It’s pet-friendly, just minutes from excellent shopping, three Costco locations, and close to One Loudoun. Come experience this one-of-a-kind, resort-style living—you’ll love it!

Have been here since September of 2025 if you have any questions about the place ask Colby in the office always has been able to help me with any questions. The walking trail is a nice walk and the gym is always clean. The parking area is always clean and staff is very nice.

I am happy to live here calm environment and clean and green every where you go outside the building the gym is also so useful for us to use

Helping my parents move to a new community is no easy task, but both Charrell and Colby really supported us every step of the way, grateful for the amazing staff and warm welcoming energy every time we step into the leasing office. Highly recommend!

Living at The Jameson has been a truly enjoyable experience. The office staff were consistently professional, courteous, and willing to help. Anytime I had a concern, Jess and Charrell handled it quickly and efficiently. The grounds were always well maintained, and the community events added a nice touch of fun and connection. Went to the Jameson for a tour recently and the leasing agent Coby was great. He showed me everything I asked to see and made me feel very comfortable asking questions.

Colby was very helpful and guided me to have everything set up before moving in. He is a great asset to The Jameson and ensuring all future residents understand and got all the help we needed. I have live at the Jameson for over 3 years. Jessica has been amazing to talk to and address my needs within the complex. Anytime I stop into the office I'm greeted with a smile. I routinely stop into the office to say hello and see how everyone is doing. Never rushed, never being rudely treated. They always make time just for a simple hello or to hear any complaints I might have about the grounds. I'm renewing my lease as we speak for another year. Thanks Jess for all your help.

The Jameson was a wonderful home the past few years. The staff in the office were always courteous and helpful, especially Jessica. When I had any issues she always resolved them in a timely manner. The grounds were always kept neat and clean. The community events were always fun. Thanks for a great living experience !!

I have lived here for 2 years. While the apartments are nice and the amenities as well. There are a few things that need to be seriously taken care of by the owner. For one, they should not continue with the JDR towing company. In my two years here they have towed my car twice wrongfully. Along with my family members a total of 5 times. I find the parking situation ridiculous for the amount we pay. My daughter lives in another apartment complex 10 minutes away where they do not tow cars and the parking situation is much better. Paying 50 dollars A month for parking to get towed anyways is ridiculous. When I go to talk to management most of the time dealt with extremely rude attitude. Thank god they found a new manager Ms. Jessica who is actually helpful. The apartments where my daughter stays is amazing, they don’t have a rooftop patio or play room but the staff there is amazing and friendly.They almost treat you like family. This is the type of energy that Kincora should provide for their residents. she only pays 1,500 a month vs my almost 3 grand for a one bedroom but only I’ve felt degraded and dismissed. Get rid of the towing and fix your staff, then you’ll have an amazing complex. Keep Ms. Jessica and hire others like minded. Just my two cents. TL:DR price is not worth it. They tow vehicles and make you pay absurd amounts then degrade you with the staff. Only one good manager in my 2 years. Wouldn’t recommend.

Best place to live. Leasing personnel is amazing and very diligent with any concerns. All the areas are super clean, apartments are beautiful with good natural light. The build is very quiet

Moving is never easy or fun. Our experience has a couple of bumps, but we are all settled in and loving our new home. I just want to take a moment to recognize and thank ALL the staff here, they have been so accommodating and super helpful especially with solving our set backs as quickly as they did.. thank you guys for all your hard work ?

Another Reason NOT to live here: They will TOW your car if you are a resident and you park in visitor parking. Read through the other reviews, every single parking spot will be taken at the end of the night. Instead of using empty visitor (15+) spaces on your floor, they expect you to park on the roof. You are paying for the parking and they are prioritizing visitors at the community. TOW your car to Chantilly and force you to pay $200. Community Management is a complete joke. Cruel and No empathy for their residents. -- I’ve lived at this place for over two years now. After going away for two weeks come back to find 4 cars on our floor with their wheels stolen. This is a PAID Garage. We moved here from NYC to get away from the crime. The leasing office sent out a email stating they were “committed” to improving safety in the garage. The incident happened a few days ago and the garage gate is broken and anyone can enter or leave as they please. ? Will not be resigning our lease.

I have lived here for almost three years now and couldn't be happier! The location is great and will only continue to improve as the development of the surrounding Kincora community advances. All the amenities you could ever want or need are here, and they're all modern and well maintained. The units are spacious, nicely finished, and have very good appliances. There is more than enough parking, even for visitors, and most of it is covered which is always a plus. Maintenance staff is competent and efficient, and office staff has been nothing but helpful every step of the way. Shout out to head maintenance man Chris who is super knowledgeable and friendly and Jess and Emma in the office who always provide high quality service with a smile!

When we first toured the place it was absolutely beautiful, and it was almost everything we wanted in an apartment. We were slightly hesitant at first because when we had an appointment, the leasing consultant was late and said it was a system issue that she didn't see the appointment. She just showed us the unit and not the amenities which we had to ask her to show us, which made us feel like she didn't take us seriously. Despite that we decided to continue to apply for the apartment. Since moving in, our neighbors above us bang ALL hours of the day, and it is so loud that is shakes our apartment. We spoke to Emma about the situation, and she was kind enough to take action. That did not stop them from continuing, but we got tired of constantly having to record for proof. The tires of cars were stolen off, and the arm gate to the garage took longer than it should have to be reinstalled. Maintenance people were okay, they just weren't that friendly, and when I talked about terminating the lease (barely 3 months into my lease), and was asked why, and I provided the reason why, there was no response after that. I was so upset because I really wanted to like this place, but I would NEVER recommend anyone to live here especially considering the price you would be paying. SO, if you are thinking of living here, just go somewhere else worth your money.

I cannot praise Emma enough for everything she has done for me. I was having issues with the tenant above me, and the previous staff in the leasing office, despite my multiple complaints, provided little help in resolving the problems. At that point, I was counting down the months until the end of the lease. Emma was new when I went in there again to address the problems. From the moment I met her, I knew things were improving. She greeted me with a welcoming smile, different from the attitude I had been accustomed to. That particular day, I went in to transfer units. Emma walked me around the building, patiently showing me the available apartment. She not only assisted me in transferring units, but she was also there to answer any questions I needed along the way. To this day, she offers a vast, welcoming smile anytime I see her around the property and is a wealth of knowledge. Thanks to her arrival, I no longer have anxiety about entering the leasing office. I adore my apartment and am no longer counting the days of my lease. I absolutely love living here.

I’ve been here a few months already. I didn’t start with the right foot as it took some time to get my account properly set up, but the team at the Leasing Office managed to make it work. The staff at the office is very committed. The entire staff is friendly, including the team who works behind the scenes to make sure everything is clean and tidy. We had an event for a soccer team and they really helped out to ensure everything went smooth. Thanks a lot!

I don’t live there, but have friends that do and went with when a friend was looking. Super nice and helpful staff. Have lots of activities for renters to get to know each other. Appear to really care about their customers! Love that you can paint, hang stuff on the walls, change lights, shower head, and add ceiling fans.

Lived here for about 5 months now and feel I can give an accurate review of my experience. My leasing process was very straightforward and an easy for me. Cedric & Maggie helped me learn more about what the area has to offer and some good “night out” options. Being that I relocated from California I was debating where would be a great place to live and The Jameson has been exactly that. I enjoy that our neighborhood is tucked away but is close to everything you need. I had one maintenance request so far and the team addressed it within the next day. I also referred my colleague to the building and was given a $500 referral fee!! I would highly recommend

Can’t say enough good things about the Jameson and the people that work here. They go above and beyond to make sure you are well taken care of and alleviate any concerns you may have. It’s set in a perfect location in Loudoun County that’s growing rapidly. Beautiful hiking trails, courtyards, rooftop with fire pits , and other amenities as well as an amazing staff make the Jameson a great spot to live.

It has been almost 1-year and I wanted to update. I am super happy and pleased to have found this place. It seems as though they are constantly improving and making this place better…the add gadgets to the gym, they have services and fun events, they added a fenced dog area. They also attend any maintenance submission the same day or the next. The place is always cleaned and they stay on top of the nice fresh look. The community room has new toys and activities. The pool is always cleaned and the guards were nice. My only dissatisfaction was not being able to have access to the pool the last week of summer, but not having lifeguards was out of their reach. Also having some loud neighbors driving their cars up and down the ramp like it’s I95 with loud music late at night, which my place is near the garage entrance. Overall Kincora is a very nice, quiet and peaceful neighborhood and The Jameson is great ! Thank you Galina, Cedric and Maggie for your daily efforts. VS I am a One Loudoun a fan. And now there is Kincora! I had visited a couple of apartment complexes but nothing had struck me. Then I found The Jameson, which is still under construction today. I stopped by with only a few minutes to spare for a tour, and ended up staying long enough to put an application in. Bobby welcomed me into the building, and was very pleasant showing me at least three of the models. He took his time showing me different units, walking the promises, going over the perks and discussing the paperwork. We talked for a while and he made sure I was comfortable with my decision. I left super excited about the brand new place; even the gym smelled brand new!! Then I came back with grandma to show her the brand new apartment. After congratulating me for such a beautiful place overlooking the pool, and in a beautiful neighborhood, Kincora, she spent the next 30 minutes chatting with Maggie, the other lady at the leasing office. They were both (Bobby and Maggie) so pleasant and attentive, and welcomed me to the building with a gift bag, a free pumpkin and a carving kit for a decorating contest, and an invitation to a wine down Wednesday with the rest of the residents. Since, I have been very happy to have moved in at The Jameson, I have enjoyed free events involving food, spirits and raffles. Management has made a point to provide various free services to all residents. I could not have made a better choice! Thank you to the wonderful team, Galina, Bobby and Margaret...not to forget Chris, the maintenance gentleman who is always working around the premises with a smile on his face! Galina the property manager is amazing and very helpful. When you have a concern she makes you feel like heard and that you are her top priority. There property is well maintained and the amenities are amazing as well. Maggie is also amazing she is very attentive she took her time to make sure that I was happy with the selection of my apartment. She also followed up with me after I moved in to make sure everything was okay and good. Cedric who is new to the team brings a lot of energy and you can tell he loves what he does. I would recommend this property 10times over. I love it here and this has become my home away from home.

I moved to The Jameson in March and have had nothing but a fantastic experience. The community is well designed, beautiful and always clean. They offer a fantastic game room, large gym with a variety of equipment, ample meeting spaces which are great for working from home, secure locker room for packages, and more! Galina, Maggie and Cedric are all extremely friendly and supportive and will go out of their way to make sure you are taken care of. The Alfred concierge service is great and takes your living experience to the next level - community events, help with groceries, laundry, tidying up, and more! The parking garage for residents and guests is convenient and I never have a hard time finding a spot. If you are considering moving here, definitely do it!
