They're extremely knowledgeable and curious. They've got everything from a brake light bulb, car battery, windshield wippers, to internal engine parts like pistons, and cams. Heck, they have stuff most of us have never seen before.
Yes, there are other auto parts store, but this location is run by great folks, that will go out if their way to help you.

I went for an obscure part, I have an antique Ford tractor. 1953 Ford Jubilee. I needed a 12 volt ignition coil with the internal resistor. Richard helped me at the counter. It was a busy Saturday morning. I was in and out in 10 minutes with the exact part. Got home and installed it. Set my timing and it started in three revolutions. I swear the spark is so strong and a nice blue color. I will always go back here.
