I got the AC in my car fixed recently at Countryside Service Center. I had gotten quotes from dealerships and several other shops. The quotes were significant and I had resigned myself to needing to live without ac. I brought my car to Countryside for an inspection and Lena talked to me about my ac and encouraged me to consider getting it fixed. After thinking about it, I came back in for an estimate. They beat the quotes from the other shops by a significant amount! They had my car fixed same-day. Lena was an absolute joy to work with. She and the mechanics truly care about their customers and will do what they can to work with you. It’s a few weeks later and my ac is still ice cold and just like new. I will definitely be returning to Countryside!

WARNING!!!! Don’t get scammed here!!! I brought my car for an inspection by Degraw, Daniel J 48370. He failed the inspection and then Lena came to talked with me about the fixed price and part all included. She said “she will give me and discount” but for the price even discount I know it’s overpriced. So, I decided to failed on inspection with them and went to another place with an OEM parts. After that I went back by 4PM she came out and said they closed for today. I asked her what time you open tomorrow she said 8AM even on the board said 7AM. I decided to went back on another week. And inspector failed me on car inspection again with another small issue that passed on first time I brought there. They don’t want you to passed inspection with pay a lot of money with them. If you don’t know about the parts and labor price. BECAREFUL!!! I used to be here for car inspection so many years. I suggested so many people to come here, but right now I’m gonna spread my words about this to everyone about how you done to me.

I had a very disappointing experience at Countryside Service Center.

Before anything else, I informed the staff that I had a Groupon voucher for a Full Synthetic Oil Change. I was immediately directed to a woman at the front desk who handled the interaction. Unfortunately, her attitude was rude, unfriendly, and unprofessional. Instead of trying to help, she came across as dismissive and unpleasant throughout the conversation.

The bigger issue is that the shop refused to honor the Groupon that I had already purchased. I was told that my vehicle required a more expensive oil, and therefore the Groupon could not be used. As a result, I left without receiving the service I paid for and had to request a refund through Groupon.

The combination of poor customer service and refusing to honor the advertised Groupon made this a frustrating waste of time. I cannot recommend this business based on my experience.

Used Groupon for state inspection. The owner had no issue for the voucher. The technician was fast. Though the waiting time was a bit long. I waited 90 minutes in my car. Highly recommend this place.

I had my sevice here. I unfortunately forgot my wallet. And Lena was there and said she can pay and I don't even have to pay back. Such a great heart. I will always come to this service center just because of Lena being such a good person when I needed.

I come here mainly for inspections. Other than waiting time with cars lined from 7.00 AM it takes 15-20 mins. They do have Groupon offers so great deal always compared to others. The staff is pretty quick and nice.

I went into Countryside Service center, simply to ask a question. I was greeted by a woman named, Lena, who said she was the Manager - she said if I needed anything I could always call her and gave me her card. This very RARELY happens in this industry. Lena, thank you. You made me feel welcome and special, even though I did not get any work done. Oh, and she doesn’t just have a great personality- she’s beautiful:)

Was referred to this shop by its former owner to have them work on my C6 Corvette (Clyde - iykyk) and couldn't have been happier with the experience. The car was showing its age and needed a handful of things fixed, both mechanically critical as well as driver experience nice-to-haves. But these guys eagerly jumped in and got it done - with good communication, a quick turnaround, and above-and-beyond customer service throughout (shop coordinator Lena is great to work with!)

I’m here for oil change and tire rotation. Miss Lena was super friendly and helpful throughout. Mr. Mavel, who serviced my car today, was kind, patient, and took his time without making me feel rushed or stressed. I will definitely return.

I love Countryside! I don't bring my car anywhere else. Lena is so friendly and helpful. She explains everything really well and is very helpful with scheduling and payment with a full written out plan. Dave is usually my mechanic, he comes out and shows me the problem and explains it all. The other mechanics that have helped me were also great, they have a wonderful team!. My brother is a mechanic in another state. I don't know much about cars so I always ask him what he thinks. He has always said the recommendations and prices are good so if you need a car repair in this area, this is the place to go!

Countryside service center provided such a great experience. Lena went above and beyond explaining the different services and made me feel really comfortable and aware of not only what needs to be done but why it needs to be done. She was also very competitive with her pricing. Marvin was very helpful, professional, and exceptional with the services. I went in for an oil change and a tire rotation and couldn’t be happier with the whole experience.

Came in for my state inspection, as I do every year, and they took great care of my car - Lena was thorough in her explanation of what was needed and what my options were. Her friendly and professional approach was much appreciated! My car was fixed quickly and I will be back!

My brother brought my car in for an inspection on February 21st because I was busy that day. The place I normally go to was full, so he decided to try this location instead.
Everything on the car was in good condition before the visit. My car has a security camera inside. As soon as the inspector (48370 – DEGRAW, DANIEL J.) got into the vehicle, the first thing he did was disconnect the camera, which immediately raised concerns.
He then told my brother-in-law that a small side light was not working and offered to replace it. My brother-in-law agreed because he didn’t know the price at the time. They ended up charging $65 for that light, plus the $20 inspection fee, which is extremely expensive for such a small bulb.
After reviewing footage from my car and cameras at home, it appears the light was working before the inspection, although the video is not perfectly clear. This raises serious doubts about whether the replacement was actually necessary.
Disconnecting a customer’s camera and then charging such a high price for a minor fix feels very dishonest. After reading other reviews mentioning high prices and questionable practices, unfortunately my experience seems consistent with those reports.

I had a great experience getting my car safety inspection done. The service was quick, professional, and very smooth from start to finish. Daniel took great care of my car and made the whole process easy and stress-free. He was friendly, helpful. I really appreciate the excellent customer service. Highly recommend!

My entire day revolves around school drop offs, pick ups, and the nonstop rhythm of family life. Lena understood that immediately. She worked with my schedule so I could bring my car in while my kids were at school, and she made the entire process seamless and stress free.

What stood out most was how personal the experience felt. I did not feel like just another appointment. As I came in and stood in line, Lena, although busy with customers in front of me, saw that I had arrived and immediately informed her crew that their 9:30 oil change had arrived . I felt heard. I felt respected. I never once felt rushed or brushed off. That level of attentiveness is rare these days.

The repair center did an outstanding job with my oil change and went above and beyond by thoroughly checking my vehicle to ensure everything was running smoothly and fully up to date. They did not just do the minimum. They took the extra step to make sure my car was safe and reliable. I’d also like to mention their competitive prices. Lowest I have ever, and I mean EVER seen! (but don’t tell them that lol). Hence, why they get super busy so best to call and make an appointment

With four children, dependable transportation is not a luxury, it is essential. School, activities, appointments, and unexpected life moments require a vehicle I can trust. Knowing my car was serviced carefully and professionally gives me true peace of mind.

Lena was absolutely amazing! I called the location and she picked up right away with a pleasant greeting. I was in need of an oil change. She was able to rearrange some appointments and fit me in, the same day. I arrived and was taken care of immediately. This is most appreciated as I always need support dealing with my car.
