Tom the owner and driver is the rudest guy. Other tow truck drivers in town are way better! Tow truck drivers that don't speak English are way more personable. Snatched the keys out of the person's hands who was just in a hit n run and hurt her finger even more! Maybe it's time to retire...
Called to get a scheduled tow because I'm moving and didnt want to drive my track car across town. Gentlemen that answered was rude right away and said they dont do schedule towing u just get put on a list. At which time I tried to explain that I was moving and needed a vehicle moved on a certain day guy hung up on me I tried to call back he answered and hung up immediately. Very unprofessional and rude. Wouldnt trust them with a convo much less a built track car.
