Universally Modified is the only shop i trust to work on any of my cars. My family has a small antique car collection consisting of a 67 mustang, a 72 camaro, a 59 cadillac and a 50s C1 corvette. They’re always incredibly responsive to any of my questions and no matter the job, big or small, i always know they’ll take care of it. From fair pricing to quality work UM is the place to go with any project.

I frequently bring my 4Runner to their service center for work-related repairs and to add new parts. They are very responsive, and promptly scheduling appointments. Their expertise and attention to detail ensure that everything is inspected and repaired before returning the vehicle to the owner. I highly recommend their services to anyone in need.

These guys don't miss, there attention to detail is not to be found in any other shop but UM Performance. These guys don't do stuff half-assed, they do it right the first time. They helped me get my wrecked factory GTI TCR car fixed and looking new again. These guys are also super nice and take really good care of you and keep you in the loop. Thanks UM!!!!

I really wanted to have a good experience with Universally Modified. I appreciate They are a family run and worked business of brothers and Ryan’s wife. I put many weeks and maybe even months of thought into my interaction with Universally Modified to make sure I am fair and doing the right thing. But they will not properly torque fasteners! There had been a metallic rattling since the first time I had them install the front sway bar. I drove it that way for six months or so. They always said the reason for the metallic rattling was because of the BMR components I had them install not having the rubber bushings. Then when me and another guy put my 2022 Mach 1 up on a lift and started looking it over and working on it we were disappointed to find Universally Modified destroyed my front sway bar end links due to not torquing down fasteners and using zero thread locker! I asked them multiple times to use the proper thread locker on all the fasteners . After we fixed the sway bar, my car is now silent! This has happened multiple times where UM did not tighten down fasteners properly. Universally Modified also did not tell me about an exhaust leak we found. They also couldn’t get my wheel weights to stay on my wheels. But the plus for them is they did suggest a good place to go and have my Wheels properly Road force balanced. Each time something was not done right I tried to be calm and decent about it when I communicated with them. When I told Universally Modified about each issue, they did not apologize and didn’t say what can they do to make it right, didn’t say it would not happen in the future, nothing. I think it is unsafe to drive or track my car using Universally Modified. I’m afraid they would cause me to crash and injure others and myself. They will not answer or return my phone calls I tried calling multiple times to communicate with universally Modified in order to speak with them and get their side/viewpoint before I posted this.

After researching many shops, I received a glowing recommendation from a friend. Took my 67 Mustang GTA to UM Performance for some drivability issues and some fluid leaks. Suspension work was fantastic. Car now drives beautifully! Fluid leaks are better but still chasing a couple small leaks. If you’re looking for a shop that knows classic cars, this is the place to go. Thank you Ryan and Troy for taking the extra time to walk me through all the repairs. Nice to find a shop that enjoys what they do.

Had my 2024 Mustang Gt Convertible lowered and added a lower K member brace along with stop the hop bushings and inserts and it turned out beautiful. These guys are A1 and I will keep doing all my performance work with them.

Took my 2021 F150 here to get tuned. The guys did fantastic work, they got the transmission and supercharger dialed in 100%. Would highly recommend and will definitely be returning for more power soon!

First and foremost I would like to start off by saying "Universally Modified Performance" aka UMP exceeded my expectations not only with there work but also with there customer service. I would like to thank Ryan & Troy and there team for working on my 2012 GT Mustang. Went in for an a/c compressor replacement and to top off most of the fluids on the Mustang and these guys nailed it. Mustang runs and feels real smooth. Definitely will be a returning customer to work on stage 2 of the Stang and my other vehicles. I recommend UMP to anyone and everyone not only just for Mustang needs and performance but for overall services. These guys are awesome! I'm thankful for finding this shop. Side note... besides the reviews and recommendations to UMP, "ChatGPT" also recommended UMP. So with that being said even "Artificial Intelligence" aka AI knows Universally Modified Performance is the spot.

Troy, Ryan and their team replaced the long tube header plus X-pipe and tuned my C5. It gained 30HP and running very nicely. The team was quick and the work is clean, nicely done. Thanks Troy and Ryan.

Brought my Focus ST in for a new set of wheel bearings. Couldn’t be happier about finding this shop! One look inside the shop and you feel comfortable with the work being done by these individuals. Clean, organized, knowledgeable and professional. Overall these are good people, who take pride in what they do.

Got my Mustang tuned and it drives noticeably better. Very impressed with the high quality of work performed. Ryan and Troy are really awesome and I will not be taking my mustang to any other customs shop from here on out. Also worth pointing out that their customer service is also top tier. I showed up early by mistake and they welcome me in well before opening time. They called me several times with updates. The whole experience is A+. I highly recommend.

Ryan and Troy were extremely helpful from my initial inquiries, offering suggestions, flexible scheduling, and communicating. Plenty of know-how, passionate, quality-focused, and customer friendly. An ideal shop. Couldn’t ask for a better experience! Deinstall and retrofit to upgraded Z1 undershroud and oil pan; incl. post break-in oil / oil filter change (2024 Performance Z).

This is where you want to go. Troy, Ryan, and the team took my 2015 mustang EcoBoost off the tow truck and created one wild pony! Their work is unparalleled for sure. The attention to detail, care, quality of work, close communication, the depth and breadth of knowledge and experience, all at a reasonable price has left me speechless! ...and I tend to be a man of many words. They basically wound up going through the entire car. They installed the Engineered Motorsports Solutions built-block and head, upgraded the rear main seal, installed Ford performance cams, NX2 big turbo, fixed the hard charge pipes and couplers upgrading the clamps for reliability, helped me identify and fix a catch can and intake issue, checked the Tien coilovers and performed a full alignment with the BMR camber caster plates and rear camber components. They even offered run-in and test driving to confirm everything was good to go prior to pickup. Their diagnosis skills and knowledge and experience is second to none. The timing on these cars is super tricky and they nailed it! Their dyno is also outstanding for tuning and can even do tuning in house! Even saw them tuning carbureted classic cars! Now my Dad can even bring them his '66 mustang in for some tuning and calculating which rear end gears he could swap to since we found the place for it. They drive their own racecars on the racetrack, so you know they'll be able to take care of your car, whether it's a daily driver, weekend warrior, or full blown class spec full cage racecar! They have everything come through their shop from modern and classic muscle cars, tuner cars of all kinds, even performance jeeps and trucks. Universally Modified Performance is the perfectly apt name applied here. You read all these glowing, gushing reviews for a really good reason. They've earned every single one of them! They've earned mine and I'll definitely be back for lots more! So excited to get my daily driver weekend warrior on Summit Point this weekend! Thank you so much for everything Universally Modified!

Had a great experience as first timer out of state. Troy took my car in and looked through everything and gave me the time to explain the issue and the possible solutions, which i appreciate a lot. Very knowledgeable and trustworthy. Definitely using them again.

The UMP team did a phenomenal job with my baby, a 1965 Ford Mustang GT350 tribute/restomod. I brought her to them with 5-6 moderate to major problems and they quickly assessed the situation, gave me a no-BS recommendation, and let me choose which items to pursue. I went forward with all of them based on the confidence they inspired in me and the recommendation of a good friend who'd had work done at UMP previously. They knocked the work out for a fair price, communicated effectively throughout, and kept my girl inside the shop until the snow was cleaned up and I could pick her up. Can't recommend Ryan, Troy, and the whole UMP team highly enough!

Had work done on my 2019 Mustang 2.3L (intercooler, CAI, exhaust). They did everything from ordering through install at a good, reasonable price. No complaints and highly recommend. Will definitely be doing future business with these folks!

I took my 50th anniversary Commemorative Corvette to Universally Modified for service. Not only is the Vette lowered, but it is the prototype, so it does require unique handling. The team at UM was professional, friendly and took their time to ensure I was comfortable with every step. They did a great job and took care of my baby! I will use them for all of my future service needs. Thank you!

I had my clutch replaced on a 1996 Corvette. It was my first experience with the shop and I was nervous but hopeful that they would do a good job. We agreed to an available window a couple weeks out and we didn't communicate until a couple days before when I reached out to make sure the appointment was still on. Since it's an older car, the OEM parts might not be available and UMP went through a couple options that we may have to pursue if they were unable to locate all the right parts. They were able to get the right parts, and did a great job replacing the clutch, throw out bearing, and a few other small things needed. The car shifts fantastic now and I'm really happy with the work. The next time I need something done, I will check with them first.

10/10! These guys are top tier!!! Took my Dodge Charger in earlier this week and got it back the very next day. Highly experienced staff, very fair pricing, superb communication throughout the process, noticeable attention to detail, and a lightning fast turnaround time. On top of that, I could tell that the gentlemen I worked with (Troy and Ryan) genuinely cared about me and my vehicle. They really did go above and beyond. I will absolutely be coming back again and HIGHLY recommend you give ’em a try.

Brought my Camaro SS in for an alignment. Previous shop told me that my alignment couldn’t be fully corrected so I brought it here since this shop seemed to have a good reputation and was very knowledgeable over the phone. In person Ryan was extremely hospitable and they were able to complete the alignment without any problems. Ryan and his brother are very knowledgeable on performance modifications and treated me with respect and kindness during the whole experience. I inquired about performance enhances as my car is still completely stock and I have been looking for a shop to start modding my car. UM Performance will now be my go to as I begin modding my car due to my positive experience as well as there honestly and transparency when discussing performance options and recommendations.

Universally modified is very communicative and great to work with. I took in my GT350 and GTR for regular maintenance and tire replacement. I asked for specific tires, size, and brand and they quickly ordered and accommodated. I added in the GTR for an oil change last minute and they were able to help, even with having to spend extra time getting the car on the lift because of low clearance. I look forward to going back!

I never write reviews but UMP deserves one. I had a Tahoe with a cylinder misfire. Troy was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Found a hard to diagnose failing fuel injector. They put in a new cam from Texas Speed, plugs, DOD delete, water pump, and tune. Ryan in the front office was great to work with and made things right when we hit a snag. Super helpful in hunting down hard-to-find parts for my repair. With 124k miles it runs better than new. Definitely recommend these guys.

Just wanted to let everyone know that if you need any work done to your Mustang universally modified performance is the place to go. Ryan is very knowledgeable knows what he’s doing and they have great prices. I brought my 2022 mustang to have headers installed and pretty much the entire bmr suspension catalog. They got the work done in a timely manner and the car drives better than I could have imagined. I’ll definitely be using them for future projects on my Mustang.

Just recently got lowering springs installed in my Edge ST. These guys are knowledgeable, honest and do great work for an honest price. Anything you need done to your vehicle, contact them; you won't be disappointed!!!

Had a difficult and unique installation for my vehicle. I was given the recommendation to try Universally Modified Performance by one of our car club members and UM took on the challenge! Awesome bunch of folks here to help with all your car needs. They went over my Camaro I had not driven in a while. Fixed a pesky oil leak, realigned my hood, and addressed a lot of my fluids that needed changing. Will definitely go back and recommend if you love your car.
