I think in order for you to get hired there you got to have zero customer service skills. I sat there for 45 mins for them to pull some basics battery terminals , left for about 30mins cause I guess they were busy so I just patiently gave the staff more time to call me up for my battery terminals.
Once I came back to the building waited another 20 minutes just to reach the cashier / parts pick up just for him to tell me there no ticket for my vehicle he does not know what happened, but he was clearly aware how long I’ve been there. Just wasted two hours of my life for something I should just gotten at autozone. Just figured it was more convenient coming here.
I walked in and a man behind the counter just makes eye contact with me while chewing gum and did not bother to ask me if I needed help until I started the conversation that I was picking up an order. He turns his head over to a female worker next to him. so I said I was picking up an order for xxxx name. The same woman behind her work station starts shuffling papers and proceeds to ask me to confirm the account # basically that's all the verbal interaction i received. She gets up, walks over to get the part and comes outside her work space and places the box on the counter. I asked if I was done and only handed me the receipt. I think as a business you can try to have better customer service skills. Made me feel I was taking their time and I am sorry I did. I don't think customer is always right but projecting a different attitude will definitely increase your star reviews.
Worst place to ever buy your parts . I came in and put in my order, and it took them more than an hour to deliver . When I went up to complain, they had to make me reorder again . If you have patience to wait I then it's a good place for you .
The worst customer service. the two angry ladies are rude one cashier one that pulls items from computer. How do you operate business with.a bad attitude.
Cashier name jayleen works pretty fast to attend costumers and is always helping in the best possible way. Having a nice positive vibes everyday even when store is busy. And makes every visit go smoothly!
Great customer service! Anthony is always ready to help and is very knowledgeable about the parts and products. Will definitely recommend to friends and family.
I never write reviews but I wanted to say that my experience with this shop was amazing. I dont know anything about cars . But all my questions were answered. The gentleman at the front explained everything in detail. Gave me options and waited for me patiently while I ordered what I needed. As a female who doesn't understand car parts. I felt as I was given such great information. I will definitely go back for future things.
As mechanic shop owner I have to rely on my parts supplier to get my parts on time, to be patient and to have knowledge on the parts industry, I have to say Parts Authority has managed to offer me all of those services. Their staff such as Antony, Brandon and Angel have made my experience stunning and smooth, they get things done and make sure you get your parts on time for a very reliable price
I dont know who hired or promoted that personel called Anthony to be a manager in this important auto part store on Kenilworth Avenue. He really need some customer service training! He needs to understand that he is not there to sell auto parts to himself but to us, the customers, and so he should do business in a way and manner that is fair and satisfactory to keep customers coming back for their auto part needs.
Anthony oversold me a part for $271 although I had earlier called in and got a $231 quote for that part over the phone before I got there. That is a rip off and when I asked Anthony for the mechanic discount which I have been getting there for nearly 10 years now, he told me that what they have was BIDEN'S DISCOUNT. That was an insult on top of an injury.
This dude is not qualified to be a manager with such a bad attitude and the earliar his superiors do something about him and teach him what customer service is all about, the better. In fact, I feel ripped off for being made to buy a $231 part for $271. That is absolutely unethical and I need someone at Neil's Auto part Management team to fix this and refund the excess charge back onto my credit card. Until then, Parts Authority's Neil's Auto Parts gets zero star rounded to 1 star, all because of Anthony's poor customer service!
Great place to find almost all parts ....but the new girl at the counter is too unprofessional ... going to talk to her co worker and leaving the customers unattended for several minutes
Also I was trying to cancel a wrong part ...and she said that I could do it at another store .just because I was going to pick up a part at greenbelt .........I was surprised when she told me that ...I'm already here why I can't cancel the order I'm already here . besides I bought here ... terrible experience ...please hiring someone that is willing to deal with customers
92 toyota camry le its hard to find parts for this car..wait time was little bit but once got to guy on computee least they were helpful..i will recommend these guys
Bad customer service. Really rude, guy doesn’t want to help me at first, decides to help me out to tell me to come back later because they have no one at register. Don’t understand how you’re open if you have 4 people sitting on computers and no one can do an exchange or purchase any parts ? Have came in the past and had rude employees.
This place have good parts and for cheap prices but there service isn’t the best. It seem as if each person has there own station and no one can work anywhere else. Also if you aren’t Spanish they take some time to make sure you are straight
What I thought was going to be a good day order parts for a 96 Honda Accord rack and pinion boots were totally wrong after waiting for a day and a half the next thing and they were totally wrong a shot to hell day. I'm kind of losing my faith on these guys
The experience at Parts Authority was terrible!. I was returning a couple of Parts unused and they could not credit the money back to my credit card kill you and also a lot of Spanish-speaking employees who's not professional at all!. And with that said the Spanish customers are definitely rude and without manners!.
