This company received 7,000 to fix my car after it was stolen. Had car 6 months and not repaired as parts were stolen from my car nuts and axle not installed correctly and could have caused me to die if I drove it. Now I do not have this car that is drivable, and to fix it, it will cost me 4000 out of my pocket to complete and repair work they did! They do not respond to my calls or texts to fix this situation! They screwed me!!!
Now they are out of Business and I DO NOT HAVE MY $7,000.00 returned to me AT ALL!!!! What a Con Man and Thief!!
My experience with this company was unbelievably horrendous. My car was stolen in early July 2023 and incurred substantial mechanical and body damage as a result. When the police recovered the vehicle, it was towed to an impound lot, where an employee recommended Collision Auto Body and Towing for the repairs. Taking this advice was a huge mistake. The company received over $4,000 from my insurance to repair the vehicle, and proceeded to hold my car hostage for over 5 months, all the while promising me it would be ready "by the end of the week" every single time I inquired. The general manager himself personally guaranteed to me on several occasions that I would get the car back by the end of the week, and failed to follow through each and every time. At certain points it was so difficult to even get in touch with someone that I was concerned they were never going to return the vehicle. Even the field agent with my insurance company was surprised at the lack of communication and level of unprofessionalism they demonstrated. When I finally got my car back, the inside of the car was literally caked in mud despite my insurance paying for a "detail." Now the car has failed D.C. city inspection twice and I am thus unable to renew my tags, which expired two weeks after the car was stolen. As a result, I cannot legally drive the vehicle, I have been ticketed multiple times just for having it parked with expired tags and an inspection failure sticker, and the shop denies that their work has anything to do with the car failing inspection despite the official DMV inspectors insisting that the problem stems from the work that was recently done on the vehicle. I have never had a problem getting this vehicle to pass D.C. inspection in the past.
Steer clear of this company at all costs.
They had my car for almost two months and EVERYTHING in my car was stolen. My seat heater, my steering wheel cover, my keychains… and a lot more. Plus I got my car back and now it makes a grinding sound when it drives. Absolute scam. NEVER work with them!
i highly recommend this place got in an accident had my truck towed here and when they found out i was calling an urber they offered to give me a ride home instead .quick pick up on the tow and fast service.
Sunday morning my car broke down on Landover Road and I called the first tow company in the area. The guy never showed up…I called this company and they not only picked my keys up from me, dropped my car off in my driveway on Mother’s Day. He worked with the price and offered to repair my car. This guy is who you need as a mechanic. Very genuine and sincere dude here. I’m hard to please and reviews are everything. This place deserves 10 stars. Many Thanks 🙏🏾
Excellent service was provided by the tow truck Operator that they call Squirrel. Not only is he very good at his work,but Squirrel is a great example of how to be customer friendly while performing an emaculate job. He gives a lot of attention and insight to his clients and makes them feel better about the situation with grace and dignity. Thanks Squirrel aka Norman. Job well done.
The man that attended me was cordial, the only thing is that after getting my car serviced from them I was not completely satisfied with the work performed. I called the shop about 30 mins to an 1hour later to inquire about the key icon light on my dash board. The same man that gave me the estimate name MIKE is the same very one that I spoke to on the phone when I called that same very day. Rather then taking my concern serious he proceeded to tell me that i was just over reacting. Then had the ordasity to giggle on the phone and denied me of repairing the issue. He then stated that he would now charge me double for this job to be completed. I explained to him that i just paid for this job to be done accurately. So I took it upon myself to call the the customer service line to file a complaint. I dont get a good vibe about this place. Seems like u will pay for a not soo good job done. Also want to add that he stated that the car would be ready in 4 days or so. Then stated it might take longer. I called 3 days into my car being at the shop and asked for an update...he stated the car would be done in 20 mins.
The ABSOLUTE WORSE EVER!!!! UNPROFESSIONALISM AT ITS FINEST!!!! Horrible people!!! Terrible work! I don't understand how they're still in business!!! The operation is even more WORSE than the work and customer service!!! STAY AWAY FROM THIS SHOP!!! I'm working to have them dissolved.
Very bad service you don’t even know who’s owner you can even complain you can not get your car I think they want keep your car so they can get storage many open let two hours lunch close early so bad bad place to be

Unprofessional Business...held my car for 12 days and no work done at all. Someone drove my car & left a empty box on my back seat, nothing to do with my car. No paper trail from the start...lack of communication from the staff. Should've walked away when I heard the owner talked so harsh/foul about another customer. Lady staffer said some work was done on my car but when I get there nothing done...no work done at all! Will never patronize this business...I advise everyone to research first, esp. for professionalism & paper work. Wishing I read the reviews...Bad deal for Me!
Worthless. Went for an estimate and was quoted a price. I needed a paper estimate for my insurance company. Was told in their office their printer was broken and they'll fax it to me the next day. Called next day and was told wifi was down and new printer wasn't working. Called next day and wifi was working but fax machine was now broken. Called the next day and fax was fixed but they ran out of paper... This place is a joke. Don't waste your time. Take your business elsewhere.
