This rating is based on customer reviews, inventory size, pricing, and service quality
Recent feedback for Cash for Cars Albuquerque in Albuquerque, NM trends negative overall: 42/100. A few customers report easy, convenient deals and helpful info, but recurring issues dominate—slow response and missed pickup windows, unclear ETAs, and lower cash offers than quoted, with some feeling ads overpromise. Pricing is often viewed as lowball, and customer service/professionalism appears inconsistent. Strengths include occasional smooth service. Little to no insight on inventory variety, yard organization, or ease of finding parts, so those areas remain uncertain for junkyard comparisons.

Probably one of the worst experiences. I should have listened to the reviews but was suggested otherwise.. I asked them the reschedule since their tow truck driver missed the window of the 8 AM to 12 PM window. During this time,, i could not wait any longer due to doctor's appointment important for my health and mentioned so. The response I got was "oh, since you need that reschedule, it's either you wait for them to pick up the car or you can call them(the tower's) yourself. I'm sorry we do not have an ETA: whenever they come is whenever they come."
Even though I asked them to reschedule, this is after trying to talk to them for a week to get an appointment and I finally had one. Whether it was texts or by phone call, they were very unreliable and manipulative of the situation
I have been calling and emailing this business for 3 days now and have not heard back from them. Not even for a quote or anything. After so much talk on their website about wanting to improve the environment and make getting rid off vehicles easy, they really kinda suck. Don't waist your time with them. Not worth it.
