My vehicle fuel pump stopped working, I made it to the store. The manager of this Auto zone Harriet helped me find the pump I need it. She even when to pick it up from another store for me. The hole time the staff was professional and helpful. I give this experience 5 ⭐

Joe is the best employee they have. We came about 2 months ago . My daughter was in labor and her battery died. Joe dropped everything to fix her battery and get us on the road so we could make it to the hospital but it was close he almost had to deliver a baby in the parking lot. Great guy such wonderful service

Most visits to this store are great! Stay away from Richard. 1/23/26. He sat at the furthest end of registers and refused to ring up customers and allowed multiple customers to walk out with products for free, instead spent time calling friends on the store phone.

I had an outstanding experience at the AutoZone on Candellaria in Albuquerque. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with genuine professionalism and hospitality. I came in needing a daytime driving headlight bulb — something I had previously been quoted nearly $120 to fix elsewhere. Joe, the Parts Expert, went above and beyond to help me. He not only took the time to explain everything clearly, but he made sure I left confident, cared for, and taken care of. His kindness and customer-first attitude truly stood out. Went to this location for a new battery for my truck. First. The older lady who was helping me had no idea on what battery I needed. Then she asked a kid who’s about 22 if he could go and look at my battery. He wasn’t happy he had to actually work and help someone. So with his “ great “ attitude we went to my truck. First thing he said is Oh we can’t change this battery out because of blah blah blah. Then he said he wasn’t sure which battery I needed. He was completely worthless. I remember when you could go to Auto Zone and the folks working there were all knowledgeable and willing to help. Now you have a senior citizen behind the desk and a bunch of kids who don’t know a thing. Obviously I left and went to an actual shop that can help.

Terrible place main manager has no regard how he talks to customers i had eclxpresesd how I felt and had the police called on me. called there district office to complain and told me if I maid my purchase to just leave after management spoke awful to me would not recommend

Came in tonight, 9/22/25 around 8:20 PM and was trying to get a correct part for my car. While I was trying to find the part I needed on AutoZone’s website, the cashier was trying to get my attention and was flashing the cashier scanner at me and flashed me in the eyes with it. I’ve had a headache from the incident since then tonight. I do not appreciate being flashed in the eyes with a laser instead of the cashier trying to get my attention a different way.

My wife and I brought her car in for a diagnostic. I went in and a guy with glasses and a ponytail was up front and not enthused when I asked if he could do it. He comes out and we ask her what was going on with car, she said she thought the battery might be going out. The store clerk, the one with glasses and ponytail points at me and says "thats not what he said, now I have to get a whole other device, goes and gets it runs it and tells us it's the battery. I tell him cool let's buy a battery. He then tells me, "I can sell you one, I just am not the one to replace it" I tell him cool then let's get the guy that can, he tells me "no one here can" and walks into the store. At that point we just left.

One of the worst experience I have encountered at the store I'm a female I walked in the store there were two people behind the counter one associate helping another customer another associate saw me and blazed it The associate and I made eye contact and we both looked at one another The other mail associate went to an aisle The other real associate asked him if he could assist me since I needed to have my car diagnosed engine check The young man with the green eyes did not even acknowledge me had the body language he did not even want to help we walked outside to my car and said start your car that's when I said to him you are so rude when I entered the store you placed it he then comes counteracting back and says that he needed to post a sign on the shelf maybe he did maybe he didn't extremely rude but the one thing he was good at was arguing back with me I let him know I was going to complain to his manager he told me to go ahead I think this is efficient enough I did get better service at a different location Thank you for your choice of words The store does not even deserve a one star can't leave a review without posting a start

Had a wheel bearing go out on my daily driver on Thursday (essential part), I ended up getting there 11 minutes before the posted closing time and they were already locked up and closed with somebody just playing on his phone behind the counter ignoring me. I know it's frustrating getting customers right before closing but that's unacceptable when your job can play such a huge role in another person's life and all your doing is playing on your phone, especially when it wouldn't have even taken you two minutes. So then I ordered the part online that was in stock with the same day delivery and it is now two days later and I still don't have it when I'm only like 2.5 miles from the store.

Store needs to empty their recycled oil more often and stop treating oil recycling like a hassle. This is an important service that keeps grease monkeys from pouring oil down storm drains. I won't buy oil changes from you if you won't accept the used oil.

I need to report concerns regarding the manager at this location not adhering to expected customer service standards and operational hours. There's a consistent issue with returns being declined without apparent justification and the store closing prior to its scheduled time. This was highlighted when the store closed five minutes early, directly preventing a return for an item purchased just ten minutes before. Such actions undermine customer trust and could create unsafe situations for those expecting the store to be open as advertised. I request an investigation into these practices to ensure alignment with company policy and customer expectations. These prepared responses that are provided have shown different. Take a look at the reviews at this location regarding the same manager. Doing something means getting rid of him. The whole store needs to have a overhaul due to the horrible leadership.

Worst experience I've ever had. When I was pulling up in the parking lot and parked 25 minutes before they closed. As I was about to get out of my car a worker walked to the front door and locked it so I couldn't go in. So I had to go to another auto zone whos doors were open by the time i got there.I feel like this location needs to hire better people that actually want to work.

Talk about being lazy!! I went to buy a voltage meter and had a picture of one to ask the person behind the counter if they carried them. The person behind the counter just happened to be a Manager and told me he was busy and to find someone else to help me. Really? I took his advice and my business down the road to his competitor.

Tom and Mike at Candelaria Autozone always go out of there way to accommodate their customers. Went in to have my battery checked. It was bad and by the time I was done paying for it the new battery was installed. I have multiple vehicles and always use this store. Tom and Mike are always focused on customer service and should be commended for a job well done.

Worst experience at an AutoZone!! Took items for a return, representative had an attitude. Asked why he was upset because I was asking questions. Stated it’s 7:30 in morning, what an answer!! Then I go talk to the regional manager and he tells me if you pay attention I’d understand. I’m a retired Marine and I ask questions when I don’t get something, there’s no dumb question! If there’s a will there’s a way and both had no will to assist me at 0730 in the morning!

We bought a light from another location and when we went to replace it the man here told us he couldn’t do the return because they closed in 15 minutes. I don’t understand because it definitely doesn’t take that long. That was very frustrating. So we purchased the new light but were unable to return the wrong one. The employee acted condescending and unhelpful.

7-4-24 Called to verify that a part that I found online was in stock, the Internet said they had 1. Talked to a "Kid name Mike I found out after going to them". This Mike said he went and looked to verify the part was in stock, and on the phone he told me yes we have it. Went to pick up and there was no part available. Was helped by a different sales person and he was able to verify that the AutoZone on Central had it and I could pick it up at the register "Thank you". I think MIKE needs some customer service training refresher courses.....just saying. Such a simple task part on shelf = we have the part.

I went back to return my core and The guy said we don’t do returns so close to closing time. They close at 9 and I walked in at 7:30. Then I asked ok how about can you help me get the code from my truck he said no but you can. His excuse was there is only two of us here ( I was the only person there at the time.) this store needs to learn from the one on eubank much friendlier service

Everyone at the Juan Tabo and Candelaria store (#2506) is outstanding. But in particular, I am writing this on behalf of Hunter Valles. He is extraordinary. He is very friendly, very knowledgeable, very helpful, and has an awesome attitude. I needed lifts for my car and I had no idea how to put them on. He came right out and put them on in less than 5 minutes. I am so thrilled and a very happy customer. I've been to many auto zones, but this is my favorite store for sure.

Miguel was such an AMAZING help. Was having a hard time getting my oil plug loose and he helped me find the right tool to get it off. He even got under my car to loosen it for me. Such a great worker and made sure that I was taken care of. Extremely satisfied with his service. I will be coming back and requesting him!

I have gone to this location several times & have always been treated with respect and consideration. I have also witnessed the same towards their other customers. My engine light came on & Andre M (sp?) (July 18, 21) assisted me & provided me with a printout of the "issue" along with some additional explanations regarding the reading. He was very gracious & polite! I am not completely "ignorant" when it comes to cars or my SUV & do many repairs on my own. However, it truly is refreshing to be treated with respect vs being "looked down upon" because I am a woman, nonetheless, one who came into the store wearing a dress. I have been to several Auto Zones near & far and have found this location to be consistent when it comes to positive & helpful service. I will admit, I do my best to arrive when the store is not so busy but the few times I had to wait for service, I was still treated respectfully.

Had an awesome experience at this particular location. My wife and I had to run errands in pretty bad weather. Our wiper blades were shot and battery had died. We barely rolled in to the parking lot and an employee after looking up what we needed, came outside IN THE RAIN and changed both the blades and battery. Poor guy got soaked. I was so thankful as I had no tools with me whatsoever. He could have just loaned me a tool but he did it! Fantastic customer service!

I have a 1984 Cadillac Eldorado Biarritz, and I tell you it is hard to find or locate parts for her. You're able to find parts for a 1954 Chevy Bel-Air in most part outlets, but am able to find most of my needed parts for this car at this location, and if needed be, am able to order, but you might have to wait in some instances.
