Got here early and towed my car to the requested destination with no problems.

Worst customer service ever, if I could leave less than 1star I would. Also Progressive Insurance auto is trash for having them as a contracted dispatcher.

This was the WORST towing experience I have ever had. First, the ETA changed three times then when the tow driver finally arrived I greeted him with a smile and he greeted me with a bad attitude! I first asked him if I would be able to ride with him to take my car to the dealership and he said, in a very negative tone, “No, we do not allow people to ride in our trucks🤔”. So I said, “no problem I will call Lyft.” I then explained to him that my battery was dead and that I was not able to put my car in neutral. After I popped the hood, he had issues finding the level to open the hood and asked me how to open it😖, so I told him I didn’t know and that another tow company came out to charge my battery the day before and that he should feel around for the level…I can tell he did not like that🤨. He eventually figured it out and charged the battery enough for me to put the car in neutral, but then when he unhooked the battery, it went dead again, as I had already explained to him. Then he tried to push the car from behind but it didn’t move🥴. Then I realized the park break was on when my battery died and asked him to try charging it again so I could take it off and then he took another call to pick up another tow order😳. When he finally got off the phone😤he told me he did not have time to help me and that he had to go and take care of another customer😳! I told him he provided the worst customer service and that I would be calling Progressive to report him! I called Progressive and they apologized and sent another tow company that provided A+ customer service! I don’t know the guy’s name, but he was of African descent, bowlegged, short in stature and angry!! I hope the manager sees this review and educate him on how to best represent their company!!

If i could leave a 0 star review i would. This company needs to go out of business. So rude and so disrespectful. Dispatched for a tow and faked like he didn't see me near the location. Called my phone yelling at that, i hope you never get any business. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY EVEN IF IT IS DISPATCHED TO YOU!

I didn't use their service cause I got my vehicle running but when I called to cancel the tow who ever a answered was very rude on the phone

Waiting 4 hours they never showed up. Guy who answered the phone sounded like he was inebriated. Then just stopped speaking to me and left the phone off the hook. DONT USE THIS COMPANY!!

Terrible service. As a woman, I had to do all the handy work to get my car serviced as he stood there. He didn't know what he was doing and you would assume he would research and review possible options before arriving. When he left, I tried to get his attention to gather my parts since he just left them there. He ignored me and I had to say excuse me three times before he was willing to turn around. Absolutely rude. Don't even understand why this is a business. He lied to my insurance company and said I found a solution. No, I was stranded. They are terrible.

If I could give this business a negative —5 star rating I would!! The driver is a SCAMMER plain and simple and I’m appalled he’s even allowed to do business in Maryland! He picked up my vehicle, and because his driving skills are so poor, he couldn’t properly drop the vehicle where it was supposed to go. He got upset, drove off and unlawfully detained the vehicle for 3 days. He refused payment from me saying he’d only deal with the insurance company for 2 days. Then he also refused electronic payment from the insurance company, undoubtedly so the storage fees could escalate. Finally he demanded CASH payment from the insurance company to release the car!! He clearly doesn’t want a paper trail of his unscrupulous actions!! Please AVOID this scammer and his sheisty business at ALL costs!!. Look him up on MD case search to see all of the times he’s been sued in court if you don’t believe me!!

Do NOT be fooled by the handful of sudden 5-star reviews! Of course they begged a family member (Onyeka Ifeacho) to leave a review. I wouldn't be shocked if the ONLY other three 5 - star reviews (made on the same day!) were fake, offered money, or just caught him on a single 'good day'. If you do not want to chance damage to your vehicle (on top of being verbally abused), do not let your insurance company assign Ifeacho to your case!! Call, call, and call again!! I'm glad I did, because my experience was like ALL of the bad reviews you'll find on here: angry at nothing, chronically hangs up on you, and lacks even the bare minimum of communication skills but will blame YOU for it. I am so glad I got them unassigned, because the score of bad reviews are evidence that it could have been much much worse if they had arrived. Thankfully, Mr. Ifeacho was too incompetent to understand Google Maps pin locations (which they demanded us do, but then got mad at us for it - like what??) and couldn't find us. And do not let them lie to you: ONLY ONE person works there, but has multiple numbers to doop upset customers and avoid accountability or improvement. After they were assigned a second time, I called them directly to ask if they were the same person, and they had the same voice and short temper and poor communication, but pretended to be someone else. So I just called Ifeacho Auto Towing's contact number directly from Google Maps, and shocker! It was the same person AGAIN. Glad my instincts told me to avoid them at all costs after his initial outlandish behavior. Ifeacho, my guy, this is not the job for you - but I guess you know that. If some insurance companies weren't so difficult to navigate to reassign tow companies, you'd be out of business.

Worst tow truck service of my life . They were hired by progressive and did not want to get my car from out of a more than spacious garage . The dispatcher hug up the phone in my face . Extremely unprofessional and disrespectful . Whatever you do DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

DO NOT USE! When I tell you these folks are the most disrespectful unprofessional individuals I have ever had the displeasure of talking to. USAA arranged this tow and now that I have read the reviews of others, I am certainly glad I did not let them touch my car. From the looks of it, they can not tow properly, and handle cars with no care at all. Likely the reason for the 2.3 overall. Generally speaking I hate leaving poor reviews, but this one is warranted. Absolutely a disgrace of a company. BEWARE!

DO NOT LET THIS COMPANY CONNECT TO YOUR VEHICLE. Decline any interaction regarding towing. I wish i would have read the reviews before allowing him to come to our house. He seems to have a track record of poor behavior. Our experience was identical to the other negative reviews. Well, I guess 0 stars was not an option. Horrible!!!! I find it hard to believe that this company could achieve a 2 star let alone a 5. In a best case scenario maybe he could have had a good day and squeak out a 2, but a 5 cannot be a legitimate interaction. After reading everyone else's complaints you would think this guy would be out of business or maybe even try just a tad bit harder, even a little bit would be a vast improvement. The guy that showed up seemed to be the owner and I would think must have been the same cheery lad that everyone else dealt with. From the start he was rude and unprofessional on the phone and things got worse from there. Unfortunately he was scheduled with Porsche to tow our vehicle with a dead battery so it could not be hauled on a roll back. Here is the short story: We received notice of a pending arrival. The driver called and said he would arrive shortly. I asked if he was aware that the vehicle was all wheel drive and imobile. He became indignant and said "do you want me to come or not" and simply hung up. Then a few minute later called back and said "do you want me to come get your car?" I figured yes, since it was already scheduled. I asked how long do you think you will be. "Less than 20 minutes". Well after an hour and half he arrived, mumbled something and proceeded to hitch to the car, hooked up a questionable dolly rig. One of the tires was flat and the other was at a 30 degree angle. By this point he was already connected. I then saw the tire on one side of the dolly flat, so I pointed it out and offered an air compressor if he didn't have one. Then he just hopped in the truck and drove off. Like really, just hopped in the truck and drove off with a flat tire on the dolly, the rear wheels of the car not strapped and with me flabbergasted in the driveway with my key to my car in hand not knowing where he might be going and if he had the proper address of the dealership. I actually had to jump in my own vehicle to now follow him. Oddly enough the flat dolly tire blew out! Yep who would have thought? So here we are, me and Mr. Personality on the side of the road with a blown out dolly tire. I posed the question, what is his plan? He offered nothing, shuffled some stuff around in the truck and happened to pull out another questionable tire. The new tire was different so he didn't have lug nuts to fit it so he took one off of the other wheels on the dolly. So at this point now we averaged 3-4 lug nuts per wheel. He installed them with a dead impact gun so they were vaguely tight. I had a fully charged impact in my own vehicle and offered to provide this to him as well so he could appropriately tighten the wheels to the dolly but he said nothing didn't even acknowledge the situation at hand. Then just like the Grinch off he went again. Just hopped in the truck and nary a word spoken. Fortunately we made it. I'm all of my life, never have I experienced anything like this. He is the absolute worst person, tow truck driver, and business owner that I have ever engaged with Period. I can't even recall who might be second now that this happened. One person (Ifeacho Towing) now might hold the top 5 places of my worst experience ever list all from one lengthy interaction.

Our family was directed to use this company by USAA when we needed to tow our vehicle to have the glass fixed. This tow company is unprofessional and did not honor the window promised. People like this shouldn’t be in business. Treating customers rudely and being nasty is not a good way to maintain a strong customer base but it is a sure way to go out of business. Now we have to slow down our own business to find another company to tow the vehicle when we are super busy with our own employees that are being dispatched to service our clients.

They are horrible. They lack communication and lie. They lied and said they arrived to my car but left because there is no keys. Mind you they never called me to ask where the keys were placed. State Farm needs to cancel their contract with them. They are despicable! You can clearly tell they don’t have a good work ethic.

Negative 0 ...How do you accept a job for tow, and never show up, after having customer wait 3 hours, you don't answer the phone, not even from the insurance company. Please get into another business, because this is not for you! Horrible, terrible... never use this company! Avoid at all costs!!

THIS IS THE ABSOLUTE WORST TOW COMPANY I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH IN MY LIFE. They were completely disrespectful in person and on the phone. If I could leave a negative amount of stars I would. How is this company still up and running I couldn’t tell you. Explains why they are not bbb certified. Almost hit a customer driving onto the parking lot. Left a customers keys on the desk with a sticky note and walked away. Unbelievable.

these were the MOST rude people to work with. buddy misread the address and threatened to just drop my car off in the middle of the road. from the moment he came to tow my car he was super inconsiderate and pushy after he arrived 35 MINUTES LATE. i politely asked him to not drop my car in the middle of the street and he is spewing nonsense about us scamming him. after all the issues he caused he then threatened to call the police because he didn’t know where to go. NEVER GO HERE

Gave tow company a try and I would have to say I’m very impressed by the professionalism of the owner. Son’s car broke down and he made sure the driver arrived promptly. Very reasonably priced, quick response. Will definitely use again

I honestly wish I could give this company 0 stars. I would rather push my car in 100° weather than ever use this company. The driver called me 10 minutes before he arrived instead of the 1hr time frame . The driver was trying to be flirtatious and when he realized my partner was there his whole demeanor changed. We were requesting the car to be towed in a safer manner to refrain from causing any further damage he decided to argue about it, left abruptly and was very rude. He refused to give us his information. I called the main office and they were also rude did not want to give me the drivers information and hung up on me abruptly this company is just very unprofessional and lack customer service. My insurance also called and they were very nasty and rude to them as well. This company needs to be shut down

Never used the company a day in my life. TAG: 24396TT did almost run me and my family off the road. I’ll be posting the video. As a professional CDL driver myself.. I want the driver fired and drug tested ASAP.
