Never again!!!! The owner was dismissive, the work performed was poorly executed, and there was little regard for customer safety or satisfaction. Based on this experience, I cannot trust this company to provide competent or dependable service.

Do not use this company. The owner has no integrity. He serviced two tires and my car would not move once he finished his service on my luxury vehicle. He was combative when asked to fix what he did wrong.He ruined my brake caliber and my actual rim.My car is now making noises due to his negligence.I have pictures and videos of before and after and during his work. He has NO insurance!!

Very fast and reliable service. Mansfield took less than 30 minutes to get to my location and jump-started my car. He was very friendly , I will recommend their services to everyone who needs a quick service to thier car.

I was planning a road trip and called the day before I got on the road to get my tire replaced. In an hour my tire was replaced and I was mobile again! The tire is brand new & affordably priced and the service was phenomenal! I’ll definitely be using them again in the future!

I called cause I hit a pothole a one had a flat tire and he said he had the tire and would come in 45 mins (he showed up 1HR and 30 mins and threw my rim around the ground like it wasn’t expensive I didn’t like how I was treated. Also gave me a tire with less then half tread and over inflated to 40 psi when my tire was rated at 33 psi

I would give this company 10 stars if I could. A tech came out in the rain and did an emergency tire change within minutes! Thank you so much, great service quick and professional, highly recommend.

We bought a new car in March, and it has been great, but we have had two unfortunate tire punctures since then that have left one of our tires completely flat. I called AAA, who I have paid without calling for 15 years, but they only offered a tow to a garage that could not deal with the car for a few days. After searching, I found Xpress Mobile Tires & Roadside Assitance, and I'm sooooooooooo glad I called them. For the first event, Mansfield answered my call, and said he could be at my house in 15 minutes. He arrived in a professional service van with extensive tire repair machinery inside. He was lovely to deal with and very helpful. Within an hour of discovering the flat, it was repaired for a reasonable price. The second time we had a flat (about 3 months later - different issue), I called on a Sunday evening, and received a text within an hour. After communication, I was told they would be out in the morning. At about 9:00 AM, I received a text that they were on their way. I have had nothing but an amazing experience with these guys, and really appreciate their professionalism. I highly recommend XPress Mobile.

5 stars! The owner of the company answered my call right away and arrived in 30 minutes. I had a flat and couldn't get the tire removed because it was stuck. He had all the tools necessary to get it unstuck and install the spare after putting extra air into it. Saved me a lot of time and money not having to get it towed. Definitely recommend his services for emergencies like this.

I can’t thank this company enough! My nephew was over an hour away from home with two flat tires on the side of the road at 9pm. They were there in 20 mins had two tires installed on the spot and back on the road in under an hour! Saved me hundreds in towing and got him home safely! 100% recommend!
