I needed a tow quick! He was so nice when he answered my call and came within 25-30 minutes. When we got to my yard he helped me put my car right out of the way. He gave me input. Most tow guys are jerks to women and don't help much this guy was totally opposite really a nice guy great personality.?

To the old lady with the 1 star review because you parked your car illegally and got towed: you suck, this is a hard working dude running an honest business just doing his job. I bet the tow you received was top notch and damage free even though you may not have wanted it! ?
Saul is beyond a towing service. He is the most professional, helpful, well-priced businessman I have ever seen. We were in a tough spot, our car broke down a few miles before our hotel and we’re from Missouri. Without him, we could have been stranded all night with no place to leave our vehicle. But no, he took care of and thought of everything! Anyone who needs any professional towing, storage, or moving needs On-time towing. Ask your insurance to use him as a preferred provider!
When my car broke down 1,000 miles from home, my insurance company scheduled a tow from this company. I am so thankful they called Saul and On-Time Towing LLC. They arrived quick, dropped us off at our hotel, and took our car to the repair shop the next day. Saul, the owner, was extremely professional, friendly and helpful and really helped out in a very stressful situation. If you use another company, you’re missing out on using the best.
