I went for a hood for my Hyundai Sonata and all three of them were damaged. So they gave me a deep discount on one that had only very little damage. It's not their fault it's the people that package the Hood and ship it otherwise it's a great place to get aftermarket parts.
Bought a front fender liner for a 2017 CR-V that was a cut sheet of marginally shaped PE. That was fine, but mounting holes way off. Shears and leather punch used to move & slit half a dozen mounting points to attach it. Two attachment points abandoned, being too far off.
Should have sourced an injection molded piece, which would have the sound deadening belt, like the original, but not what I purchased. Consider the car patched waiting for a proper replacement.

Isaac Gonzales was very helpful and informative. I was looking for front bumper pieces for my 2011 Chevy Silverado. With his help and expertise, I was able to purchase and pickup my parts same day. Decent prices, cheaper than what I was quoted at. Thank you!
Communication sucks ...They will NOT assist you and WILL NOT help you find what you need unless you already know what you need or have an old screw or clip NOW I KNOW.....I needed pins or clips to replace a grille for my vehicle I have NEVER replaced any thing like this before. I thought I would have gotten a little more understanding from a bunch a dudes Gawking at me from behind a desk but nope.
Paid for better quality parts checked before leaving without taking off cardboard looked good cardboard was holding damaged parts together.... bought it on a wensday gonna paint it on a Thursday was damaged wasn't able to call came personally on a Friday and was neglected an exchange I would buy lkq junkyard over these ppl
Customer service was very poor. I walked in to check on some lights. And it seems like all of them were arguing amongst each other. And then the guy I talked to was very rude.
Hopefully They're businesses is not always ran like that
David Silva and Laura Espinoza work at national auto parts, they are fantastic at customer service and helping you find the parts they have in stock. Very professional great people.
Helpful with information needed to replace vehicle but wasn’t able to purchase all parts because wasn’t available. But they were still helpful with information on when they’ll have parts again. Thank you🦋🦋🦋🦋🦋
Their customer service needs a LOT of work. They talk to you like they're doing you a favor. I hate having to call this place everytime but I have to for work. I will be leaving a review for every call and order that I make to that place from now on.
Worst service EVER!!! Wanna have employees bark and talk to you like ur trash(for checking on an order u placed) National auto parts is the place.
Ended up going to another place and order my part else where. (Waited nearly 3 days for it to come in, only it was damaged. Ordered a replacement, which is now nearly five days past promised date)
This place took my money, said I had 30 days with receipt and box to exchange or return. Well I had someone pick up the part so he trusted that they had the right part, well yes it was the right part but they gave me a USED /BROKEN part. Went back to get the a new one and they denied it. Gave me the runaround. Not to mention they are RUDE and take your money right away. Also they don't honor our Veterans! What kind of place are you? I will never recommend this place or deal with David Vallejos again. Next time I will just pay the extra cash to the dealer.
They had the parts I needed. I just wish the Paxton lumber was still right there some of the best hardwood you could ever find the last year no more because of chain lumber outlets
When my wife called and was gave a price and then I stop by after work and the parts cost more than originally quoted. I needed the parts so I took them instead of debating the issue. I am almost certain that the grille has two parts which I only received one. Can't find the part anywhere. All is well
Called a week before and got a quote for a pair of headlights and the quote was $40 apiece, Roger told me that the price was $45 when I called back within a week because Roger had told me that the price was good for 2 weeks apparantly that wasn't the case because Roger increased the price by $10 more. So because Roger did not honor the quote I will just make any orders on line from this point on. Apparently Roger has a problem with writing people's names down with a quote possibly to allow Roger to change the price at will.
Have not been treated that rude in a long time. The man with beard and elbow protectors early 30's. Recieved better service at DMV. Totally unacceptable. Had to come home and cool off before I wrote. Needs an attitude adjustment or be reprimanded.
To bad you can't give negative stars. I called for price on a radiator and they told me they couldn't give me one since it wasn't on the shelf. Ok "when will you have one". Dummy replies with " I don't know". I asked "so how the hell do you do business if you can't tell a customer price and availability". Dummy cops an attitude with me. At this point I terminated the phone call. What a bunch of jack offs.
After reading the reviews I decided to give NAP a try. When I walked in I was quickly greeted. I can't say they were friendly, but they weren't surly either. They had my fender, and the price was right, though I would have gladly spent more for a better quality fender. Hence, the three stars? Because the fender sucked. It didn't line up with several holes. The turn signal was held in with three screws, and only one lined up comfortably. The other two holes were so far off I expect the signal housing to crack in no time. It also didn't line up well with the door, and rubs. If this part was CAPA and NSF certified there was nothing on the packaging to say that. Unfortunately, OEM was not available, and I really didn't have any choice.
I must agree this place does have the best prices. I tried calling everywhere and no one could beat their price and customer service was amazing very helpful. Thank you again Charles for all your help
A problem arose with a part that I purchased, a salesman named David was very courteous, friendly and helped me resolve the issue quickly and in a professional manner, in fact, everyone I spoke with in the sales Dept. we're friendly and treated me respectfully. Thank you National Auto Parts, you have my continuous business in all my auto part needs.
