Great roadside RV service! Charles and his team were great!
On a trip from Denver to Tuscon to trade in our old RV we ran into trouble after a fuel stop and were stuck black mesa travel center with no air pressure for our brakes. We contacted AAA around 4:30pm who initially had trouble tracking down a provider that could tow our class A RV. AAA got in touch with us and gave us possible quotes between $1300 and $3500 to have a service provider come out to assist.
After being connected with Charles he suggested it would be best to come out first thing in the morning since part stores were already closed. We agreed, being safe and comfortable at the truck stop to wait.
Charles went above and beyond to troubleshoot our air system. He arrived ready with possible necessary replacement parts. We eventually found the housing for the compressed air filter was loose and not allowing the compressor to pressureize the system. (This was over 2 full hours of troubleshooting).
An inconvenient delay but we avoided a steep repair or tow bill. Thank you Platinum towing, and thank you Charles!

First off I would like to say thank you to Charles for helping me out multiple times, he went above and beyond everytime. If you live in Albuquerque and you have a Class A RV/motor home and get into a bind like myself than you'll wanna make sure to give Platinum a call. I have AAA and pay the extra for the RV support, sadly they don't have anyone under contract in the Albuquerque area. After dealing with AAA (for over 4 hrs) trying to locate a provider able to tow my 42ft Fleetwood Bounder they finally decided to go outside of their network and we found Charles with Platinum. Charles came to my rescue 🛟 and I'll forever be in his debt.
Our 32 ft RV broke down and AAA had trouble finding a company that could tow it. Finally, they went out of their network and had Platinum Auto tow us. I can not say enough about Charles and his company. He called me to get more information and I told him that AAA was having difficulty finding a place that would work on the RV. He asked a few more questions about what was wrong with the RV and said let him make a phone call. He called back and said he knew a place that was willing to work on it. He then towed us, me, my partner and our dog, to the shop. He was so helpful and nice. I highly recommend using Platinum Towing.

Charles has helped us out twice now when we couldn't get anyone else to be even moderately competent. The first time he was helping us get our 30 ft RV unstuck, and then up a hill. I had called at least 15 other tow companies, every single one told me they wouldn't do it, expect one who wanted to charge 600/hr. Was about to give up when I swear the Goddess led me to this shop instead. I won't ever go anywhere else, if he's willing to help me, I'll hire him every time now. Highly highly recommend, customer service is next to none, and he genuinely enjoys what he does.
I own a diesel repair shop in Alb, Charles and the Platinum crew is the only tow company I use, and the only one I will recommend to my customers. They are fast, fair priced and easy to deal with. 10/10 recommend!
After two other companies failed to show up. I called Platinum. I should have called them first. They were very prompt, professional and kind. Never call anyone else again!
Do not use this business, they are armatures. They towed my 40' motorhome 18 miles and charged $1000.00. They had to disconnect the drive shaft, as is done in all heavy tows, and once at the repair facility, they dropped the unit in the lot and did not reassemble the drive shaft. They also left the unit on blocks. The repair facility had to reassemble the drive shaft, lift the unit off of the blocks in order to move it to the shop for repairs. When Charles dropped the unit, it caused an additional repair bill of $150.00 to me to have the drive shaft reassembled and the unit lifted off the blocks. When I questioned Charles, he told me they never reassemble drive shafts, although they do disassemble them to tow. How much sense does that make? I called 3 other tow companies in Albuq. and asked if they reassembled the drive shaft when the let the unit, all 3 said of course. $1000.00 tow bill for 18 miles and an additional bill of $150.00 to correct their error. Beware if you call them.
They were very efficient here, my car had only one lug nut left on the tire, which was worse than I originally thought and they still safely got my car home, without damaging it at all. They worked with me on the pricing and came to help me the moment they were done with another customer. I had it home in less than an hour, even with the problem of only one lug nut.

Was stuck on the side of the highway for 5 hours with my commercial vehicle, contacted platinum towing not only did they show up earlier than the 45 minute to hr time frame they were very courteous efficient the driver made sure that I was safe once I got to my drop location before he left.
