Great service ! my driver had a serious accident and i set up the service with them. even though they send the tow truck from 104 miles and tow my semi truck and trailer to the shop, they gave me very reasonable and affordable price compared to nearby towing services. Perfect service, very friendly people and most importantly reasonable price.

Traveling from KS to AZ and broke a lead spring on my FULLY LOADED dump trailer, right on I-40 during rush hour. Tracy showed up within 20 minutes of the call, loaded my trailer and I followed him to a trailer parts store to buy the parts needed to fix it, then followed him to the repair shop where he dropped it.
Totally professional, nice guy all around. Couldn’t have asked for a better outcome considering the situation I was in. I 100% recommend Innercity Towing.

Driver showed up to tow my box truck and couldn’t be bothered to acknowledge me besides making sarcastic comments about me; how my company shouldn’t have let me drive the truck because now it’s stranded, my supposed lack of experience amongst other general rude and unnecessary comments. Zero semblance of customer service or politeness in any way shape or form. Not to mention he showed up two hours later than his dispatcher said he would. Glad to have paid him and sent him on his way because that got him out of my presence. Middle aged white gentleman (if you wanna call him that).

Great group of people. My truck broke down around Gallup, and they were pretty much the only ones with the right equipment willing to tow me back to Albuquerque. Then they were able to load my truck up onto my trailer in no time. Like I said great group of people. Very helpful, very knowledgeable. 10 out of 10 recommend

I've used them twice now to load non drivable trucks on my RGN ... both times they sent Jason out ... this young man is professional friendly and darn good atvwhatvhe does so well ... he is one of the very few heavy tow operators that is able to load the RGN with only one shot perfectly centered ...

I recently used Intercity Towing to tow my 35 ft long travel trailer after it broke the rear axle. Marcus with Intercity was one of the most helpful individuals I have ever worked with. He went above and beyond to ensure my family and I were safe and could get back on the road. We continued our drive to Missouri. Marcus ensured our trailer got to another company that would fix the axles. He then picked it back up for us while we were in Missouri. Even after all that, the company that did the axles did not fix the broken lights and the damaged wiring. Marcus with Intercity towing figured out the wiring schematics and fixed the wiring on the trailer so I could safely get my trailer back to California. They went above and beyond anything I could have ever hoped for. If it weren't for Marcus and Intercity Towing, I would still be stuck in New Mexico. I can never thank Marcus and Intercity towing enough for everything they did to help me! I highly recommend InterCity Towing to anyone, and you can trust they will help you above your wildest expectations.

Only ones in town who could handle my unique dually situation when my lift pump went out. They got er done and wasn’t pushy about anything. Towed my truck to the shop and got my trailer back to their location and stored a couple days. Friendly staff and very helpful and experienced. Thanks!

My Rig broke down due to a powertrain derate. Intercity towing dispatched a truck. The driver was courteous and professional, I was initially aggravated due to the issue but their driver and myself struck up a conversation and he de-escalated my stress level. The same driver returned the next day to tow me into inland , again; very courteous and professional. I would recommend Intercity towing to anyone. Very happy with the service - Thank You

I called for a tow on a large RV. It was a Friday afternoon. They responded swiftly, and were able to meet me where it was stranded. What a fancy-pants rig they had! But still, he refused to do the job, said sorry & left. I won't call them again and I would warn others to go elsewhere. I got a tow from a different company for $150 less.

Barry and jonna(possibly Donna) were most Excellent! They were lighting fast, very affordable and helped save me a couple bucks when I couldn't get the trailer unhooked to tow to the mechanic. Its good to know in troubling times there are good honest people out there, especially in the trucking business. IT'S ALL GOOD MAN!!!!

It's not often a wrecker driver goes out of his way to actually drop your trailer for you without you not having to touch a thing. Big shout out to my man Joe who was courteous and extremely professional today! Didn't take but any hour for him to get me and less than an hour to hook up and roll. And on top of that my man was just a really nice guy and even though I could tell he was tired and ready to go home he still put out that 5 star service and was extremely patient when I had to get my tcheck approved.. Log out of my truck..log back in and my guy stopped at the ta to let me get some fuel for my refer. 10000000% recommended!

Exceptional experience. The driver, Josh made a bad day seem very uplifting. He went above and beyond. Even took pictures of the vehicle once he had it loaded, as he knew we were very nervous about having to leave it on the side of the interstate.

Brett came and towed us off the shoulder of interstate 40 to the Volvo shop in Albuquerque. He was there much sooner than we expected. He was courteous and professional. I would highly recommend calling Intercity if you need to a tow.
I just gotta say this, if you're traveling and you see one of these highway heros out trying to help someone get off the roadway, please move over for them! If for some reason you can't move over then slow way down. They have families they want to go home to too.

I spent $800 at for a towing my truck they took off the drive shaft and left. I call them back they told me our company policy does not allow for drive shaft reinstall because we do not carry a torque wrench, now I'm stuck in front of a truck dealer can not repair out side of the shop, so now I'm SOL. DO NOT USE BAD COMPANY LIKE THIS!!!

Two nights ago my husband left for a quick trip to Green Jeans. It was supposed to be a trip to the taproom and back home so we could have our date night in. Sadly, his car broke down. He called several companies in an attempt to get his car towed. The fees were ridiculous, they were too busy or we would have to wait three hours. I accidently dialed InterCity Towing and I am so glad I did! The charge of the tow was a flat rate that did not have extra fees attached other than tax of course. We were told it would take an hour before they could reach us, but it only took 45 minutes. Josh who was the Tow Truck Driver was awesome. Crappy situations are a lot less crappy when people are NOT crappy. We are very pleased with the service we received last night!

This towing company is AWESOME! They only charge $65 for a tow within Metro Albuquerque, which is significantly better than most towing companies in town that charge $85 up to $135 for a tow within the Metro area. They are always polite on the phone and in person, and they are even willing to pick me up from home since I had to walk back from my car early this morning! Give 'em a try!

One of our drivers ran into a bad hail storm west of Albuquerque on Highway 40. To avoid hitting cars that spun out of control in front of him he had to go off the highway shoulder where his F450 and 40' long gooseneck trailer jack-knifed. The driver was ok but they highway was shut down in both directions for hours with many cars and truck wrecked. Intercity came to our rescue. There were able to tow him into their yard. They went above and beyond in service. Dropped off and picked up our driver at hotel. Sent us pictures of everything. Helped us location an excellent repair center to fix the trailer. Worked with our insurance company to get the truck moved to where it need to go. Chris provided us with great communication throughout the whole process. Thank You Intercity and Thank You Chris for all you help.

Josh was great! My Honda Accord wasn’t starting and supersizingly he got it to start!! Caring customer service and a good price! He still towed my vehicle because who wants to break down on the freeway?! Stress free process and I would highly recommend!!

Josh came out this morning to tow my suv to the repair shop after my power steering went out. He was courteous and had me up on the trailer and off to the repair shop in no time. If I ever need a tow again I know who I'm calling. They were fair on the price too!

Used Intercity a few times now. Josh (Driver) is always great and knows his stuff, Definitely took the extra time to make sure the car was safe and wasn't damaged during the trip! Greg is always great to deal with when calling in and they have the best trucks in the city!
