. We planned on meeting at my home at 4pm. We'll it was 424 the driver wasn't here yet, so again I contacted him. He stated he was in Belen on another tow. OK, well we had to set something else up. I told him I'd call back once I knew my schedule. Shortly after an individual claiming to be the manager called me with a nasty attitude!!!! I recorded the call if there were a way to post it here I would. Very unprofessional with the way he spoke to me and hanging up on me. How immature and unprofessional!!! DON'T GIVE THESE PEOPLE YOUR BUSINESS IF ANYWAY AVOIDABLE!
They were a great service to use simply because as soon as I called, they had someone come tow my car in less than 20 minutes! Would definitely recommend!
I didnt catch the name of my driver but he was awesome. Super professional, did not wait more than 30 minutes from the time I called for the tow to the time he arrived. If im ever in need of a tow again (which I'm sure I will be my car is older) I will definitely be using this company!
I was in line at Dunkin’ Donuts on Atrisco and central and the car in front of me had taken off and I watched them go over a curb and get their car stuck. I noticed that the lady that was driving was elderly. My son and I stopped to see if we could help her. She felt very bad and kept saying that her husband was very mean and he was going to get mad at her. She also told me that she couldn’t afford a tow truck. She told me that she only had $40 to her name. I decided to google tow truck company’s and I came across this one. I told them that I was a stranger trying to help her and she only had $40. The man I spoke to on the phone, I wish I got his name told me that the owner would call me back. He had just given me a price of $75 to get the car out, if she was able to drive it away, no towing. The owner called back and said that he would take the $40. I still went ahead and helped her pay for the bill. It was her last $40 to her name. So I just want to write this review to thank you guys! Thank you for helping me help her! We made a good team and we got her on her way! May God bless you guys always!

My vehicle was towed by them, and when I went to pull it out a couple days later, my 100 dollar backpack with hundreds worth of stuff in it was stolen, along with my power inverter, which they actually LISTED as property in the vehicle. My bag contained important medication, and was stolen from them. Or course, the price to get it out wasn't awful, but that's because THEY STEAL. Make sure you take pictures of your stuff before using their service
RE: To answer your question, my brown 2016 Buick Encore was towed Tuesday, 5/25, and was picked up by the following Friday, literally two days ago. Your whole "we don't steal" speil won't work either, because it's not like there was police involvement, and your driver made the mistake of listing the power inverter, one of the stolen items, as vehicle inventory, but not the backpack. I hope you're not naive enough to think your employees wouldn't steal, and I'm not naive enough to think an owner is above stealing either (I picked up my car two days ago and your playing dumb.) It's probably too late to get my stuff back, the least I can do is give other people the heads up.I'm more worried about other people not getting screwed the way I did than defending a company that steals, because like I said, inhad important meds in the bag that was stolen, and stealing AT ALL is a SHAMEFUL act.
Who knew getting your car towed could actually be a fun?! Shout out to Mark for being on time, friendly and extremely helpful towing my car across town quick and safely. Great first experience with A&M.

Never had to get a car towed before, but A & M made it so easy and clear and headache free. I simply called them up and asked how much it would be, we set up a time that worked best with my schedule and BOOM. Problem solved. Highly recommend A & M for your towing needs! Polite & professional!

This place is by appointment only. But when I called the person met me in 15 min. The staff seemed friendly however my concern was that there were some items missing from my car. I saw them when I went to A&M . But when my car got to its final destination I was missing items. Very disappointed that you can not trust people .Sad to take things that dont belong to you. I'm not sure if my belongings were taken from A&M, or from CARCO but it was taken!
they were there within 15 mins and did a great job loading my truck even though the truck is very lowered. driver even helped me push the truck into my garage!!
Showed up on time, nice gentleman and was explaining how my vehicle's spoiler might come close to the lift bed. He wanted to make sure I was aware of the risks. It came close, but not damage. He also helped me push the car into a parking space. Thanks.
I was stranded on I-40 W on my way to California with a bad alternator. A&M took less than an hour to pick me up and took me directly to a repair shop of my choice. Because it was after business hours, I was concerned about leaving my vehicle in that particular area. The driver, Gerardo, recommended a safer shop location for an overnight drop and towed me there for no additional charge. He was also kind enough to take me to a couple of hotels until I was able to find a room for the night.
Not only was the service timely, but extremely accommodating as well! They made the experience a bit more bearable. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing a towing service! Thank you Gerardo!!
I was Very pleased with the service. Told they will be there at 9am. He showed up at 8:55am. Picked up a project ride, going to fix her up and give the key to my mom. Thanks for the Outstanding job.
I have used this towing company a few times now and they’ve been very friendly and prompt every time. Great quality service! I wouldn’t trust my car with anyone else.
This is the second time my roadside assistance company sent this company out and they never showed up! The first time it was a flat tire. Today was the second time and it was a car accident involving our 17 year old son.....they never showed up. The roadside assistance company sent another company and they showed up in 10 minutes. DO NOT USE A&M TOWING!!!! They don't answer their phones either. Our car sat in the roadway for 2 1/2 hours waiting for this poor excuse of a tow company to show up! You should be ashamed of yourselves! You can be sure I will make every effort to file any and every complaint i can against your company.
I had a blowout on the interstate around 6 am, and my insurance called them at about 7 am for roadside assistance to come change my tire. They said they would be there by 8 am, I waited till past 10 am and they still weren't there. So we called and called and no one would pick up. We eventually just cancelled and called someone new.
My car got stuck in the dirt roads by Rio Rancho. They came to help very quick and pulled my car out without doing any damages. I'm happy with the service since they didn't hurt my baby.
