This rating is based on customer reviews, inventory size, pricing, and service quality
Based on available recent reviews, sentiment for Keystone Automotive - Albuquerque in Albuquerque, NM is mixed: 70/100. Many customers highlight fast counter help, good prices and broad inventory (new and used parts, big warehouse) and quick next‑day pickups. Common complaints include very long phone hold times, dropped calls, slow in‑store waits, occasional rudeness, a part returned without notice, and account‑setup confusion. Overall: solid value and selection when things align, but customer service is inconsistent and wait times can be unpredictable.
What clients say about Keystone Automotive - Albuquerque in Albuquerque (NM)
Called for parts, waited for 20 + minutes on hold. Guy finally pick up the call, gets my information and asks, " what's your shop called " ? I explain that I don't have a shop. Do you only sell wholesale, ?
Why do you ask, ? He tells me " just for taxes, " then laughing said you're gonna have to just hold and then hung up the line.
Very rude and unprofessional, this place obviously needs customer service orientation and phone edict training. So if you have plenty time to waste this is your place !
Some of the worst customer service ever over the phone they literally hang up the phone on you I also waited on hold for 20 minutes for them to hang up on me
Service was very slow, I had great counter help from Leo, for some reason they were having communication problem for the item. I was there for almost 2 hours, I'd finally got my engine.
