Went to Blue Nile to get some broken lights replaced and was shocked at not only how great their customer service was, but also the speed in which they were done. I had planned on dropping it off and ubering to the stuff I needed to do for the rest of the day but didn’t need to. I drove there (25 minutes), got what I needed fixed, got other small things I didn’t notice or care too much about before fixed, and made it back home in 2 hours. Everyone was super transparent and did a good job explaining what they did and how to try to fix it myself in the future if there are issues. They also gave me an estimate for another part and that estimate was about 1/2 of the price of the original 2 estimates I had got prior. Will definitely be returning!🤍
Superb service at a fair price. One of the few shops that is open on Saturdays. Fixed my exhaust issue within a couple of hours. Friendly staff who are transparent and honest with their customers.

I have used Blue Nile services twice so far - one for my 2004 Honda Odyssey and one for my 2016 Honda Pilot. Their work is simply amazing - thorough, on-time, very competitive (likely the lowest) cost. Both time, I spoke with Hisham and he is simply the best in explaining what gets done, time it takes and the cost. The work I used them for my Pilot is to fix A/C including replacing the failed compressor - just to give an idea of the talent they have. My sons go to Blue Nile. and I whole heartedly recommend them.
Hisham and his team at Blue Nile are incredible. I have an older model Land Rover and the check engine light was on and required intense troubleshooting; the team at Blue Nile was efficient and communicated the plan to resolve the problem. They worked with Land Rover directly to find the solution and get my car back to me quickly and they personally drove my car around for several days to ensure the solution was resolved. The genuinely care about you as a customer and make sure you are well taken care of. Highly recommend this group of professionals!
