I had to get my windshield wipers replaced today. The person who help me was awesome. She found a way to save me around $8 a blade and went ahead and put them on for me. This is a great store...highly recommend it for anyone wanting old fashion personal service. It's rare these days! Thanks AutoZone in Sterling!!

Wow, similar bad customer service reviews. I didn't catch his name but I called about my vehicle and purchasing a battery for my vehicle on December 16 2025 at exactly 130pm. The guy I spoke with had a nasty attitude, and very condescending. When I inquired about if they could put the battery in my vehicle if i came there in 15 minutes, he said it depends on if it is too cold which is not unreasonable in my opinion but when I asked him if approximately 40 degrees was to cold and if the weather was too cold right now, he sarcastically repeated if it's too cold we will not change the battery. Then he put me on hold instead of giving me a clear answer. I hung up and took my business elsewhere. I did callback after I received my service to see if i could catch the name of the original guy that i spoke with but instead I spoke with an Affan this time. He was more professional and helpful.

I had a great experience getting my battery replaced. The service was quick, professional, and hassle-free. Coleman was friendly and helpful, and made the process smooth. Highly recommend!

I normally hate writing reviews but I have no choice due to how bad my experience was. As many of the reviewers have voiced their opinion about this entitled “manager” , Sean or Shawn a few months ago, I had the same horrible experience. Purchased a product that it didn’t work for my car and Sean was the person who ringed me up. Today (a few days after my purchase) I called and Sean responded. I shared that the product didn’t work for me and I want to see if I can return it. he said: “ why didn’t it work? You’re the one who picked it! I know because I ringed you up!” I was so taken a back by that statement. After that rude comment, he finally said that yes I can bring it back. I asked him about the reason why he was being so confrontational to customers and he said I can always go to another store. I asked him what his name was, he said Sean and he hung up on me. He was giving me an attitude as if this is his own store! He needs to follow company policy on handling customer concerns and keep his emotions to himself. There needs to be corrective action for this employee. Again, my experience isn’t unique to me if you browse the Google reviews

The store manager, Coleman (?), was VERY HELPFUL to me with a large oil of diesel oil and gear order for a boat. He helped me find the quantities I needed, made sure I got the discounted prices, and even helped me carry it all to my car. I recommend that store to all. I’ll be back soon!

I want to give a big shout out to Nicole who was so kind and helpful when I was in a real spot a couple of weeks ago. Coming back home from a long weekend beach trip, my old battery died. I got it jumped and stopped on the way home to get a new battery before turning off the car. I got to the store quite late in the evening. Nicole got me the proper battery and then agreed to install it for me since I had no tools with me at the time. As it was getting dark, it started to pour - very heavily, but she stuck with it until the job was done. She got soaked in the process Nicole rescued me that day. Very grateful. I usually don't write reviews. Their store employee Sean was extremely rude and was a jerk. There are lots of better options for auto parts in the area. I will never be back.

very bad customer service, I already had problems with that little manager with afro hair and glasses who seems to be called Sean, he has a bad attitude when dealing with customers, now I understand my son that when I send him to buy something he doesn't want to go to that store, and he told me that this man treats him badly and he is afraid to go, yesterday I went to buy something and unfortunately he treated me very badly, I told him that I would not return to this store and he said that he doesn't care and went outside to smoke. Those kinds of people should not be working for customers, I just read comments and I'm not the only one

There is a latino young man who was working at the register this morning. He was extremely rude and dismissive when I asked if we could get help after waiting a few minutes. He says “Yeah, when I’m done doing what I’m doing”. The manager heard him as well, but did absolutely nothing. Terrible customer service.

I usually do not write reviews unless the service is exceptionally poor, but I feel compelled to report my recent experience at your store. First, I want to acknowledge Alex for his outstanding customer service. Every time I visit the store, he has been incredibly helpful, going above and beyond to assist customers. His professionalism and dedication are truly commendable. He should be considered for a store manager position. However, on February 6, 2025, I encountered extremely unprofessional behavior from an employee named Sean and the store manager, Keith. While customers were inside, both were outside smoking, which I found highly inappropriate. When I asked for assistance, they responded with a negative attitude, making it clear they did not want to help. Their behavior reflects poorly on your store and suggests they do not take their roles seriously. I live just five minutes away, which is why I frequently shop here, but I have now stopped due to the consistently poor customer service. Approximately five months ago, I reported Sean’s behavior to the manager, who acknowledged that multiple complaints had already been made about him. As other customers review also indicates, Sean (short with an afro and glasses) has a history of unprofessional conduct. He often talks about his personal life, which I do not wish to hear, and on one occasion, he attempted to obtain my personal information, including my address, which I refused to provide. Each time I visit, he makes my experience difficult, refusing to assist me and forcing me to seek help from other employees. This is now the second time I have experienced an issue with Keith, who was particularly unprofessional—yelling loudly and acting aggressively to the point that I felt unsafe. This behavior is entirely unacceptable for anyone in a customer-facing role. I urge you to review the store’s security footage to verify my concerns. Due to these ongoing issues, I have decided to take my business elsewhere, specifically to Advance Auto, where I receive quality service. I strongly request that this matter be investigated immediately. I no longer feel safe shopping at this location. Thank you for your time and attention to this matter. I hope appropriate action will be taken to ensure a safe and professional shopping environment for all customers.

Just a wholehearted shout out to Sean W. I am soo very grateful for his kindness during the bad luck situation I got myself into with my car this Friday the 13th. He immediately jumped in, found the solution and rescued the day! Definitely recommend this particular AutoZone Auto Parts location as its employee’s are going above and beyond. I have talked about my experience to a couple of others (with service experience at this AutoZone) since then and wasn’t surprised that they only had good things to say as well. Thank you AutoZone for attracting such wonderful, helpful people like Sean and taking care of them!

Store manager Sean W, he was so rude and disrespectful! We were looking for a specific part of our car to being fixed and we don’t know where to find it in the store , so we go ask for help, after we simple say “Hi” , he replied with such a mean and arrogant attitude “ people are so impatient right now”. We said we can go ask someone else if you are not willing to, he said” you are here already, so? “ We asked about where we can find the specific parts and he said “ I don’t know where to find , but you can look it up in the store but for sure it won’t be the aisle that you were looking for” . At the end we changed to ask other staff and he helped us find it and just only can order online and do pick up. As a store manager with such an impatient attitude and disrespectful behavior , we won’t come to here anymore! And I do hope AutoZone can follow up this!!

Came in to replace 2 batteries that were under warranty I put them on the ground was not aware that they were needed to put them on the desk Josh the store manager with out saying a thing just grabs them & slams them on the desk with out no hesitation. As a “store manger” should be more professional on how he does things. Does not seem to really like his job..

I just wanted to put how amazing this auto zone is. My battery has been kicked for a few days and we went to advanced auto parts and had no luck with replacing a battery the. We had called Auto zone and they said yes of course not a problem at all. Once we arrived the guy who spoke to us on the phone was not the person who helped us initially. The person who first helped us was insisting that we buy a charger to take back to our home to fix ourselves and would take 3-5 hours. Even told us that they do not replace batteries. So we obviously think that this is the last resort and the other worker (Josh) over hears our dilemma and says we can just change out your entire battery no problem. He comes out changes the battery in no time! We were even going to tip 50$ and he kindly says no. Just give me a review. So this is what I will do Josh! You have your amazing review!!!

I had the best experience in Autozone due to Josh. He helped me twice, one week ago with my air condition refilling and today with my batery recharging. In both cases he had the knowledge and the experience to identify and fix the issues. I am so grateful with him and I absolutly recommend it.
