This place was recommended by the Honda dealership for my Accord. I'm glad I came here. This place is super clean and the work is impeccable. What I thought was just some body damage came to be much worse. They stripped the car and found structural damage. I had the pleasure of having Damaris Garcia handling my claim. Not only was she customer oriented, she kept me informed every step of the process. This business is fortunate to have her as an employee. Whenever I need any kind of work on my car, I'm coming here because of her. She has made me a customer for life!

I am very used to mechanics taking advantage of me not knowing enough about cars, but i had an amazing experience here!! Didn’t know it was possible to meet mechanics so kind and helpful. Conner Geary was very helpful and explained to me what was going on in my car, answered my questions, and they didn’t end up charging me anything after a lengthy estimate and me leaving my car there over a week. Amazing service with many kind professionals :)

Even with how busy and popular they are, they still made time to take great care of me. Ahmad (the manager), Connor (contact), and Jessica were all incredible — professional, kind, and truly cared about my situation. I didn't feel rushed. They kept me updated every step of the way and made the whole process smooth and stress-free. A bit more expensive than other shops but was worth the piece of mind. They don’t do a good work they take too long over 3 months to fix a broken light a slightly damaged back bumper and retuned worst then what it was they did not fix the damage and return it with broken parts in the interior and they did not want to accept that they did it they wanna lie with the proof of pictures. Worst place ever never doing business with them in my life.

Great customer service to coordinate the insurance and keeping us up to date on progress. Impeccable paint job and body work. This shop came highly recommended. If you want quick, this isn't going to be who you want. I wanted good and got what I asked for. I highly recommend.

I can't say enough nice things about this place! I brought my car here after getting a glowing recommendation from a friend and they were spot on about the service there. The front desk staff were extremely attentive and polite; first impressions are very important and these ladies hit it out of the park! I was in the process of getting estimates but the entire experience at D&V Auto was so flawless that I decided to hire them on the spot. Which meant I did not have a ride home but one of the staff members gladly took me home. My car had been involved in a Hit and Run accident and D&V took care of everything including dealing with the insurance companies. The repairs were done when promised and my car was left in impeccable condition. The staff kept me informed throughout the entire process, always with a smile and a positive attitude. D&V Auto made an unpleasant situation so much more bearable than I expected. I recommend this place wholeheartedly!

D&V autobody is the best shop to take your vehicle. Angelyanne was able to answer all my questions, kept me informed throughout the entire process, and even went above and beyond to try to get my vehicle out by my birthday (which she personally called and wished me a happy birthday as well).They test fit all the parts prior to painting to make sure I would be satisfied with the repairs. One of my biggest concerns was paint match and the paint job is spectacular. They even thoroughly cleaned my vehicle at the end which was a nice surprise. Larissa and Jessica at the front desk were also very friendly and informative. Highly recommend you take your vehicle here, I have nothing but good things to say.

I wish I could write a good post like all the other "10 stars" ones I've seen. But that has not been my experience in any of the 4 times I've taken my car to D&V. I have noticed issues and had to push back my delivery date EVERY SINGLE TIME. I literally just picked up my car yesterday IN WORSE condition than what I dropped it off in! By a long shot too. It's ridiculous, there's absolutely ZERO quality control inspections before delivering vehicles to customers. And worse yet, their incompetent techs will damage your vehicle and not inform anyone about it, so it doesn't get noticed until the customer picks it up! WHY CAN I SEE THE GROUND THROUGH MY TRIM?!?!? And how did nobody notice a sharp metal letter being half torn off?!?! To their credit, the managers are apologetic and try to make things right. But when their techs can't own up to their mistakes, I don't know if I can trust my car with them again. I would avoid this shop if you care about your car.

Hands down the best collision center in the DMV! D&V Auto Body Shop exceeded all expectations. Angelyanne and the team kept me updated every step of the way and made sure I was back on the road quickly. The quality of work and attention to detail were top-notch. I’ll definitely be recommending them to everyone.

If you value your time, care about your car and want a good repair, do not go to D&V. Is there a thing such as negative stars? If there were, D&V would get one. It’s like their high rating was created by bots. Their customer service is nonexistent. They are impossible to get a hold of and when you do their communications skills are extremely poor. If you’re not getting one word or one sentence answers, they’re telling you what you want to hear so they don’t need to talk to you anymore. D&V is sloppy and can’t do a job right the first time. They create damage only caused by carelessness. Their work product (hazing, obvious paint mismatch, panel fitment wrong, fisheyes in the clearcoat) is purely the product of being disinterested in quality work. You’ll get rookie level work from D&V, plain and simple. These are so-called auto enthusiasts, per their website; no self-respecting auto enthusiast would call their work “premier” (again, from their website). 👎

BEST auto body place that I have ever seen…very well organized, very clean and repairs are immaculate. They are recommended and routinely used by USAA Insurance. Because they are so good, they always have a backlog of work. If you want it done right, this is the place (if you want it fast, you may need to go elsewhere)! D&V Auto Body deserves and has my HIGHEST RECOMMENDATION!!’

A few years ago, my truck got smashed up badly by unsecured debris flying off an industrial waste truck. DV Auto Body took care of the repairs right away and did an incredible job. The process was seamless between DV & my insurance company What really stood out was how much they cared about the details. A few days after the repair, one of my sensors started acting up. It didn’t pass their own quality control, so they brought it back in, diagnosed the issue as a connector problem, and fixed it at no charge. It’s been working perfectly ever since. You don’t see that kind of accountability and thoroughness often. Highly recommend DV Auto Body.

How can I leave 10 stars? I was HIGHLY impressed by D&V auto body. I had cosmetic damage to my 2023 Yukon XL. My brother referred me to Kevin at D&V autonomy and Kevin took care of me and my car immediately. He explained how the claims division worked and how his team will handle everything after my insurance kicked in (which was also very quick). My accident happened on Wednesday and they took my car that following Monday even though they had a large waitlist (understandably). I was then handed off to German and Angelyanne who gave me updates of my car every other day and photos. It was as if my car was at daycare. I was so impressed by the over communication and each step of the process my car was in. They even beat their estimated time of repair! My car looked brand new. I was so happy with their work and their business model. Thank you Kevin and Team. I hope to never see you under specific circumstances but if I do, you have inherited a customer for life.

I have worked with D&V twice for two different accidents. They are honest, good communicators, and do quality work.

I am very satisfied with the repair to my minivan done by D&V Auto Body! This is the third time I've brought one of my cars to be repaired at D&V Auto Body and I will continue to return for any future needs! The quality of the workmanship is outstanding. The attention to detail was amazing! My wife and I especially appreciated the complete inside and out detail done on our minivan! It looks brand new again! Most of all the minivan was completed well before the original promise date! Karla at the front desk was super helpful and very friendly! Angelyanne was just awesome throughout the entire process! She was knowledgeable, professional, friendly, and showed outstanding customer service! She went to bat for me with the insurance company and got my minivan the repairs it needed. She kept me well informed throughout the entire process and was always responsive to my calls and emails. Everyone asks where I got my minivan fixed because it looks so good and I proudly tell them it was another fantastic job done by D&V Auto Body!!!

Eduardo (Eddie) Montero was an absolute pleasure to work with during the repair process. There were multiple additions to repairing my vehicle and Eddie made them happen. I am happy with the final result, it took a while, there were ups and downs but in the end i am pretty satisfied with all the extra effort Mr. Ron did to make me satisfied. Mr. Ron made a big difference on my overall experience. I would recommend D&V just for the fact that they understand their customers needs and will try their best to accommodate to their situation. There is a pic of my car just like new.

They did a PHENOMENAL job repairing and repainting my truck. Clean, professional, reasonably priced, and willing to help with anything. When I picked up my truck Eddie and a few of the techs helped when I discovered a blinker wasn't working correctly. We spent 30 minutes trying different things until it started working again. They went above and beyond in my opinion from start to finish. I will definitely return here for body work/paint/repair needs.

I have a 5 year old Ruby Red Metallic Mustang that got smacked on the front bumper in a parking lot. This is not an easy color to match, but D & V Autobody matched it perfectly!!!! Eddie was our Estimator and he communicated with me and my husband during the entire process, and provided pictures as they progressed. He knew I was nervous, and never made us feel like we were bothering him when we called. The repair and paint peeps are truely talented too. Other autobody shops only wanted to paint the bumper cover, but D & V blended the paint out on the hood and the fenders too. I am incredibly particular about this car, and I am also an artist (so I would notice if the color wasn't right). I am thrilled with the job D & V Autobody did. They got it right, and they detailed the car inside and out before giving it back to me. I HIGHLY recommend them!!!!!

I had my whole car resprayed. Ron was excellent through out the process. He helped with insurance process and was more than happy to get additional items addressed that I was paying out of pocket for. Nothing was too much trouble. I had them do additional items that are unique and usually not required as part of the job and Ron made sure everything was perfect. After pickup, I noticed some bubbles in my bumper and some over spray on one interior panel. No questions were asked and they made it right by starting over (instead of buffing it out). Very professional shop. I would highly recommend. Thanks guys.

The girlfriend and I took her car here for some insurance work. Their first & second (potentially third) attempt on fixing the issue didn't turn out as well as we had liked. Paint match / drips / paint degradation. The customer service rep we were dealing with was very defensive and not helpful. I will say they take their reputation very seriously, after getting publicly vocal about our unhappiness we were immediately contacted by Ron. I wish we had dealt with Ron from the get go, the level of customer service & quality of the work was like a light switch. He went over the car with us personally & didn't defend issues we pointed out. Gave us a rental car again, promised to work around our schedule, and offered a free detail for the inconvenience (we prefer the work to be done right over a handout, but I'll admit it was a very nice touch & made the GF happy). Ron kept us updated on the progress, which made it nice with our schedule/distance to the shop. Bottom line: we got the car back & the work was done perfectly, even with a pearl white. So much so that I wondered how our initial experience was possible. The car wasn't just washed detailed, definitely some wax application & interior conditioning. Ron reached back out to us and explained where they went wrong & what was changed to correct it from happening in the future. The work speaks for itself. I'm a car enthusiast and even though this was just a daily driver repair I can see they are capable of doing the quality of work I would seek out. Mistakes can happen & I think that their commitment to correcting and preventing those mistakes stands out here.

I made an appointment 4 days in advance to have faulty door moldings replaced along with (2) new running boards to be installed to my 2016 Toyota Highlander. The moment I arrived I was greeted by Kevin who is the owner of D & V Auto Body who is such a nice personable likable guy! All the employees were equally as hospitable, they just couldn't do enough for me while I waited for my truck to be completed. The whole job took about (4) hours to complete. While I was waiting next to the front desk watching TV I was so happy to hear and see how all the customers ranted and raved when they saw their vehicles restored back to new condition. When my truck was completed I was not shocked to how well everything came out, I expected nothing less. Now I see why D & V Auto Body is one of the best rated body shops in Northern Virginia (if not the best!) with (5) star reviews on Google and Yelp.
