Solid Waste Management Program in
Fairfax (VA)

Once again it was a missed pick up for yard waste. I called two days ago they reassured me as long as the cans were visible from the street and they in fact were 20 feet away that the county would pick these up. I asked a friend to drive a long distance to pick up the empty bins. He informed me that the bins are still full all five of them sitting there as if I never called two days ago. The county deserves a zero if I could give it terribly disappointing yet they collect our taxes left and right. Shame on the county for this lack of service they owe me an apology.
