Fantastic and easy experience. Professional, capable and personable people, from first booking to pick up. Prompt service removing heavy and bulky items from 3rd floor condo. Down several flights of stairs. Jacob made our booking, then Sasha, Andrew and Sean arrived promptly. All items were removed with ease, and we were offered payment by check or credit card. James and Jesus came last time. I know who I’ll call or recommend to others for donated items too bulky or heavy for me!

I cannot say enough great things about Jacob and Sasha from Junk Runners. My family and I have used them twice and they have been friendly, efficient, super capable, and cost-effective. Today they moved furniture from room to room up and down lots of stairs for me as well as removing a bunch of junk and furniture I no longer wanted. I couldn't believe how fast they moved to get everything done with a very little instruction from me. I highly recommend them! We will definitely be using them again.

I had an old 2 Piece sectional couch that is still in good shape that was being picked up from my basement and carried thru the house because of the ice on the ground Junk runners arrived on time. I also received message through the day of pick up to keep me informed of actual arrival time..there were three men for my pick up . They were all polite , frieldly and communicative . I will definitely call them again
Great experience! Very quick, very nice and pleasant. Great job at navigating townhome stairs too which can be tricky. Not a scratch or nick on items that were move or on any home surfaces. Easy scan payment process and a tax receipt for donation. Highly recommended!

Amazing service! Last weekend three young guys came and took apart 7 old brown office desks and a broken office chair and hauled them out through the loading dock area around back and onto their truck. I was impressed. Very friendly people, good communication and very proficient. This company is very professional.
