I had a battery problem a couple of months ago, and went to the shop to get it checked. Gustavo really gave me the best attention. I have no idea about mechanical issues but he walk me through the process with patience and was very polite, I think the service you get there makes you wanna go back.

this is my 2nd visit for brake service...a year a part. I am SUPER GRATEFUL for the friendly professional service and fair pricing!!! I came in and made it clear that my budget was low and Gus worked so well with me that I was able to get BOTH front & back done in one visit. He is kind and ethical.<3 *the shop went over and above and proactively removed a nail from my left rear tire that was causing me to refill with air once a week.I am picky and know "genuine" good service when I receive it.

I never felt unnecessary upsell or charges (had experienced just that at another places a few days prior). The folks are kind and simply professional. After having gone to R&C several times now for various things, I think I’ve finally found a place I can call “my auto shop.”
These guys are the Best! They treat you with respect. They are very professional and while I sat they did all the work for me. I am definitely coming back here for all of my car needs because in this day and age all you need from your car, Mechanic is some honesty, professionalism, and affordability which I believe this R&c auto repair and collisions provide. I must say these fellas hospitality was everything. Great customer service and efficient work ethic. I went to R & C to get my rotors and brake pads replaced and they did a great job. Even when there was an issue about the two rotors that I ordered & they were the wrong size, they helped me fix my mistake which they ordered me the correct size and proceeded with the replacement. It is so hard to find trustworthy mechanics, but with these guys I now know that I am in good hands.

I usually don’t write a review for any business unless I have been treated very bad or unfair, that I want no body go there anymore, or I have seen a very good service, or satisfaction that I would like to write about it, and let the other people know about it.
My daughter had an accident that had ended up with a large damage area on the driver side which ended her replacing the driver’s door and fixing some body job.
So, I was looking for a body shop that can fix her car on a timely Manar, with the budget that insurance allows for that, a friend gave me the name of R & C Auto Repair
As soon as I took my car to the R & C Auto shop, I did see an exceptionally good welcome, by manager “Roger” and his friendly staff, clean office.
They have fixed my daughter’s car hassle free; they did communicate with our insurance during the repair process and handle this job very professionally, I also noticed that they do have a section that takes care of mechanics’ jobs and oil change too.
I have been very satisfied with their job, and I do recommend if you need a good body shop or a mechanic for your car first check with R & C Repair & Collision Center you will be happy.
Everything you want from an auto shop - quality work, fair prices, and knowledgeable staff. I came in for a brake and rotor job, and received great service. Rodger and his staff were knowledgeable and straight to the point on what they saw and their recommendations without pressure on selling more work. I plan on being a long term customer here and will certainly be back.
The first time when I enter the office the technician manager Roger did very good presentation and carefully he was listening to me about my vehicle issues. I was able to secure an appointment here pretty quickly, given the need to replace all my brakes system. In this case, I had the parts ready, and I paid for labor. There are no issues to mention. Everything went well, and today, my brakes are brand new and working well. I will be working with them again in the future.
I don't give a 5 star rating very often but I found R&C Auto repair by chance as I had never heard of them before. I went seeking a paint job for a rear bumper that was recently replaced. Milly gave me a very reasonable quote compared to some other well known repair shops. Actually her quote was so good I went and got the whole car repainted as my 2002 paint job was showing signs of fading and loosing its luster. They completed the job in a timely manner and I was so shocked to see my 2002 Jaguar looking like new.
Oscar matched the original paint so perfectly, not just by color but it also had the dealer luster (like little glitter in the paint). There was no overspray and the coat appears to be thick and even. I had previously had my van (different vehicle) painted at another popular location where they just matched the color but did not have the dealer/manufacturer luster.
I highly recommend R&C Auto repair for a their excellent work at a fair and reasonable price. I will try and update this post in a year or so to see if the paint holds up throughout the seasons but I expect it will.

I recently got my 2001 Lexus RX300 fixed here and I’m pleased to say that this old car feels brand new! The team was super knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. They thoroughly inspected and repaired my car with great attention to detail. Highly recommend them for 5-star service.
Had my modified 2001 Audi TT brought there for body work. With how heavily modified it is, I was skeptical that they would be able to do a good job on the vehicle. Instead, they far exceeded my expectations. They were able to fit a new front bumper even with a very large front mount intercooler in the way, and the cuts they made were seamless. The paint being Nimbus Gray was also extremely hard to match, but you wouldn’t be able to notice a difference between what they did and factory. The rest of the car blends perfectly with it. They took great care when working on it, and I have absolutely no complaints about their work.
