I just was in there and a worker there name drew put my headlight in for my 2005 Honda crv. I don’t know who the manager is but hand Drew a blank check and that should be his hourly pay, great guy and did a great job. Thank you again!

DO NOT GO HERE! They sold me a car battery then turned around and said they “can”t” install it after 3:30 pm which is bs. They aren’t supposed to change them after DARK but they just didn’t feel like changing the battery so they lied. I don’t think you want people like that working on your car
This Auto Zone is well stocked and efficiently run. It's a much better option than the Advanced Auto Parts on Queens Chapel that is chronically understaffed and makes you wait in long lines for basic purchases. Customer service is vastly superior at this location 2 minutes down the road.
They accept used oil for recycling and occasionally help customers with basic tasks like changing wiper blades and topping off fluids.
The neighborhood is not the greatest and the back parking lot has often had broken glass from break ins. A security vehicle now patrols the lot, so it may be better. I never go after dark unless it's an emergency.
If you live in the area, this is a great Auto parts store for most of your car's maintenance needs.
The Store Parts Manager Mr. Drew was Excellent and Very Knowledgeable about the Parts and Services that my Car Needed. He Explained how to Install the Filters. 5 Star Service at this Location.
I had an issue with a battery installation done here. I spoke with my dealership and they asked me to pay almost $1100 to fix this issue so I contacted Bryan the manager here at AutoZone and he resolved the issue by simply replacing a blown fuse (that only cost $2) free of charge! His attention to detail patience and overall customer service is exceptional and I truly appreciate his expertise and assistance on getting this issue resolved!
Older Latin dude looked me dead in my eyes and overlooked me and helped the 2 Latinos who came after me it wasn't until another employee who was busy with someone else called someone from the back to help me if I would of know they was going be like that up there I should have went to the one on Rhode Island Ave NE
I am super appreciative of the excellent customer service that I received from Steven, Seth, and Anderson! I had some bulbs out that I did not know how to figure out And. The three of them went over and beyond to make sure that I was taken care of. Shout out to the entire store and Team, because everyone was super kind and gracious.
This location was fantastic! Great customer service. We had our battery tested and replaced. Bryan, who helped us, was wonderful. Definitely will make this location our go to Auto Zone.
I had a very good experience here last week. The associate diagnosed our vehicle, pointed out vital information about the results, gave us knowledgeable feedback, provided the needed part, and stayed open at the end of the night to accommodate our broken down vehicle. Without their help it would have been much more money and hassle. Very professional location.
This store is so horrible no enough employees, I wait in line for 10 min , only two people working and one of the was o the phone and no helping people I will never come back , don’t come to this store is you wanna save your time
The brand reports being able to tell you what error codes your car is giving.
I stood there, ignored, until I walked up and stood directly in front of a guy who was just talking.
“Oh, it’s broken”
I guess the auto repair place can’t even have a functioning car repair device.

Generally, a pretty decent store most of the time. Can be very friendly and is usually well stocked. They will look up parts at other stores if not in stock. We use this store when in the area. We like it.
This is one of the better locations. They’re helpful and better customer service skills than the other locations. Before you go out there download the app and make sure that they have the part for your vehicle. It’s not their fault you’re not doing your due diligence to check inventory. They don’t always have everything I need but they’re always willing to work with me to get it. I still go to other AutoZone locations when I need things right away and they have it in stock.
First I want to say the staff was warm and welcoming not to mention very professional. I chose the battery from the database it was in stock, the staff personnel grab the battery installed it and did the exchange with my old battery I was in and I was out beautiful!
I’m not sure when was the last time the district manager visit this store. How are you going to continue to serve the customer completely if replacing your battery tester is not a priority to Auto Zone. Thanks to one young male employee for assisting me with other needs.
Had a great experience today! Very friendly service and while checking out the Manager told me about a special going on that saved me $10 and then he installed my new windshield wiper blades free of charge. Friendly and helpful! Will definitely go back
I waited in line while one employee carried on a personal conversation about a mutual acquaintance with an "INTRESTED" dude, while the other employee (2 latinas in total) listened in. This was over 5 mins. and even when the eavesdropper finally asked if I needed help, she told me what I needed and continued to listen in on her coworker instead of helping me further...I got frustrated and went to Walmart and gave them my business.
I witness a theft occurring during my visit. I was astonish and shocked to see store employees put themselves in harm's way in an attempt to stop or catch the thief. He got away. The cameras should show the details. Very dangerous for staff to protect products with their lives. But, good staff presence of mid and alertness.
I went to autozone to get a new battery for my car today. Alex C and the other young guy (didn’t catch his name) that was helping me could not have been nicer or more helpful. I hate doing car maintenance but they made the whole experience of purchasing and installing a new battery almost pleasant. I will definitely be back!
I came with my dodge car to change my battery and was glad because I had a great customer service by the associate Andre C. I hope I got the name right. Best service. I used to go to the one closest to me at university and they never had good customer service, always had a don't care attitude but I am so glad I came here . Thanks again 😀
I went to this location to buy some parts and had the most unprofessional experience ever. I got there at 7:45 am the doors was lock. A young lady who claimed she was the manager was at the door cleaning the glass. She refused to open the door for me saying she was the only one in the store. I'm confused if you are a store that on the website and on the store doors says you open at a certain time then that is the time you should open. It is not the customers fault or problem if there is only one worker. Especially a manager whose job is to take one for the team. Who turns customers away because as she said she is afraid to get robbed. There are millions of people who would love a manager's position. Yet she let money leave the business because I had to go to another store in order to get my car fixed by a certain time. She needs to be fired!
