I am actually stunned and flabbergasted by how terrible the service here was. It took them 6 weeks to diagnose and "fix" my car. There were a lack of responses and general inactivity linked with ridiculous excuses. I was charged an absurd price of $3700 to replace a wheel axle, wheel bearing, and wheel. I only decided to pay it, because I need to have a car to function in Northern Virginia. I can't wait for months without a car. I also believed they would at least do a good job if I paid that much. My naivety and general faith in humanity were horribly wrong. My car now makes scrapping sounds when I take a hard left or right turn. I e-mailed them about it, but I'm afraid to ask them about it, because I'm pretty sure they'll find another way to swindle me. I think they would waste my time more, leaving me car-less for longer periods of time. I don't make a point about refusing a place of business for being that inept, but this place moved mountains in that regard.

They performed services that were declined after receiving the $2,000+ quote, through all of the correct ways (including declining online, as requested) and telling 3 different employees over the phone to not perform the services. We asked that they match the quote from the mechanic that we were going to take the vehicle to (which was about thousand dollars cheaper), but are refusing to do so, which is upsetting after declining the services in multiple ways.

OVERCHARGED! Awful service.
I went in for a simple oil change and state inspection. I was told the 15k service would cover everything I needed and more. After 4 hours and $500, my car still had last year’s inspection sticker on it. The 15k service included “inspections,” but not the one I specifically asked for when I first arrived.
It’s really unfortunate that this is my experience with the shop, especially since my car only has 15k miles on it. The thought of continuing to support this shop is unaffordable.
Traveled from MD to this dealer for a in cabin air filter because my local dealer said they were the only ones in the area with the part. They were super nice on the phone when I called to double check and when I got there I was immediately greeted and helped. They already had the part pulled and ready to go. I don’t even tell them I was on my way lol! Will definitely make the trip back here whenever I need Kia parts! Thanks!!
Another 5 star experience from the service department here, very professional and knowledgeable about their work! Danny Nguyen helped take care of the service being done and provided updates at work was being completed and made sure to explain each area of the multipoint inspection. I am very happy with the customer service he provided.
