I would like to express my gratitude to Pollet Automotive Upholstery for the excellent service they provided for my wife’s Toyota Sienna. For over a year, the vehicle had an annoying noise coming from the seat behind the driver, and after having it checked at other places without success, they were able to identify the issue and fix it completely. Their work was impeccable, showing professionalism, expertise, and great attention to detail. It is truly refreshing to find a place that takes the time to properly diagnose and resolve the problem. I highly recommend them and would definitely trust them again.

Great business!!! Doug and his shop staff are very professional and friendly (even to include the two dogs that hang out there, lol). The workmanship done on our car was impeccable! Class A work; the seat looks completely new. Even though only a couple of panels were replaced, the color matching was amazing… not even a slight difference at all. The cost was VERY….fair and reasonable, too. I had another quote PRIOR to Doug’s, and they tried to tell me entire seat needed to be replaced because panels weren’t gonna match in color…. Doug made it happen, to where you couldn’t even tell anything was changed. I saw Doug’s shop from just searching and reading reviews. Please believe me…this review is 100% deserving!!! No wonder others gave positive reviews; I’m sure they were just as pleased as I was. Thx Doug!!

Pollet Auto did a great job fixing the front Driver & Passenger seats on my 2012 Lexus GX-460. Been coming here for over 10 years and there work is always great! Thank you for always doing a great job.

I had a great experience at Pollet Automotive! Doug, the technician, was amazing. He quickly jumped into my 2011 Prius and started looking for the issue right away. He took his time to review what might be wrong and explained all the possible options to fix it. What really stood out was how much he genuinely cared, he wanted to make sure the problem got properly diagnosed while helping me save money. It’s rare to find someone that dedicated and honest. I wish more auto shops operated like this. I highly recommend Doug and the team at Pollet Automotive!

I am the original owner of a 1995 Mitsubishi eclipse. The flip up sunroof jammed on me and one of the railings broke. My goal was to get it closed. I feel so lucky to have a super specialized person like Doug. If you have an issue with your sunroof or your convertible top, this is a place to go. Professional, courteous, timely, reasonably priced. you can tell he takes great pride in his work. I respect that.

I stopped in at Pollet Automotive after my MINI sunroof would not close. My local repair shop could not repair it and MINI gave me an outrageous quote. Doug was able to fix my roof and I am so thankful to him. Thank you again Doug!

They were fantastic to work with! I went in for an estimate on a new convertible top and the owner immediately checked my car and told me exactly what I had expected was needed. Gave a very good estimate (less than I expected) He then put me on the schedule, I made a deposit, he gave me a discount for paying cash and proceeded to call his supplier and ordered my new top as I was filling out my contact information. When I took my car in later they did a fantastic job and they finished a half day earlier than scheduled. I will be going back during their slow season for some seat repair. Again got a very good estimate and I’m looking forward to working with them again. Really great people.

Very honest people and pricing! Jeep dealership service center told me my Wrangler soft top couldn't be repaired and had to be replaced, quoting $1,600-$1,800. My soft top got stuck in the ceiling of a parking garage. I walked into Pollet about a month ago to get an estimate for my soft top. A specialist gave me an estimate for what I thought was a price to inspect it more thoroughly to get a better idea for repair cost. I thought the estimate was too low to cover the repair cost. This morning I dropped off my Jeep at Pollet and told a different specialist that my limit was $800 for repair cost. Later in the afternoon, I received a call from Pollet that my Jeep was repaired and ready for pick-up. They told me I only had to pay the original estimate for what I thought was to low.

Doug does phenomenal work. He replaced the headliner in my 1997 Ford F-150 and it looks fantastic. Great service, great prices and excellent quality.

Had a great experience with Pollet Automotive. My Mercedes had some tears in the vinyl seating that were expensive to fix elsewhere, but Doug, the owner, really helped out. He replaced the entire back seat, did an excellent job with the installation, and was both fast and thorough. The quality of the work was outstanding, and the price was very fair. I took my 2015 Outback to Pollets for help with a tear in the driver’s seat vinyl/leather. They did a terrific job; seat looks just like new. The job was done quickly and at a fair price. The other reviewers are right: this is a first rate, trustworthy business.

Great experience! Doug was able to fix the upholstery issue with our driver's seat and he figured out what was wrong with our sunroof and took care of that, as well! All in about a half day's worth of work! Very impressive service.

Great experience at Pollet Automotive. Doug found the blocked sunroof drain which had caused a water backup into the cabin and extensive mold in our Mazda CX-3. He cleared the drain, then took great care in thoroughly cleaning the mold and disinfecting the passenger compartment of our car. It came out as good as new. Gave us great advice to have the drains checked semi-annually to prevent the problem from reoccurring. We recommend him highly.

My new Ram 1500 had a defective seat, the owner of Pollet fixed it for a fair price. When the repair still didn’t fix the issue fully, he took the seat out again and adjusted the sewing at no additional cost and now it’s perfect. Thank you!

I am so impressed with this company, Doug is by far the only guy I will ever let touch leather or upholstery on my car. I’m so glad I found this contact. These guys do such great work and the funny thing is they never even mentioned a google review. They just know they do good work and they don’t want to see things back in their shop. That’s the way it should be, if you do good work then you won’t have to keep dealing with customer service and these guys are all about that motto. I highly recommend going to this shop and I will only use them and only refer them.

Pollen took care of reupholstering my seats with brand new provided covers, repaired missing foam and kept all the old pieces for me as well. Extremely quick turn around, extremely happy!

Doug and his crew at Pollet automotive are hands down my “go to” upholstry guys in the northern Virginia area. They have worked on several of my classic cars and their quality and pride of work is obvious the moment you pick up your car. I wouldn’t use anyone else in the area. Based on the reviews, I expected a good result, but Doug's attention to detail and honest communication really went beyond my expectations. I went in to get the aftermarket cloth center headrest for my Bolt to match the other vinyl leatherette ones and Doug was very reasonable with his quote and the amount of time it would take based on his backlog at the time. He kept me updated on the progress and I was extremely satisfied with the result. I was expecting some slight discoloration or the pattern to not match perfectly, but as you can tell from the pictures, I was very wrong. My only request was to make it match the OEM headrest and Doug's attention to detail really showed with matching the dual-tone stitching and reattaching the warning label in the right spot. Very fortunate to have this kind of expertise at a local shop and I can highly recommend you stop by and talk to Doug about any of your auto upholstery needs!

I highly recommend Pollet for vehicle upholstery repair! Doug was very kind and helpful and the service was very quick and convenient! He was able to take my seat out in seconds and took great care of my back seat. I spilled cleaning products in the back seat that unfortunately ate up part of my leather years ago, and after more wear and tear, it became an eye sore. Now, it looks just like new! I highly recommend the folks at Pollett Automotive. They are knowledgeable, professional, friendly and have always provided speedy service! They just replaced my 2003 Tahoe headliner and replaced the cracked leather section of my driver's seat. Beautiful job. I asked if they would be able to recover a seat cushion for my old leather living room chair. I supplied the fabric and memory foam. They agreed to take on the job and it came out way better than I had expected! It's reversible, includes piping and a zipper! It was ready for pickup in less than 48 hours!

Doug did a great job with a difficult task (another high rated shop told me it couldn’t be done due to the amount of curved surfaces) of wrapping my dash in Alcantara. The dash was fitted and stitched precisely with all seams flush. A great deal of talent and attention to detail is needed to complete a task at this level. I will be using this shop again for more custom upholstery work.

Stopped by yesterday right before they closed to get a quote for my seat, they took my seat out so I wouldn’t have to leave my car & had my repair done by 3 today! It looks amazing, exactly like my other seats! Thank you so much & I 10/10 recommend for any of your car upholstery needs! Great price too
